Innovative Insualtion Solutions are the best. They sprayed closed cell foam in our open attic spaces. Communication prior to the project beginning from the office regarding timing and how the job would go was excellent. The crew sent over to my home were even better. They communicated well, showed up on time each day and were respectful of my home...three things that I, as a small business owner, can really appreciate. The owner, Richard Spies, also showed up onsite to make sure all was well and to answer any questions that I had. A really great experience from start to finish. Great communication, easy scheduling, fair pricing. Richard was great to work with and his team was friendly, clean, and efficient. We got 3 quotes for insulation and thIs was by far the most reasonable. We saw the difference in our energy needs almost immediately - we would keep the thermostat at 73 and our bedroom upstairs would not get warmer than 68. After the insulation was added the room temp is exactly what we set the thermostat to. Glad we did this before winter began. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
