This team was incredible! After multiple quotes, we ended up choosing this team because of their pricing, transparency, and attention to detail. Eric and Omid did not use any pushy sales tactics or try to give us silly customer discounts. They provided honest assessments and gave rationale answers for the problems in our home. We ended up getting all new insulation in our attic and crawlspace and mold remediation as needed. While assessing the crawlspace and completing that part of the project, they found issues with our sump pump and drain system in the crawl space which needed addressed to fix the moisture issue. The team was so efficient and conscientious in all their time within our home. We felt safe having their team working at our home while we were at work and appreciated all the real time updates Eric provided us with. The owner, Pedro, was very responsive and patiently answered all of my questions. The quote was fair, and his crew was available to get started the next day. They cleaned out, sanitized, sealed, and insulated my crawl space and attic in 2 days. (1500 sqft, 1 story house, built 1968). My crawl space and attic are difficult to access and navigate, but the crew slipped in and out like pros! I inspected the crew's work after both days and the work was clean and sharp!

The owner was very responsive. His crew showed up on time and performed all services excellently. They left the job site in pristine condition. Highly recommend western insulation for any insulation needs.
