Koala Insulation of Chicago - Western Suburbs

I had Koala spay foam my cathedral ceiling that lacked any insulation. Guys came on time and performed the work within guidelines. Area was prepped and sprayed well. No funny residue and was able to return home the next day. I was very pleased with the workmanship, quality and attention to detail. My AC unit no longer runs as often as it did. Now I can’t wait how this will perform in the winter, but I can already tell a drastic difference in temperature. I would highly recommend.

Koala insulation came through for us. We wanted to have or attic insulated with blow in material John Anthony came and gave a quick quote. He showed us what they were going to do and gave us a fair price. The job was scheduled right away. The team came on time and left the house as clean as it was when they got there. It has not been too cold yet this year, but we can notice a positive improvement. No drafts or cold ceiling now. 18” deep throughout the entire attic. They gave us very good complete pictures of the before and after of their work. Very satisfied and will recommend them to others.

Owner John came out to provide us with a quote for a smaller job in the crawl space beneath our kitchen. He was very friendly, gave us a reasonable offer, and informed us about energy rebates that would expire at the end of the year. We booked the job. The crew arrived promptly and got to work immediately. Our crawl space is not easily accessible (through an old hopper window located over the utility sink in our laundry room). They cleared out the old insulation and cleaned up years' worth of detritus. They were finished in under two hours and left everything tidy. Clear before-and-after photos were shared with us. Great work! We can't wait to reap the benefits of a well-insulated space.
