MY PROJECT: At 2-story 1992 vintage house, clear existing blocked attic soffit vents, repair existing or install new insulation baffles, add loose-fill fiberglass insulation to R-49, and seal attic access hatch. PROS: o Professional, knowledgeable, competent, and courteous staff, David in particular, who conducted initial site inspection and also supervised/performed site work. o Great communications with owner Craig Connell. o Offered lowest bid price of three total bidders. Price extremely reasonable for scope of work. o Timely kept all scheduled appointments. o Accurate time estimates to complete work. o Took great care protecting house interior from work impacts, and satisfactorily cleaned interior areas unavoidably affected by work. o Provided detailed instructions and forms, including pre-addressed and stamped envelope, to apply for $1,500 Cascade Natural Gas rebate. Now that's service!!! CONS: No internet presence (website). BOTTOM LINE: I recommend Kitsap Insulation Services without hesitation.
