Spray Foam Insulation in Auburn, WA

I had many many estimates. Had to be over 15 different companies. I was looking for someone who knew their stuff, gave me decent pricing, had honest (good) reviews, and amazing customer service. I’m so glad I went with 316 because they were so easy to work with. They were informative on everything they were doing, walked me through their process plan, and told me everything that needed to be done. All necessary things. Some other companies were telling me they were going to charge me a crazy extra amount for mold remediation and it was not absolutely needed. (It was a tiny tiny spot) easily cleaned with bleach and water. Even 316 told me how we could accurately clean it ourselves. After choosing them, their customer service was still nothing short of amazing. They wanted to make sure everything was done correctly on their end before proceeding to each next step. They were communicative & punctual, and showed me pictures of the complete job. It looked great! There was a little accident where they broke a part of my chandelier. They gave me the option to fix it or replace it and they would take care of all the fees. (I got a new one) and they installed it and everything. no worries on my part, I just sent an Amazon link of the new chandelier I wanted. They did an amazing job, had amazing customer service, fair pricing, & they offer financing. 316 is by far the superior crawl space company. I recommend them to anyone needing vapor barrier repair and anything in the crawlspace / attic done. Thanks 316!

We have a 20 year old builder home and my perspective was that the insulation was not sufficient. After listening to my concerns and goals, it turns out it was more correcting some fast and dirty building short cuts, and closing some gaps in the attic that was allowing too much exterior air to penetrate. I appreciated the factual and non-upsell evaluation, which included photos and clear explanations. The communication, scheduling and execution were all really solid. I also felt the value of the work was competitive after getting other estimates.

Christian and team did a wonderful job. My house had thin insulation in attic and was drafty and cold. ASAP sealed the air leaks and added R49 insulation to code at a reasonable price. My home is very warm and cozy now.

This team was incredible! After multiple quotes, we ended up choosing this team because of their pricing, transparency, and attention to detail. Eric and Omid did not use any pushy sales tactics or try to give us silly customer discounts. They provided honest assessments and gave rationale answers for the problems in our home. We ended up getting all new insulation in our attic and crawlspace and mold remediation as needed. While assessing the crawlspace and completing that part of the project, they found issues with our sump pump and drain system in the crawl space which needed addressed to fix the moisture issue. The team was so efficient and conscientious in all their time within our home. We felt safe having their team working at our home while we were at work and appreciated all the real time updates Eric provided us with. I recently hired INSULATION PRO and I'm very satisfied with the work they did. They have a great team and I highly recommend them!

Rob the Sales Rep was very through and took the time to make sure I understood all aspects of the job. I got 3 estimates and Clean Crawls was the same or better than the others. The work was done is 2 phases. First was removal of all the insulation in the floor joists and the vapor barrier on the ground in the crawl space. Leo, the crew leader, was great to work with. He built a vinyl tunnel from the access hole inside the house to the front door to mitigate any debris from getting through the house. They also eliminated all entry points into the crawl space to keep the new rodents from coming in. Then the whole space was sprayed with deodorant/sanitizer. The next phase was to eliminate all of the rodents that had made a home in the crawl space. After 2 weeks and 15 dead rodents later we had Clean Crawls come back out to perform phase 2. Being very satisfied with Leo and crew I requested he come back out to finish the job. New vapor barrier was applied and new R30 insulation was installed. The insulation was held in place with nylon cord strung below the floor joists. All pipes were wrapped in R11 insulation. I went down to take a look after the job was complete. I am quite happy with the work performed and have no problem recommending this company.

Job Description: Cleaning Attic and Crawling Space, Removing Old Insulation, Installation of new Insulation, Install Roof Vents (to achieve proper exhaust venting of the attic) and etc. Christopher D Strovas thoroughly inspected the attic and crawling space and gave us the best bid compare to other companies bids. The workers came out the very next day. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled – in 3 days. The entire work crew was friendly and cleaned up very good after the job was done. After the work in the attic was done, we noticed small lines on the ceiling and contacted the office. The supervisor resolved the issue right away. He sent the drywall specialists on the next day and everything was fixed in couple of hours with best result. We are 100% satisfied with the work and will recommend Clean Crawl to everybody who is looking for the descent appraisal and exceptional quality job performance.
