I can’t speak highly enough of South Chicago Insulation ( Gasca Brothers) the entire experience from the moment Joe Gasca walked in was fantastic !! Joe was friendly and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain and actually point out a few things we weren’t aware of, that was needed. (the other company failed to tell us) Joe also addressed all my questions that I was concerned with- I felt very confident in my decision having them continue with the work. We will be using South Chicago Insulation again ( roof and spray foam in another location ) I would HIGHLY recommend this company ! South Chicago Insulation did an absolutely amazing job with our renovation. They are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and expeditious... but their attention to detail is what really takes the cake. I was sure that we were going to have an issue with freezing pipes as we were running the plumbing for two overhead rainshower heads for our upstairs shower through the attic crawlspace. Problem for others, maybe... but not South Chicago Insulation! They ran a vapor barrier over top of the ceiling joists above the pipes and secured it tightly. Then they were able to insulate with spray foam behind the piping using the vapor barrier as a backer, and left the underside exposed. Over top of the vapor barrier on the attic side they replaced the blown in insulation to code level and bingo... airtight seal with pipes as cozy as a baby sheep snuggled up in a huddle. Trust me folks... you can sleep easy when South Chicago Insulation is taking care of your home or business... it's so much easier to rest when you don't feel like your paying to heat and cool the whole nieghborhood. They got every nook and cranny covered. Absolutely amazing job. Thank you guys for the great work.
