ARC recently completed an insulation project in my home that was built in 1862. The home had zero insulation in the attic. We worked with David and his team and they were absolutely fantastic. This was our 3rd time using ARC across various properties in our family. Even though we shopped our spray insulation project for our new house we just bought, they were willing to stay competitive on price and pointed out how the spec of their insulation was better quality then the other quotes we got. Our whole attic was spray foam insulated (with old BAT rolled insulation removed) and the results were amazing. It’s been such a pleasant experience using ARC Insulation. David came to my home to see what was needed. I’ve lived in my home for 40 years and it’s always been uncomfortable. I had open vents in the crawlspace causing all of my floors to be ice cold in the Winter. I only had about 2” of cellulose insulation in the attic. Now it’s finally up to the current code of 15” and I can already feel the difference! Antonio and Mauricio did a professional job with the work and were very nice and shared photos with me. I would recommend ARC to anyone looking for a fair price. They aren’t pushy in the sales process and only offered services that would benefit me and my home.

I can’t speak highly enough of South Chicago Insulation ( Gasca Brothers) the entire experience from the moment Joe Gasca walked in was fantastic !! Joe was friendly and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain and actually point out a few things we weren’t aware of, that was needed. (the other company failed to tell us) Joe also addressed all my questions that I was concerned with- I felt very confident in my decision having them continue with the work. We will be using South Chicago Insulation again ( roof and spray foam in another location ) I would HIGHLY recommend this company ! The crew did a fantastic job. Work included cleaning out a mess of old insulation and spray foaming the attic roof. Lots of tight places that they took care of. Attic temp feels much more stable now. Looking forward to a cozy winter thanks to the new spray foam insulation.

South Chicago Insulation did an absolutely amazing job with our renovation. They are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and expeditious... but their attention to detail is what really takes the cake. I was sure that we were going to have an issue with freezing pipes as we were running the plumbing for two overhead rainshower heads for our upstairs shower through the attic crawlspace. Problem for others, maybe... but not South Chicago Insulation! They ran a vapor barrier over top of the ceiling joists above the pipes and secured it tightly. Then they were able to insulate with spray foam behind the piping using the vapor barrier as a backer, and left the underside exposed. Over top of the vapor barrier on the attic side they replaced the blown in insulation to code level and bingo... airtight seal with pipes as cozy as a baby sheep snuggled up in a huddle. Trust me folks... you can sleep easy when South Chicago Insulation is taking care of your home or business... it's so much easier to rest when you don't feel like your paying to heat and cool the whole nieghborhood. They got every nook and cranny covered. Absolutely amazing job. Thank you guys for the great work.

Our experience with Illinois Insulators was all positive. They came on time, did their job efficiently, cleaned up perfectly and both John and Liam were very nice and polite. Their prices were great and if we ever needed their services again we would definitely call them. We would like to give an extra shout out to Liam for going above and beyond to make sure this picky woman was pleased with the job he did! Highly recommend!

Benny and John did a fantastic job fixing the insulation in our attic and sealing it from the outside elements. Their team was communicative and timely with the insulation. I felt a massive difference in the temperature on the second story within 2 hours of them completing the job and look forward to lower future energy bills.

These guys are the real deal folks. A few years back our newly purchased house had a mice problem. We were given quotes for sealing and doing some insulation that were so expensive. We did the sealing and held off on insulation until this winter when our heat distribution was terrible. Enter Ken and Tyler from building energy experts. I could tell from the moment they showed up how thorough they were. Ken explained things SO well and pointed out several weak points that were contributing to our issues. Anthony the owner followed up with a quote that was not only reasonable, they had gone through the trouble of taking off rebates that they knew would be covered by our gas company. This was certainly never mentioned by their other companies much less actually applied in a quote. Day of service the guys showed up early and were ready to go. Dave, Tito, Jason and Tyler were incredibly thorough and efficient and it was a bigger job once they got into our weird old house and realized the full scope of the project. Again they explained everything so well and truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! We feel so grateful to have found this company!
