The TLS team did a great job at providing an estimate, scheduling, and sending a text message before their arrival. They provided photos before and after to let me see how everything looks, meeting the requirements and level I selected. I recommend them and would use them again if needed.

I'm fully satisfied with the service. Got the attic insulated with blow-in insulation. The guys made photos before and after putting the insulation, used rulers to be sure that thickness is sufficient. Cleaned up afterwards. Provided very professional and neat service

I called three companies for quotes on insulation and this was the only company that returned my call the same day and gave me a quote the same day. The other company never called me back. They scheduled to come out the next week and the workers were great in communicating when they were planning to arrive. The workers was very polite and worked quickly, but thoroughly. Very happy with this company and would recommend it to my friends and family.

I have a 1972 2,500 sq. Ft. house that was in dire need of insulation in the attic space, TLS came to the rescue with a timely quote and good explanation of what they could do. The quote also contained all the necessary discounts that could be obtained from the power company (in this case FPL). 10 days after the quote, TLS installed the insulation, took around 2 to 3 hours, took before and after photos, cleaned up an left. Very efficient operation.

We needed more insulation and a neighbor recommended TLS. The first employee came out and explained everything to us. Gave us an estimate and we agreed. A lot less than we thought it would be. Put on the schedule and the two workers were very personable and professional. Showed us camera pictures of the attic and how much improved it was. We highly recommend this company!!

They called and rescheduled due to the hurricane but kept me informed with text messages and emails. They arrived little earlier than scheduled which actually worked out great for me. This company ,from the initial contact through today with the job completed has been flawless. They showed me what needed to be done ; and I was definitely barren in some spots in my attic for insulation. Today they came first thing in the morning and very efficiently topped it up. They were great. Answered my call immediately and schedule an appointment for an estimate. They arrived on time, emailed me the estimate right away and were able to schedule the job within a week. They were professional and everyone I spoke to and came to the house to do the work knew what they were doing. They were efficient and cleaned up any loose insulations bits from the floor of the garage before they left. I appreciate that everyone from the person who took my call, came out for the estimate and did the installation, communicated with each other so everyone was on the same page about the job and what needed to be done. Great service (and cleanup) by Alex. I don’t have a lot of attic space over the 2nd floor but the old insulation was 23 years old. I figured it was time to refresh what was there. Alex checked the AC vents to ensure there were no leaks and then blew in wool insulation to every inch of the attic space. Thank you Alex - from the first phone call to your vacuuming my floor!

This is a business w/ integrity. Came out for an estimate and I was ready to spend up to $2K, but was told my insulation is in good shape, could last another 7 years, and they gave me additional energy saving tips. They could have gotten a sale, but they are an honest business.

People work there are friendly and professional but it's small business , you have to be ready to back up out but they will help you you , not big room to maneuver but still possible .2 hours unloading or 1h 30m if no truck arrived before you !

Carpet gets 5 stars. The mess that was made after they left, 0 stars. I mean cmon man. They just left and I’m about to spend the day cleaning and fixing what they messed up. Every room every door.

Was recommended by a neighbor. Called multiple times- no showed on my appointments twice and then came by and either lost our quote and just didn’t care to send it. Called twice to figure out what was going on and never heard back. I do not have time to chase down a company that clearly doesn’t want business. Woman answering office didn’t seem to care either.
