Our home was built in 1986 and after 40 years the insulation was in need of replacement due to its age and many remodel induced attic intrusions to perform electrical work. Where to begin? There are many insulation companies that advertise heavily on the radio, etc. and the simple choice would be to go with one of those companies. But all that glitz come at a price. So I carefully researched other companies to choose from and I found ACE Crawlspace. The reviews were very positive so I called August, the owner, and inquired about having them come out, inspect and assess the condition of my insulation which I was already aware of many of the issues that needed to be addressed. Not only did August respond quickly, and professionally but he carefully assessed all the issues and he also discovered other areas that needed attention. When he was finished, he promised to work up a proposal for the work that needed to be done and he e-mailed me that proposal and bid for the work. We discussed a few things and I decided to hire ACE Crawlspace. They were able to begin within just a few days and August and his crew arrived at out home with warm smiles and prepared to do the difficult work of removing all the old insulation and attic, clean very thoroughly the areas where rodents had nested, and then repaired areas that allowed the critters to invade our home. Their work was thorough, orderly, professional and efficient. Each day, before leaving, they cleaned up so nicely. They spent about four days working long hours. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a good contractor to do your insulation or other needs.

The large crawlspace of my home on the river was deeply flooded by the December 2025 flood. Ace was outstanding at getting it clean, insulated and safe. Ace removed all the wet insulation from the ductwork and under the floors. It installed all new insulation, removed the destroyed vapor barrier and installed an all-new barrier. The owner came out and inspected immediately after I called, gave me a very reasonable price on the spot and in two days returned with a large crew. All the work was completed in just two long days of work. Amazing! Easy to work with, polite, quick, hard-working, respectful and clean. I cannot recommend them more highly.
