My interactions with Northwest Crawl Space were among the all-time best customer service moments I've ever experienced, and that's after forty years of doing business in general. Their estimate was spot-on accurate, their team lead was friendly and professional, they were not only on time for an 8:00 AM start time but they were EARLY, ensuring that they were actually STARTING at 8:00. Their follow-up services have been excellent, Savannah at their offices has been responsive and detail-oriented, and, it almost goes without saying, the work they did was great--done well, done in a timely manner, and done to my satisfaction. I wholeheartedly endorse this company and its personnel. If all service businesses were this professional, I'd sing their praises, too. Northwest Crawl Space earned this review in spades.

We live over a natural spring that constantly Floods our crawlspace. I had about 10 bids and NW Crawl was the most comprehensive quote showing detail in the work they would perform. Matan made it easy to understand and was helpful in adding or removing recommended items to the job. He showed me that my floor ducts were leaking and should be insulated, we agreed and since they fixed those our heat usage went way down and we are getting quality heat. The video attached is the finished crawl space with brand new sump pump system and vapor barrier. That clear water glass pictured was from the inside of the sump basin showing how filtered the water was in our previously dirty and gross crawlspace. These guys were great when they installed the system. The job took 8 hours and they were polite and left the house clean. Highly recommend working with these guys.

Jay was very responsive and clearly explained the issue and the steps they would take, and the pricing was much more reasonable compared to other companies I contacted. His team worked efficiently, and did a thorough job. They were professional and respectful throughout the process. I also really appreciated that Jay provided detailed before-and-after photos, which made it easy to see the original condition and exactly what was cleaned and removed. Attic Doctor did an insulation job (and air sealing) at my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and answering all my questions clearly. What really impressed me was their integrity. During installation, they discovered several exhaust vent ducts that weren't up to code. Instead of charging extra to fix it, they corrected it for free since they hadn't caught it during the estimate. This kind of honesty is hard to find. The work itself was very thorough and well-done. The crew was professional, respectful of property, and left everything clean. Riley and Jay checked in often during the job to ensure things were being executed correctly. After doing our due diligence we chose Attic Dr to remove/clean debris from the attic and crawl space, remediate some areas that had mold, remove all old insulation and install new R-38 attic insulation. Both attic and crawl space had all openings sealed and rodent traps were set in place. From start to finish we were very pleased with their process. Pictures of the entire attic and crawl space before, during and after the work was done were reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They were professional, responded to any questions we had in a timely manner and left the area around our residence neat and tidy.
