PNW Roof & Crawlspace Insulation removed our very old cedar shake roof & installed new high quality metal roof; took off and re-installed our gutters when finished replacing the roof; cleaned out, removed and re-insulated, re-screened, & installed vapor barrier in our crawlspace; cleaned out our attic, & removed & replaced our attic insulation, re-screening all the vents, and removed old fascia and replaced it with new, repainted fascia when the roof installation was completed. They took away all the old materials/garbage, and did a thorough sweep of the premises with a magnet roller after removing all trash materials. When we called for an estimate, PNW answered right away, and their estimator was at our house very quickly.Everyone at PNW couldn't be more friendly, courteous and capable! All the work was done quickly, safely, and on time. Everybody always has a smile on their face, and a hard working, can-do attitude. Their prices are very competitive, and communication was always nothing less than excellent. Their printed estimate and handout given at the time of estimation explains clearly and in detail the work to be done, and the specific type and brands of materials that will be used. Alfredo, Ana, and the PNW Roofing crew have been timely, responsive, and super helpful to work with. We had a leak in our roof, Alfredo came out the next day, assessed the issue, provided multiple potential solutions at varying price points and levels of disruptiveness, and was overall very knowledgeable. We were able to have our issue fixed within the week. We have also done roof cleaning and moss treatment on our roof - it looks sparkly and new! We would happily book any roofing needs with this crew again.
