Excellent experience. Promptly came for an estimate. Never felt like they tried to sell me something I didn’t need. Had 20 year old home that needed more insulation and the garage ceiling insulated. They scheduled the job quickly and showed up when they said they would. Showed pictures of before and after and cleaned up like they were never here. Highly recommend.

Needed the whole house Insulated, team arrived early and completed job. Team finished and cleaned up all trash, showed me before and after pictures, that's when the payment was due! Excellent work gentleman.

Very professional service from start to finish. I had blow in insulation added to existing insulation in my living area and new insulation added to my garage. Pricing was straightforward and reasonable. Service was excellent. They showed up exactly when they said they would and performed their work quickly and efficiently. Clean up was excellent and they reviewed before and after photos with me before leaving. Very satisfied with everyone at Igloo and have already recommended their service to a few people.

Got here at 7:55am for a delivery and I was empty at 8:58am. Friendly folks but not a lot of space to back in to the dock in a 53’ but it’s more than doable.

Sorry I’m very bad with names. The crew showed up on time. Explained the process, got set up very quickly and as the first thre pics show very quick and efficient. Day 2 only one worker showed his partner was out sick. He finished spraying the ceiling, clean up and scraped any overspray. Very professional and efficient. Will definitely recommend Koala to anyone requiring insulation. The price was extremely fair for the services provided.

We hired Koala Insulation after our HVAC company recommended them to top off the insulation in our 30 year old house. From the very start of my initial call to scheduling to have them come out, Koala was polite, professional and their communication was beyond fantastic. Koala provided us with an estimates on two options. While we had initially decided on just having additional insulation blown in over our preexisting insulation, we decided to change course and went with also having insulation installed over the garage and having the foam board added to our garage door. Communication day before and day of install was outstanding and Johan showed up on time and explained the entire process. Installation was efficient and done quickly and everything was cleaned up. Well done Koala, we highly recommend them and you won’t be disappointed.

Showed up when they said they would and did a great job. I was actively involved to make sure it was completed to our contracted 3" of closed cell foam. I will absolutely use them again on my next home. I have been a home builder for 30+ years! Hard to find good sub contracts in SWFL vs MN but these guys did great!

This company is fantastic. They communicated with me thru texts, I'm deaf so that was great. They came right away and quoted me a very reasonable price to clean out under my mobile home and then spray a disinfectant under it. After a few days they blew in the foam. They were punctual, pleasant and professional to deal with I would highly recommend them.

They did a GREAT job. They came out quick and had the estimate for me the same day. After calling about 3 other places that I hadn't heard back from, I was thrilled so I went ahead and scheduled the work. It was faster than expected and they left the house clean when they were done. I had them add spray insulation under house and in the attic to help my AC handle cooling the house better. It seems to be helping already!

We were very impressed with the team that did the work at our home. They were very professional about doing quality work and made sure I was satisfied with their work at the end of the job. They also did a very thorough job of cleaning up the few pieces of insulation left on the floor after the blown in process was completed. This company was outstanding to work with! We just had a large attic insulation job done and we could not be more pleased with Koala Insulation. From Steve coming over for the estimate, to Mike and Brett completing the job--we were happy customers at every step. Our AC is cycling on and off properly now and our thermostat is set higher. Moreover, Steve (the boss) was a great communicator throughout the entire process. All the workers are super friendly, and they do not leave any mess whatsoever. Will not hesitate to use them in the future!

Ever since I've owned my home in Florida, I've had issues with water stains on the ceiling in the summer. I was tired of looking at them all the time and having to constantly repaint. I found Charles with Professional Insulation Services and decided to give him a call after reading his great reviews. I can not say enough positives about S and S Spray Foam and their team....they did a great job. I had an issue with some foam that got on the exterior of my building. They were attentive and thoughtful about the situation and remedied it immediately. I would totally use them again.

I don't write reviews often but this time I feel that word needs to be spread. They have done an unbelievable job with my gutters and fixed the missing fascia on my home and all of that in timely manner at a very reasonable price. I will just say don't hesitate to call them, you won't regret it. Oh and did I mention that the costumer service and scheduling department is unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable.
