LP Insulation of Naperville is the best! I cannot say enough good things about them. We had gotten an estimate from another company and it was more than double. Owner John came out to provide us with a quote for a smaller job in the crawl space beneath our kitchen. He was very friendly, gave us a reasonable offer, and informed us about energy rebates that would expire at the end of the year. We booked the job. The crew arrived promptly and got to work immediately. Our crawl space is not easily accessible (through an old hopper window located over the utility sink in our laundry room). They cleared out the old insulation and cleaned up years' worth of detritus. They were finished in under two hours and left everything tidy. Clear before-and-after photos were shared with us. Great work! We can't wait to reap the benefits of a well-insulated space.

I had Koala spay foam my cathedral ceiling that lacked any insulation. Guys came on time and performed the work within guidelines. Area was prepped and sprayed well. No funny residue and was able to return home the next day. I was very pleased with the workmanship, quality and attention to detail. My AC unit no longer runs as often as it did. Now I can’t wait how this will perform in the winter, but I can already tell a drastic difference in temperature. I would highly recommend.

Koala insulation came through for us. We wanted to have or attic insulated with blow in material John Anthony came and gave a quick quote. He showed us what they were going to do and gave us a fair price. The job was scheduled right away. The team came on time and left the house as clean as it was when they got there. It has not been too cold yet this year, but we can notice a positive improvement. No drafts or cold ceiling now. 18” deep throughout the entire attic. They gave us very good complete pictures of the before and after of their work. Very satisfied and will recommend them to others.

ARC recently completed an insulation project in my home that was built in 1862. The home had zero insulation in the attic. We worked with David and his team and they were absolutely fantastic. Box sills were insulated in October. My home had a mouse problem for the past couple of years and paid a Pest Service (all they did was put bait boxes outside). Found information to insulate your box sills where the small leaks are allowing cold air and pests to come in. Wish I knew about this solution before. Now, absolutely no evidence of mice, spiders, webs, small bugs..... All perfectly and expertly sealed. Basement is warmer and less damp and wood floors above are warmer. ARC Company was excellent. They were easy to talk to and the crew was helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was sealed off and debris expertly removed . Old insulation had some mold AND dead mice.... UGH!!!! Everything was cleaned up and installed perfectly. Crew was professional, courteous and outstanding.... Wasted too much money on Pest Service and should have insulated with ARC . Highly recommend services and crew. Money well spent for great services and results.

Innovative Insualtion Solutions are the best. They sprayed closed cell foam in our open attic spaces. Communication prior to the project beginning from the office regarding timing and how the job would go was excellent. The crew sent over to my home were even better. We got 3 quotes for insulation and thIs was by far the most reasonable. We saw the difference in our energy needs almost immediately - we would keep the thermostat at 73 and our bedroom upstairs would not get warmer than 68. After the insulation was added the room temp is exactly what we set the thermostat to. Glad we did this before winter began. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

These guys are the real deal folks. A few years back our newly purchased house had a mice problem. We were given quotes for sealing and doing some insulation that were so expensive. We did the sealing and held off on insulation until this winter when our heat distribution was terrible. Enter Ken and Tyler from building energy experts. I could tell from the moment they showed up how thorough they were. Ken explained things SO well and pointed out several weak points that were contributing to our issues. Anthony the owner followed up with a quote that was not only reasonable, they had gone through the trouble of taking off rebates that they knew would be covered by our gas company. This was certainly never mentioned by their other companies much less actually applied in a quote. Day of service the guys showed up early and were ready to go. Dave, Tito, Jason and Tyler were incredibly thorough and efficient and it was a bigger job once they got into our weird old house and realized the full scope of the project. Again they explained everything so well and truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! We feel so grateful to have found this company!

USA Insulation came out and blew in the pink stuff up to R49. The crew arrived on time, was professional and very thorough with what they were going to do before starting, communicating during of their progress and then a 'show and tell' after the work was completed. Cleanup afterwards let my house cleaner than before they showed up and only took them around 1 1/2 - 2hrs from start to finish (for a 1425 sq ft attic). The entire process, from start to finish, exceeded my satisfaction and we will most certainly be recommending USA Insulation to our friends and family.

I previously used USA Insulation and was totally satisfied. When another area of my home needed insulating it was a no brainer to contact them. The second time around even better results, Jose and Jason did an outstanding job!

The garage is now easily heated with a basic space heater. Insects can’t move within the walls so have noticed a more insect free space. Problem is they spackled in too low of temperatures, now looks bad and ceiling pieces fall out easier They came out again to fix but they said it was spackled and they only do that once as per agreement. Maybe give me the option to wait and spackle in proper temperatures would be good because we want to paint. Better then 3 stars I give 3.5 😀
