Sound Crawls did an excellent job removing and replacing our attic insulation. The bid process was straight forward, communication before and during was excellent, and the four-man team that showed up on time to do the work took every conceivable step I can imagine minimizing impact to the rest of our home while they worked. When they completed the job, I could not even tell they had been here; except for the 50+ pictures they took showing before, during, and after. My wife and I are 100% satisfied.

They patched up all entry points 3 stories up, from outside the house, completely gutted the destroyed insulation and vapor barrier, installed new everything and used cement filler to patch up any and all access points. They even came back a second day because the job was so big - and did not charge me (or reassess the estimate) for it. This is the crew you want - honest work for a fair price. Patrick is really easy to work with and he showed great compassion for helping us fix our problems at a reasonable price. We had water under our house and called Sound Crawls to assess. I hired Proficient Insulation to apply spray foam to the ceiling of a shipping container to stop condensation raining inside. Excellent communication and quick to answer questions. Mario arrived on time and was very professional. He worked efficiently and left everything clean and neat with no overspray. The container had 3 roll-up doors that roll up close to the ceiling. Mario was able to apply insulation in the tight space above them without getting it too thick where it would interfere with the doors opening. I'm very pleased with the result and happy with the price too.

I own GF Construction, in Bellingham. Mario and crew are excellent. I had a small, older home with around 12" of crawl space. Mario and crew hand dug, and hauled out the soil to get to 18" crawl. They set 6 mil vapor barrier, and perfectly insulated the floor. They also vacuumed the old insulation in the attic and blew new to proper R value. They do great work at very competitive pricing. I highly recommend Mario and Proficient Insulation for all of your insulation and crawlspace needs.

From start to finish, Mario and his crew nailed it. First, cost was absolutely fair. Second, Mario was super knowledgeable regarding our needs and permit requirements and was able to solve all of the special needs our building had, like a spray foam ceiling. Third, they are fast! We would hire Mario and Proficient Insulation again in a heartbeat and definitely will for any future projects. This was probably the most painless of the many steps involved in our project.

We recently used Super Attic Solutions in a re-roofing project for our 41 townhome HOA. Ricky’s team Was performing attic remediation in units where the old roof had failed. This required removal of damp insulation, microbial treatment, and re-insulation. Additionally, because we have common fire alarms and sprinkler systems running through our attics, they were able to mark where those were to prevent any Other issues in the future for identifying this. Ricky’s team showed up on time, were super respectful and, performed excellent work. You may wonder why I know he performed excellent work… We had a separate, independent general contractor overseeing the entire project and they reviewed the work. Super Attic even helped us identify something that had been missed by our original building contractor; creating attic access to a unit. We were able to quickly rectify this same day with our general contractor and Ricky’s Team was flexible to stay and complete the work.

Tom was very friendly and straightforward with the inspection, detailed the problems, replacing procedure, and warranties. The decision was made fast with a reasonable cost. 5 stars rate to him. Ronny and his crew are a fantastic hardworking team! They carefully setup their working environments to keep around clean. Then removed all the old insulation, laying up the new ones. When I realized the very small area need to be fixed, upon very tight schedule, Ronny’s crew came back fixed nicely. Yes, Rate Ronny and his crews all 5 stars. The company office has a super service lady Lorrie. She sent the before and after photos, make an inspection schedule, helped the fixed problems… She is friendly, patient, and quickly to resolve the problems! Definitely, Rate her 5 stars. The inspector, Jose, was done a good job and help to resolve our small area problem, Rate him 5 stars too. By my experience, I’m satisfied with this company with good leaders and hard-working teams. PNW Roof & Crawlspace Insulation removed our very old cedar shake roof & installed new high quality metal roof; took off and re-installed our gutters when finished replacing the roof; cleaned out, removed and re-insulated, re-screened, & installed vapor barrier in our crawlspace; cleaned out our attic, & removed & replaced our attic insulation, re-screening all the vents, and removed old fascia and replaced it with new, repainted fascia when the roof installation was completed. They took away all the old materials/garbage, and did a thorough sweep of the premises with a magnet roller after removing all trash materials. When we called for an estimate, PNW answered right away, and their estimator was at our house very quickly.Everyone at PNW couldn't be more friendly, courteous and capable! All the work was done quickly, safely, and on time. Everybody always has a smile on their face, and a hard working, can-do attitude. Their prices are very competitive, and communication was always nothing less than excellent. Alfredo, Ana, and the PNW Roofing crew have been timely, responsive, and super helpful to work with. We had a leak in our roof, Alfredo came out the next day, assessed the issue, provided multiple potential solutions at varying price points and levels of disruptiveness, and was overall very knowledgeable. We were able to have our issue fixed within the week. We have also done roof cleaning and moss treatment on our roof - it looks sparkly and new! We would happily book any roofing needs with this crew again.

We invited 5 quotes for insulation in a small carport reno project. We required spray foam to meet flood permit requirements. A&E was the only one who knew the requirements well and suggested we only needed the spray to a certain height and could then use traditional insulation to continue to the ceiling. We confirmed with the inspector while A&E estimator was on-site and proceeded with the quote. As a result of that suggestion, A&E saved us a great deal of money over all the other quotes who suggested spraying floor to ceiling. We were impressed and awarded them the work. Once complete, the county inspector indicated the work was very good and exceeded expectations. We recommend A&E 👍

Top notch work, worker’s came in and removed all my old blown in and batts insulation, then I had HVAC ducting installed then they came back out 2 weeks later and blew in new insulation. Good prices, fast removal & install also cleaned up before they left. Would recommend to any friends or family.

After Nathan provided a thorough inspection and provided a professional proposal, we opted to proceed with the clean up and restoration of our crawl spaces. The team arrived yesterday and performed the work like an army of surgeons! My wife and I inspected the work and were very impressed with the quality and completeness of the job. Rob the Sales Rep was very through and took the time to make sure I understood all aspects of the job. I got 3 estimates and Clean Crawls was the same or better than the others. The work was done is 2 phases. First was removal of all the insulation in the floor joists and the vapor barrier on the ground in the crawl space. Leo, the crew leader, was great to work with. He built a vinyl tunnel from the access hole inside the house to the front door to mitigate any debris from getting through the house. They also eliminated all entry points into the crawl space to keep the new rodents from coming in. Then the whole space was sprayed with deodorant/sanitizer. The next phase was to eliminate all of the rodents that had made a home in the crawl space. After 2 weeks and 15 dead rodents later we had Clean Crawls come back out to perform phase 2. Being very satisfied with Leo and crew I requested he come back out to finish the job. New vapor barrier was applied and new R30 insulation was installed. The insulation was held in place with nylon cord strung below the floor joists. All pipes were wrapped in R11 insulation. I went down to take a look after the job was complete. I am quite happy with the work performed and have no problem recommending this company.

The workers came out the very next day. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled – in 3 days. The entire work crew was friendly and cleaned up very good after the job was done. After the work in the attic was done, we noticed small lines on the ceiling and contacted the office. The supervisor resolved the issue right away. He sent the drywall specialists on the next day and everything was fixed in couple of hours with best result. We are 100% satisfied with the work and will recommend Clean Crawl to everybody who is looking for the descent appraisal and exceptional quality job performance. Disappointing gutter installation. Master Insullation installed three gutter sections on my home on Lopez Island. I specified in my request for a bid that my roof would require gutter wedges due to the angle of our roof edges. Master Insullations estimate came back saying yes they would install gutter wedeges. I accepted the bid. The gutters they installed did have wedges, however the angle was much smaller than the angle of my roof edge. The gutters droop down. I requested that they replace the wedges with the correct angle. They replied that their supplier doesn't make wedges with a greater angle, and a larger wedge wasn't in their bid so they would not correct the installation. I researched gutter wedges on the web and found larger ones on Amazon and other suppliers. Several emails and phone calls later the best they would do is come out and swap the wedges, but I'd have to supply the wedges at my expense. I feel like a customer shouldn't have to be an expert on gutter wedge angles and supply to get a quality job.
