Spray Foam Insulation in Seattle, WA

We just used PNW Insulation to spray foam in 2 containers. They were very prompt and communicated well leading up to the job, during the job, and after completed. They quoted me a price over the phone and stuck to their price quoted even though it was several months before I called them back to do the job. They were on time and their crews were very respectful and quick. They went above and beyond to mask everything off to keep over spray to a minimum. They cleaned up very well and shaved the high spots and the studs so it was sheetrock ready. They even came back a couple days later because they realized that they had accidently taken one of my lights that I did not even realize was gone, but they wanted to make sure I got it back. I highly recommend these guys and will be using them again to spray foam in my shop and home in the near future. 5 STAR + SERVICE!!

Absolutely recommend these guys over and over. I contacted Andre asking about attic insulation and crawlspace work. He was very knowledgeable and when it came time for the quote he found out I was eligible for a rebate from PSE. Saved me a lot of money and when the crews came out to do the work, they were able to get everything done in a day! They removed the old insulation and did blow in for the attic And new insulation and liner for the crawlspace. Very happy!!

Got Cascadia Spray Foam Insulation to take care of my in-laws place up in Seattle. The house was older and had some serious drafts, especially in the winter. The crew came out, did a full walk-through, and explained exactly what they were gonna do. Super professional and easy to work with. The difference after the spray foam was like night and day. The house stays warm now without the heat running non-stop. My in-laws are beyond happy and I’m glad we called these guys. Definitely recommend.

I requested quotes from three different companies to add insulation to my attic, which required a pre-inspection due to the roof design. All three companies inspected the space, but I ultimately chose Insulation Co after several helpful conversations with Joe. He clearly explained the issues and provided thoughtful recommendations that gave me confidence in their approach. Julio and his team did an excellent job removing the old insulation and installing the new material. The entire process was professional, efficient, and well done—I’m very pleased with the results.

I had an amazing experience with Insulation Co! Being a new homeowner I had many questions. Talking to Jo to setup the appointment put my mind at ease. He was very knowledgeable and answered every concern I had. When the installers showed, they were on time and professional. Pedro and his crew did a quick and thorough job! For photos the yellow insulation is old, new is pink.

Jo and his crew at Insulation Co. were great to work with for replacing the insulation as part of our studs-out renovation of our 1926 home. Our project ran into several delays initially (not related to insulation) and Jo stuck with me through multiple re-schedules until we were ready to have the insulation installed. 316 Insulation was wonderful to work with! Customer service from Travis was prompt, professional, and helpful. Travis took the time to explain the process and provided pictures of what he saw in our attic. We had a full clean out of the existing insulation and install of new insulation. Kaleb. Tom was very friendly and straightforward with the inspection, detailed the problems, replacing procedure, and warranties. The decision was made fast with a reasonable cost. 5 stars rate to him. Ronny and his crew are a fantastic hardworking team! They carefully setup their working environments to keep around clean. Then removed all the old insulation, laying up the new ones. When I realized the very small area need to be fixed, upon very tight schedule, Ronny’s crew came back fixed nicely. Yes, Rate Ronny and his crews all 5 stars. The company office has a super service lady Lorrie. She sent the before and after photos, make an inspection schedule, helped the fixed problems… She is friendly, patient, and quickly to resolve the problems! Definitely, Rate her 5 stars. The inspector, Jose, was done a good job and help to resolve our small area problem, Rate him 5 stars too. By my experience, I’m satisfied with this company with good leaders and hard-working teams. I would rate it 5 stars and recommend it to my friends.

At some point over the winter, rats got under our house and shredded everything in their path. I got several bids for the work, not only did Super Attic Solutions offer the best price but they also offered better quality materials for the project, going with them was a no-brainer. Joey who did the appraisal was professional, polite and knew his stuff, joy to work with. They got me scheduled within a week and I got Ricky as my project manager. I’ll say they knocked it out of the park, the crew busted their butts all day and the end result was day and night. The transformation was mind blowing I had no idea how bad the damage was until Ricky and his crew were finished. Our house was built in the 40’s now we have a crawl space and insulation comparable to a new build! Super happy with the results from Ricky’s crew, their professionalism and hard work did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this company for any insulation-related project. If you get Ricky as the project manager, rest assured the end results are well worth every penny! Specialty Insulation NW did a great job on my project. From my initial contact with Corey, to the installation team, everyone was a pleasure to work with. I almost didn't call these guys because I thought they did only foam. They do all kinds of Insulation. They used mineral wool and fiberglass on my project. Francisco and the other installers were all friendly and patiently answered any questions. I had spoken to other companies for quotes, but no one impressed me like Specialty Insulation NW. They were not my cheapest bid, but i am so glad I used them. They know their product well, can answer all your questions, respond promptly to questions, and have some of the best customer service I have experienced in the construction field.

We had to get our crawl space cleaned and replace the old insulation with new. It took two days. I didn't know it would scare my one dog so much on the first day. On the second day I explained my situation to one of the installers Ramiro. He bent over backwards to help reduce the noise by keeping the compressor on the side of the house where my dogs weren't staying, outside. That was a big help and they really did their very best to keep the noise down while doing a great job.

I've been talking to the owner a bit, and so far, they have been extremely friendly, and punctual. I would trust these people to do an outstanding job.
