Sound Crawls did an excellent job removing and replacing our attic insulation. The bid process was straight forward, communication before and during was excellent, and the four-man team that showed up on time to do the work took every conceivable step I can imagine minimizing impact to the rest of our home while they worked. When they completed the job, I could not even tell they had been here; except for the 50+ pictures they took showing before, during, and after. My wife and I are 100% satisfied.

Rodents and critters had decimated my est. 1900 craftsman home’s crawlspace and attic space, Patrick's free on-site assessment and bid was detailed and more knowledgeable than any of the other bidders (who did not bother to show up - they no doubt would have “under-bid” me once they “saw the real job”). They patched up all entry points 3 stories up, from outside the house, completely gutted the destroyed insulation and vapor barrier, installed new everything and used cement filler to patch up any and all access points. They even came back a second day because the job was so big - and did not charge me (or reassess the estimate) for it. This is the crew you want - honest work for a fair price. I will always be using and recommending Sound Crawls for any basement, crawlspace, insulation or attic work needs. Thanks again guys!

Patrick is really easy to work with and he showed great compassion for helping us fix our problems at a reasonable price. We had water under our house and called Sound Crawls to assess. He spent close to two hours showing me exactly what his findings were and explaining the options on how to fix it (French drains, sump pump, new insulation). I hired Proficient Insulation to apply spray foam to the ceiling of a shipping container to stop condensation raining inside. Excellent communication and quick to answer questions. Mario arrived on time and was very professional. He worked efficiently and left everything clean and neat with no overspray. The container had 3 roll-up doors that roll up close to the ceiling. Mario was able to apply insulation in the tight space above them without getting it too thick where it would interfere with the doors opening. I'm very pleased with the result and happy with the price too.

I own GF Construction, in Bellingham. Mario and crew are excellent. I had a small, older home with around 12" of crawl space. Mario and crew hand dug, and hauled out the soil to get to 18" crawl. They set 6 mil vapor barrier, and perfectly insulated the floor. They also vacuumed the old insulation in the attic and blew new to proper R value. They do great work at very competitive pricing. I highly recommend Mario and Proficient Insulation for all of your insulation and crawlspace needs.

From start to finish, Mario and his crew nailed it. First, cost was absolutely fair. Second, Mario was super knowledgeable regarding our needs and permit requirements and was able to solve all of the special needs our building had, like a spray foam ceiling. Third, they are fast! We would hire Mario and Proficient Insulation again in a heartbeat and definitely will for any future projects. This was probably the most painless of the many steps involved in our project.

PNW Roof & Crawlspace Insulation removed our very old cedar shake roof & installed new high quality metal roof; took off and re-installed our gutters when finished replacing the roof; cleaned out, removed and re-insulated, re-screened, & installed vapor barrier in our crawlspace; cleaned out our attic, & removed & replaced our attic insulation, re-screening all the vents, and removed old fascia and replaced it with new, repainted fascia when the roof installation was completed. They took away all the old materials/garbage, and did a thorough sweep of the premises with a magnet roller after removing all trash materials. When we called for an estimate, PNW answered right away, and their estimator was at our house very quickly.Everyone at PNW couldn't be more friendly, courteous and capable! All the work was done quickly, safely, and on time. Everybody always has a smile on their face, and a hard working, can-do attitude. Their prices are very competitive, and communication was always nothing less than excellent. Their printed estimate and handout given at the time of estimation explains clearly and in detail the work to be done, and the specific type and brands of materials that will be used. Alfredo, Ana, and the PNW Roofing crew have been timely, responsive, and super helpful to work with. We had a leak in our roof, Alfredo came out the next day, assessed the issue, provided multiple potential solutions at varying price points and levels of disruptiveness, and was overall very knowledgeable. We were able to have our issue fixed within the week. We have also done roof cleaning and moss treatment on our roof - it looks sparkly and new! We would happily book any roofing needs with this crew again.

This team was incredible! After multiple quotes, we ended up choosing this team because of their pricing, transparency, and attention to detail. Eric and Omid did not use any pushy sales tactics or try to give us silly customer discounts. They provided honest assessments and gave rationale answers for the problems in our home. We ended up getting all new insulation in our attic and crawlspace and mold remediation as needed. While assessing the crawlspace and completing that part of the project, they found issues with our sump pump and drain system in the crawl space which needed addressed to fix the moisture issue. The team was so efficient and conscientious in all their time within our home. Tom was very friendly and straightforward with the inspection, detailed the problems, replacing procedure, and warranties. The decision was made fast with a reasonable cost. 5 stars rate to him. Ronny and his crew are a fantastic hardworking team! They carefully setup their working environments to keep around clean. Then removed all the old insulation, laying up the new ones. When I realized the very small area need to be fixed, upon very tight schedule, Ronny’s crew came back fixed nicely. Yes, Rate Ronny and his crews all 5 stars. The company office has a super service lady Lorrie. She sent the before and after photos, make an inspection schedule, helped the fixed problems… She is friendly, patient, and quickly to resolve the problems! Definitely, Rate her 5 stars. The inspector, Jose, was done a good job and help to resolve our small area problem, Rate him 5 stars too. By my experience, I’m satisfied with this company with good leaders and hard-working teams. At some point over the winter, rats got under our house and shredded everything in their path. I got several bids for the work, not only did Super Attic Solutions offer the best price but they also offered better quality materials for the project, going with them was a no-brainer. Joey who did the appraisal was professional, polite and knew his stuff, joy to work with. They got me scheduled within a week and I got Ricky as my project manager. I’ll say they knocked it out of the park, the crew busted their butts all day and the end result was day and night. The transformation was mind blowing I had no idea how bad the damage was until Ricky and his crew were finished. Our house was built in the 40’s now we have a crawl space and insulation comparable to a new build! Super happy with the results from Ricky’s crew, their professionalism and hard work did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this company for any insulation-related project. If you get Ricky as the project manager, rest assured the end results are well worth every penny! Specialty Insulation NW did a great job on my project. From my initial contact with Corey, to the installation team, everyone was a pleasure to work with. I almost didn't call these guys because I thought they did only foam. They do all kinds of Insulation. They used mineral wool and fiberglass on my project. Francisco and the other installers were all friendly and patiently answered any questions. I had spoken to other companies for quotes, but no one impressed me like Specialty Insulation NW. They were not my cheapest bid, but i am so glad I used them. They know their product well, can answer all your questions, respond promptly to questions, and have some of the best customer service I have experienced in the construction field.

I think the spray foam is a great way to go when insulating a structure and this is the company I would recommend to do it!

We had to get our crawl space cleaned and replace the old insulation with new. It took two days. I didn't know it would scare my one dog so much on the first day. On the second day I explained my situation to one of the installers Ramiro. He bent over backwards to help reduce the noise by keeping the compressor on the side of the house where my dogs weren't staying, outside. That was a big help and they really did their very best to keep the noise down while doing a great job.

Attic Doctor helped with mold removal in my attic, and the whole experience was excellent. Jay and his team were great to work with from start to finish. Jay was very responsive and clearly explained the issue and the steps they would take, and the pricing was much more reasonable compared to other companies I contacted. His team worked efficiently, and did a thorough job. They were professional and respectful throughout the process. I also really appreciated that Jay provided detailed before-and-after photos, which made it easy to see the original condition and exactly what was cleaned and removed. I’m very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend Attic Doctor.

Attic Doctor did an insulation job (and air sealing) at my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and answering all my questions clearly. What really impressed me was their integrity. During installation, they discovered several exhaust vent ducts that weren't up to code. Instead of charging extra to fix it, they corrected it for free since they hadn't caught it during the estimate. This kind of honesty is hard to find. The work itself was very thorough and well-done. The crew was professional, respectful of property, and left everything clean. Riley and Jay checked in often during the job to ensure things were being executed correctly. After doing our due diligence we chose Attic Dr to remove/clean debris from the attic and crawl space, remediate some areas that had mold, remove all old insulation and install new R-38 attic insulation. Both attic and crawl space had all openings sealed and rodent traps were set in place. From start to finish we were very pleased with their process. Pictures of the entire attic and crawl space before, during and after the work was done were reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They were professional, responded to any questions we had in a timely manner and left the area around our residence neat and tidy.

Disappointing gutter installation. Master Insullation installed three gutter sections on my home on Lopez Island. I specified in my request for a bid that my roof would require gutter wedges due to the angle of our roof edges. Master Insullations estimate came back saying yes they would install gutter wedeges. I accepted the bid. The gutters they installed did have wedges, however the angle was much smaller than the angle of my roof edge. The gutters droop down. I requested that they replace the wedges with the correct angle. They replied that their supplier doesn't make wedges with a greater angle, and a larger wedge wasn't in their bid so they would not correct the installation. I researched gutter wedges on the web and found larger ones on Amazon and other suppliers. Several emails and phone calls later the best they would do is come out and swap the wedges, but I'd have to supply the wedges at my expense. I feel like a customer shouldn't have to be an expert on gutter wedge angles and supply to get a quality job.
