These guys are legit! They showed up on time as scheduled, worked very quickly but the work still looked high quality. The bid did not change one penny. My crawlspace was very skinny in some spots and they finished it perfectly to every corner. They were efficient, professional, clean, fast and competitive. I would definitely recommend Insulation Co for your job.

The crawl space to my property had not been addressed in more than 20 years. While having my crawl space inspected, the inspector stated he noticed rat feces and the vapor barrier not fully intact. I reached out to this insulation company and not sure what to expect. The team arrived as scheduled and immediately began to work. Four employees worked in my crawlspace nonstop. They were all business from start to finish and very much organized. Complete professionals in completing the task. Hi would definitely hire this company again to complete Like work. Oh, the price for completing the work was fair.

I hired Proficient Insulation to apply spray foam to the ceiling of a shipping container to stop condensation raining inside. Excellent communication and quick to answer questions. Mario arrived on time and was very professional. He worked efficiently and left everything clean and neat with no overspray. The container had 3 roll-up doors that roll up close to the ceiling. Mario was able to apply insulation in the tight space above them without getting it too thick where it would interfere with the doors opening. I'm very pleased with the result and happy with the price too.

I own GF Construction, in Bellingham. Mario and crew are excellent. I had a small, older home with around 12" of crawl space. Mario and crew hand dug, and hauled out the soil to get to 18" crawl. They set 6 mil vapor barrier, and perfectly insulated the floor. They also vacuumed the old insulation in the attic and blew new to proper R value. They do great work at very competitive pricing. I highly recommend Mario and Proficient Insulation for all of your insulation and crawlspace needs.

From start to finish, Mario and his crew nailed it. First, cost was absolutely fair. Second, Mario was super knowledgeable regarding our needs and permit requirements and was able to solve all of the special needs our building had, like a spray foam ceiling. Third, they are fast! Disappointing gutter installation. Master Insullation installed three gutter sections on my home on Lopez Island. I specified in my request for a bid that my roof would require gutter wedges due to the angle of our roof edges. Master Insullations estimate came back saying yes they would install gutter wedeges. I accepted the bid. The gutters they installed did have wedges, however the angle was much smaller than the angle of my roof edge. The gutters droop down. I requested that they replace the wedges with the correct angle. They replied that their supplier doesn't make wedges with a greater angle, and a larger wedge wasn't in their bid so they would not correct the installation. I researched gutter wedges on the web and found larger ones on Amazon and other suppliers. Several emails and phone calls later the best they would do is come out and swap the wedges, but I'd have to supply the wedges at my expense. I feel like a customer shouldn't have to be an expert on gutter wedge angles and supply to get a quality job.
