LP Insulation of Naperville is the best! I cannot say enough good things about them. We had gotten an estimate from another company and it was more than double. Everyone that has interacted with me throughout this process has been very professional, polite, responsive. Hired Jim and his crew to insulate a home renovation I was working on. They were super professional and very flexible regarding time. As with any project the scope expands and causes delays, but they worked with me. They kept in good contact. Showed up promptly, they were clean, fast, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll be hiring them for any spray foam project I have in the future.

Jim was very prompt and upfront on pricing and scheduling and the price was reasonable. He did a good job of explaining the benefits of the spray foam and his communication was perfect! They did a great job and both with the spraying and clean up. If I need more in the future I would definitely use Air Defense again!

Jim and his crew are great. They are very knowledgeable and completely honest good hearted people. Jim will tell you exactly what he thinks should be done and not try to up sell anything. Very well thought out planning and plenty of technical experience. He knows everything there is to know about spray foam and the right way to do the job. He uses a high quality closed cell product that offers strength, acts as a vapor barrier, and most importantly gives a higher R-value. He really helped me with my project and if spray foam isn’t right for your job he will tell it to you with an honest alternative. I would highly recommend them.

Box sills were insulated in October. My home had a mouse problem for the past couple of years and paid a Pest Service (all they did was put bait boxes outside). Found information to insulate your box sills where the small leaks are allowing cold air and pests to come in. Wish I knew about this solution before. Now, absolutely no evidence of mice, spiders, webs, small bugs..... All perfectly and expertly sealed. Basement is warmer and less damp and wood floors above are warmer. ARC Company was excellent. They were easy to talk to and the crew was helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was sealed off and debris expertly removed . Old insulation had some mold AND dead mice.... UGH!!!! Everything was cleaned up and installed perfectly. Crew was professional, courteous and outstanding.... Wasted too much money on Pest Service and should have insulated with ARC . Highly recommend services and crew. Money well spent for great services and results.

Great communication from start to finish on my project!! David (initial consultation and sales) was very easy to work with, very patient, very knowledgeable. The crew (Victor and Pedro) were professional and friendly. I appreciated how hard they worked, their attention to detail, and how clean they kept everything. The insulation looks so good — what a difference!! We will definitely hire ARC again!!

He walked through each one with me in detail and was honest about what was better or not in those quotes so I could feel confident I was getting the best value. His knowledge and transparency made the decision easy. Mauricio and Antonio completed the installation and were fantastic to work with. They explained the work step-by-step, thoroughly covered and protected the areas being insulated, took detailed photos throughout the process, and cleaned up completely when finished. James was honest from the very start. I needed insulation for the top of my house. I had a few people come out and he was upfront about what I needed to seal my house up. Spray foam on one side and blew in insulation on the other side. I even asked if I should do the spray foam on both sides and he said it wasn’t necessary. Hard to find honest people that stand behind their work these days. Highly recommend!

My experience with James at Titanium insulation has been fantastic from start to finish. We were on a tight schedule because our tenant moved out and after doing the demo ourselves we found the existing insulation in our upstairs attic bedrooms was inadequate and needed to be torn out. James came out and knew how to maximize the insulation and r value in a challenging spot in these homes where there is very little room to work with and provided a solution. We opted for a conditioned attic space in our cape cod home, and spray foam in our rafters to maximize the R value. I have walked through around a dozen of these types of homes and I can say we have the best insulated Cape Cod in our neighborhood, it is extremely comfortable. James went above and beyond to make sure our project went on schedule, and even exceeded expectations by offering referrals to additional contractors for drywall, which we ended up using and getting a solid finish we are happy with. James was very quick to respond to texts and calls, and gave me updates about the project each step of the way. This work did cost us thousands so we wanted to make sure money was well spent and we believe it was. Highly recommend James and his team for insulation work, they all go above and beyond and we will enjoy this for years to come.

James was very prompt to come and provide a reasonable quote for adding insulation to my entire attic. They actually did the work the very next day! I have been very pleased that my roof has remained snow covered, proving to me that heat is no longer being transferred from my living space into the attic. James was very personable and patient answering all my questions.

Had my attic insulated, some air sealing done, and an HVAC tune-up by the Ruiz brothers at Assured, and everything turned out awesome. The team was super friendly, showed up on time, and explained what they were doing in a way that really made sense. Norman installed a new bath fan as well, and he did a great job with it. The old one wouldn't even turn on, and after the install, he made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. The house feels way more comfortable now, and the HVAC is running smoother than it has in years. They were quick, clean, and really easy to work with. Definitely recommend them if you need insulation or HVAC work. Great crew and solid results!

Assured installed insulation in my attic. From the salesman to the installers, we were very happy their customer service. I received a text and a phone call before they arrived. Kept us up to date on arrival time. Walked us through the insulation process, etc. The lead installer was very nice, engaging and informative. They covered the entry to the bedroom with plastic before starting work. Very clean when they were finished. Great job. Thank you for excellent service.

I can’t speak highly enough of South Chicago Insulation ( Gasca Brothers) the entire experience from the moment Joe Gasca walked in was fantastic !! Joe was friendly and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain and actually point out a few things we weren’t aware of, that was needed. (the other company failed to tell us) Joe also addressed all my questions that I was concerned with- I felt very confident in my decision having them continue with the work. We will be using South Chicago Insulation again ( roof and spray foam in another location ) I would HIGHLY recommend this company ! The crew did a fantastic job. Work included cleaning out a mess of old insulation and spray foaming the attic roof. Lots of tight places that they took care of. Attic temp feels much more stable now. Looking forward to a cozy winter thanks to the new spray foam insulation.

South Chicago Insulation did an absolutely amazing job with our renovation. They are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and expeditious... but their attention to detail is what really takes the cake. I was sure that we were going to have an issue with freezing pipes as we were running the plumbing for two overhead rainshower heads for our upstairs shower through the attic crawlspace. Problem for others, maybe... but not South Chicago Insulation! They ran a vapor barrier over top of the ceiling joists above the pipes and secured it tightly. Then they were able to insulate with spray foam behind the piping using the vapor barrier as a backer, and left the underside exposed. Over top of the vapor barrier on the attic side they replaced the blown in insulation to code level and bingo... airtight seal with pipes as cozy as a baby sheep snuggled up in a huddle. Trust me folks... you can sleep easy when South Chicago Insulation is taking care of your home or business... it's so much easier to rest when you don't feel like your paying to heat and cool the whole nieghborhood. They got every nook and cranny covered. Absolutely amazing job. Thank you guys for the great work.

It was a pleasure to work with Brian, Andrew, and their family business. I recently had Eco Tec at my home doing wall cavity insulation. My house is over 100 years old and largely stucco exterior, both of which present more challenges, but they were able to do get the job done mostly from the outside. I only had a short turn around time for completion of the work, repair, and clean up. Brian went above and beyond to get my final clean up done by my required deadline - thank you Andrew and Ryan. I want to acknowledge Ruben for his efforts and thorough work getting my drywall repaired, painted and back to normal. Brian is very responsive and has such a friendly, calm and competent attitude. I thought my initial quote was very reasonable considering the scope of the work. My final invoice and payment due amount was really good value. I would definitely recommend Eco Tec Insulation.
