Assured installed insulation in my attic. From the salesman to the installers, we were very happy their customer service. I received a text and a phone call before they arrived. Kept us up to date on arrival time. Walked us through the insulation process, etc. The lead installer was very nice, engaging and informative. They covered the entry to the bedroom with plastic before starting work. Very clean when they were finished. Great job. Thank you for excellent service.

Assured is absolutely the way to go. I had the pleasure of working with two extremely professional and sharp-looking gentlemen — Jelani (the assessor) and Hunter (the sales manager). From the moment they arrived, their professionalism stood out. They were respectful, well-spoken, and carried themselves in a way that immediately built trust. Beyond that, they were genuinely kind, personable, and even brought some humor to the appointment, which made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Had my attic insulated, some air sealing done, and an HVAC tune-up by the Ruiz brothers at Assured, and everything turned out awesome. The team was super friendly, showed up on time, and explained what they were doing in a way that really made sense. Norman installed a new bath fan as well, and he did a great job with it. The old one wouldn't even turn on, and after the install, he made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. The house feels way more comfortable now, and the HVAC is running smoother than it has in years. They were quick, clean, and really easy to work with. Definitely recommend them if you need insulation or HVAC work. Great crew and solid results!
