Duck's Insulation came highly recommended and offered an exceptionally competitive bid to clean out the crawl space and replace old insulation at our recently purchased house. The owner Juan Perez personally came out to our properly to do the inspection and to generate the quote and seemed genuinely eager to help us and explain what needed to be done (even if we were to go with another contractor). Juan's crew was very professional and completed the work in about half a day. They took photos and videos pre and post and they even used a thicker vapor barrier per my request free of charge which was really appreciated. Highly recommend Duck's for their good work and super competitive pricing!

Juan Perez and his team did such a great job at my home. In my attic, they did remediation, replaced baffles, added insulation to bring my insulation levels up to code and cleaned my gutters. Juan went above and beyond at my home and was super helpful offering advice and guidance. I will be using Duck's Insulation LLC again and I highly recommend them.

Sound Crawls did an excellent job removing and replacing our attic insulation. The bid process was straight forward, communication before and during was excellent, and the four-man team that showed up on time to do the work took every conceivable step I can imagine minimizing impact to the rest of our home while they worked. When they completed the job, I could not even tell they had been here; except for the 50+ pictures they took showing before, during, and after. My wife and I are 100% satisfied.

Rodents and critters had decimated my est. 1900 craftsman home’s crawlspace and attic space, Patrick's free on-site assessment and bid was detailed and more knowledgeable than any of the other bidders (who did not bother to show up - they no doubt would have “under-bid” me once they “saw the real job”). They patched up all entry points 3 stories up, from outside the house, completely gutted the destroyed insulation and vapor barrier, installed new everything and used cement filler to patch up any and all access points. They even came back a second day because the job was so big - and did not charge me (or reassess the estimate) for it. This is the crew you want - honest work for a fair price. We highly recommend Sound Crawls with Patrick and Team. Patrick (owner) and team did an outstanding job on our Camano Island house. Patrick is really easy to work with and he showed great compassion for helping us fix our problems at a reasonable price. We had water under our house and called Sound Crawls to assess. A&Z Insulation did a fantastic job! I originally called them to get an estimate on just cleaning our crawl space. Ashley and Zach showed up, checked it out and saw that we had no insulation in the crawl space - which we had known but always figured it was too expensive to have done. Ashley told me about available rebates from PSE and CNG which would basically cover the cost of putting in new insulation. Had she not told me about the rebates we never would have known and would never have considered putting in insulation. At the end of the day, we hired them to not only clean the crawl space and install new vapor barrier, but install new insulation there and in our attic. We could not be happier with the decision. They worked around our schedule to do the work, the crews were top notch and the work areas were spotless when they were finished. Not only did they put in the insulation, but they sealed all the floor and ceiling penetrations as part of the job. I even referred them to our son who ended up hiring them to do insulation in his house. :-)

A&Z was a joy to work with! They were always very prompt with responses and kept to an intense schedule. With PSE rebates (which they also filed on behalf of the HOA) the cost to individual owners was extremely reasonable! 10/10 Experience and would work with them again.

We are so happy with the work Daniel and his crew did for us. They removed insulation that had been infested with mice before we bought our home and repaired entry points that should keep it from happening again. The price was right and they showed up when they said they would. I particularly liked that they did it in two stages and set mouse traps to make sure everything was good before installing and it looks incredible. No need to look elsewhere for a real professional.

I would like to thank Daniel and his crew for the excellent job they did cleaning the crawl space at a home we recently purchased. They removed the old vapor barrier, damaged insulation, and construction debris left by the contractor. Not only did they install a new vapor barrier, they also replaced/repaired the screens on the vents as well as making the crawlspace entry.They did an excellent job, We have had other trades under the house since S.O.S completed their work and they commented on the quality of the work done. Daniel and his crew from S.O.S. just finished sealing up my crawl space a couple of days ago to exclude rodents. They replaced contaminated insulation and twined up the rest, replaced my old vapor barrier, built a new pressure treated door, sealed off entry points to the house with foam and wire mesh, and filled all holes in the crawl space with cement. They also replaced a few vents. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend their services to anyone I know with a rodent problem. Now I actually don't mind going under my house. Rob the Sales Rep was very through and took the time to make sure I understood all aspects of the job. I got 3 estimates and Clean Crawls was the same or better than the others. The work was done is 2 phases. First was removal of all the insulation in the floor joists and the vapor barrier on the ground in the crawl space. Leo, the crew leader, was great to work with. He built a vinyl tunnel from the access hole inside the house to the front door to mitigate any debris from getting through the house. They also eliminated all entry points into the crawl space to keep the new rodents from coming in. Then the whole space was sprayed with deodorant/sanitizer. The next phase was to eliminate all of the rodents that had made a home in the crawl space. After 2 weeks and 15 dead rodents later we had Clean Crawls come back out to perform phase 2. Being very satisfied with Leo and crew I requested he come back out to finish the job. New vapor barrier was applied and new R30 insulation was installed. The insulation was held in place with nylon cord strung below the floor joists. All pipes were wrapped in R11 insulation. I went down to take a look after the job was complete. I am quite happy with the work performed and have no problem recommending this company.

Job Description: Cleaning Attic and Crawling Space, Removing Old Insulation, Installation of new Insulation, Install Roof Vents (to achieve proper exhaust venting of the attic) and etc. Christopher D Strovas thoroughly inspected the attic and crawling space and gave us the best bid compare to other companies bids. The workers came out the very next day. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled – in 3 days. The entire work crew was friendly and cleaned up very good after the job was done. After the work in the attic was done, we noticed small lines on the ceiling and contacted the office. The supervisor resolved the issue right away. He sent the drywall specialists on the next day and everything was fixed in couple of hours with best result. We are 100% satisfied with the work and will recommend Clean Crawl to everybody who is looking for the descent appraisal and exceptional quality job performance.
