TLS Insulation did a great job for me. They were very professional about all aspects of the job from inspection and quote to installation. They scheduled appointments, sent reminders, and called before they came. On installation they arrived with everything they needed and worked efficiently. Their employees were friendly and willing to answer questions. I would use them again.

Absolutely the greatest experience ever. Hurricane Ian had our heads spinning with so much damage and so many different contractors… so to say that these guys are the best is an understatement! They are superior and stand by their work! They listen and took extra time out of their very busy day to investigate our concerns! I have a 1972 2,500 sq. Ft. house that was in dire need of insulation in the attic space, TLS came to the rescue with a timely quote and good explanation of what they could do. The quote also contained all the necessary discounts that could be obtained from the power company (in this case FPL). 10 days after the quote, TLS installed the insulation, took around 2 to 3 hours, took before and after photos, cleaned up an left. Very efficient operation.

We contacted them after hurricane Milton and they came out immediately and their team was incredibly polite and professional! Our entire ridge vent blew off of our roof during the hurricane and they were sympathetic and quick to get the job done! They did not only an amazing job, but cleaned everything up and were super fair on price! Joe came out to inspect the job while they were still here and to ensure that we were happy! For my fellow WSTL drivers: Very easy to get to location. GPS correct. I-75 exit 193 ( Jacaranda Blvd) to Commerce Dr. I arrived about an hour early for my 9am appointment , checked in inside and had my arrival time on my shipping papers verified with a signature.. just to be sure. I was told they would come out to get me when they got their trucks loaded and out on the road for deliveries. Waiting on the road with flashers for around 30-45 minutes. Backed into dock 30 minutes before actual delivery time…it was awhile before they got started unloading me. It’s tight in the yard but they instruct to pull up beside two trailers and do an almost straight line back… pretty easy but tight with 53 ft. trailer . He said it might take about an hour to unload. Really nice people. Good experience. Thanks everyone!

We had a great experience with Mike from Jansen & Sons. When the builder of our new home would not install two front gutters because it was out of their scope of work we called Mike. He came the next morning to install the two gutters before the heavy rain was to come through. The work was fast and quality is great! Thank you Mike for helping us in a pinch!

I had Jensen & Sons spray foam my attic in 2019 at which time they enclosed it totally so the ability to inspect at that time without an access unfortunately did not happen. A remodel contractor has exposed the attic for renovations, and we are discovering numerous locations that were not covered at all. A call to them reveals that they will now not stand behind their work. I understand we would be past anyone's warranty period, but this a matter of poor work and not a problem that developed.

I was running into major overflowing which dropped heavy rain in certain areas of my grass killing it. This was a new build home since February and never really went through its paces as far as rain goes. I called up Alex and he quickly and politely assisted with my issue. I also appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of the workers that arrived to pitch and install more downspouts to help out with my issue. Thank you. Christian an Alex
