Sound Crawls did an excellent job removing and replacing our attic insulation. The bid process was straight forward, communication before and during was excellent, and the four-man team that showed up on time to do the work took every conceivable step I can imagine minimizing impact to the rest of our home while they worked. When they completed the job, I could not even tell they had been here; except for the 50+ pictures they took showing before, during, and after. My wife and I are 100% satisfied.

Rodents and critters had decimated my est. 1900 craftsman home’s crawlspace and attic space, Patrick's free on-site assessment and bid was detailed and more knowledgeable than any of the other bidders (who did not bother to show up - they no doubt would have “under-bid” me once they “saw the real job”). They patched up all entry points 3 stories up, from outside the house, completely gutted the destroyed insulation and vapor barrier, installed new everything and used cement filler to patch up any and all access points. They even came back a second day because the job was so big - and did not charge me (or reassess the estimate) for it. This is the crew you want - honest work for a fair price. I will always be using and recommending Sound Crawls for any basement, crawlspace, insulation or attic work needs. Thanks again guys!

We highly recommend Sound Crawls with Patrick and Team. Patrick (owner) and team did an outstanding job on our Camano Island house. Patrick is really easy to work with and he showed great compassion for helping us fix our problems at a reasonable price. We had water under our house and called Sound Crawls to assess. Patrick was quick to come by and give us a complimentary visit to review the issues. He spent close to two hours showing me exactly what his findings were and explaining the options on how to fix it (French drains, sump pump, new insulation). We were very impressed with his knowledge and experience so we decided to go with Sound Crawls. Patrick and team did an outstanding job and we are very happy with the results.

We recently used Super Attic Solutions in a re-roofing project for our 41 townhome HOA. Ricky’s team Was performing attic remediation in units where the old roof had failed. This required removal of damp insulation, microbial treatment, and re-insulation. Additionally, because we have common fire alarms and sprinkler systems running through our attics, they were able to mark where those were to prevent any Other issues in the future for identifying this. Ricky’s team showed up on time, were super respectful and, performed excellent work. You may wonder why I know he performed excellent work… We had a separate, independent general contractor overseeing the entire project and they reviewed the work. Super Attic even helped us identify something that had been missed by our original building contractor; creating attic access to a unit. We were able to quickly rectify this same day with our general contractor and Ricky’s Team was flexible to stay and complete the work.

Tom was very friendly and straightforward with the inspection, detailed the problems, replacing procedure, and warranties. The decision was made fast with a reasonable cost. 5 stars rate to him. Ronny and his crew are a fantastic hardworking team! They carefully setup their working environments to keep around clean. Then removed all the old insulation, laying up the new ones. When I realized the very small area need to be fixed, upon very tight schedule, Ronny’s crew came back fixed nicely. Yes, Rate Ronny and his crews all 5 stars. The company office has a super service lady Lorrie. She sent the before and after photos, make an inspection schedule, helped the fixed problems… She is friendly, patient, and quickly to resolve the problems! Definitely, Rate her 5 stars. The inspector, Jose, was done a good job and help to resolve our small area problem, Rate him 5 stars too. By my experience, I’m satisfied with this company with good leaders and hard-working teams. I would rate it 5 stars and recommend it to my friends.

I had the best experience with this company. From start to finish, they made everything easy and stress free. The crew showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, and really knew their stuff. They sprayed foam in my crawlspace and the results were noticeable right away, the floors feel warmer, I don’t feel the drafts anymore, and the space looks super clean. I’d give them 10 stars if it was possible.

PNW Roof & Crawlspace Insulation removed our very old cedar shake roof & installed new high quality metal roof; took off and re-installed our gutters when finished replacing the roof; cleaned out, removed and re-insulated, re-screened, & installed vapor barrier in our crawlspace; cleaned out our attic, & removed & replaced our attic insulation, re-screening all the vents, and removed old fascia and replaced it with new, repainted fascia when the roof installation was completed. They took away all the old materials/garbage, and did a thorough sweep of the premises with a magnet roller after removing all trash materials. When we called for an estimate, PNW answered right away, and their estimator was at our house very quickly.Everyone at PNW couldn't be more friendly, courteous and capable! All the work was done quickly, safely, and on time. Everybody always has a smile on their face, and a hard working, can-do attitude. Their prices are very competitive, and communication was always nothing less than excellent. Their printed estimate and handout given at the time of estimation explains clearly and in detail the work to be done, and the specific type and brands of materials that will be used. Alfredo, Ana, and the PNW Roofing crew have been timely, responsive, and super helpful to work with. We had a leak in our roof, Alfredo came out the next day, assessed the issue, provided multiple potential solutions at varying price points and levels of disruptiveness, and was overall very knowledgeable. We were able to have our issue fixed within the week. We have also done roof cleaning and moss treatment on our roof - it looks sparkly and new! We would happily book any roofing needs with this crew again.

I recently used PNW Roofing for a full replacement in Edmonds, WA, and overall, I am very satisfied with the results. The team was impressive, completing the entire process—from tearing off the old roof to installing the new 30-year GAF system—in just 2.5 days. Working with Ana and Alfredo was a pleasure; both were patient, professional, and friendly throughout the project. My main advice to others is to be diligent during the quoting phase. The initial estimate felt a bit inflated, though they were willing to negotiate and eventually price-match. Also, keep a close eye on the "extra" costs in the contract. Additional work, such as replacing plywood or fascia boards, can be expensive. For instance, unpainted fascia boards cost $120 each, with painting adding another $100+. However, given the high quality of their work, their quick response times, and the fact that many competitors are currently overcharging for profit, I would recommend PNW Roofing.

Specialty Insulation NW did a great job on my project. From my initial contact with Corey, to the installation team, everyone was a pleasure to work with. I almost didn't call these guys because I thought they did only foam. They do all kinds of Insulation. They used mineral wool and fiberglass on my project. Francisco and the other installers were all friendly and patiently answered any questions. I had spoken to other companies for quotes, but no one impressed me like Specialty Insulation NW. They were not my cheapest bid, but i am so glad I used them. They know their product well, can answer all your questions, respond promptly to questions, and have some of the best customer service I have experienced in the construction field.

Thank you Specialty Insulation NW, LLC for helping insulate this shed that we’re turning into an outdoor kitchen. The crew was punctual, clean and did great work! Corey and the Pam were easy to work with and communicated well throughout the process. I think the spray foam is a great way to go when insulating a structure and this is the company I would recommend to do it!

We had to get our crawl space cleaned and replace the old insulation with new. It took two days. I didn't know it would scare my one dog so much on the first day. On the second day I explained my situation to one of the installers Ramiro. He bent over backwards to help reduce the noise by keeping the compressor on the side of the house where my dogs weren't staying, outside. That was a big help and they really did their very best to keep the noise down while doing a great job.

Ernesto and his team helped us clear out an attic to allow us to do our remediation work and had the customers new insulation installed the day we finished our work. They were fast and thorough, we love working with them!

Cesar replied to my phone call quickly, sent over a proposal within a few minutes and had a crew out doing the work just 2 days later. EXCELLENT SERVICE !
