Really great team, super professional and nice. We did the drill and pour for our uninsulated walls, and you can already feel a difference (already cooler in the room) just a day later. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and answered any questions I had along the way. I was lucky to have the owner Neil and job supervisor Noah and they were a top notch team. Noah was even nice enough to crawl through the attic and check out how everything looked up there. He noticed my AC ducts were leaking cold air into the attic that I’ve already been able to address. Super helpful, 10/10 would hire again.

Following the storms of September 2024, our home interior basically has been rebuilt. During the construction a great deal of traffic went through the attic and it was recommended that we have new insulation blown into the attic. After a review, we realized we needed a major re-fill of our attic insulation and USA Insulation was recommended by a trusted vendor. The USA crew provided great service and completed the job as promised. Natalie at the office was friendly, reliable, and provided great communication. We would use their services again.

I have a 1972 2,500 sq. Ft. house that was in dire need of insulation in the attic space, TLS came to the rescue with a timely quote and good explanation of what they could do. The quote also contained all the necessary discounts that could be obtained from the power company (in this case FPL). 10 days after the quote, TLS installed the insulation, took around 2 to 3 hours, took before and after photos, cleaned up an left. Very efficient operation.

We needed more insulation and a neighbor recommended TLS. The first employee came out and explained everything to us. Gave us an estimate and we agreed. A lot less than we thought it would be. Put on the schedule and the two workers were very personable and professional. Showed us camera pictures of the attic and how much improved it was. We highly recommend this company!!

Not only did they give us the best price but they also were flexible to work around our schedule. We had to reschedule twice and they didn't give up on us. Shane returned my call, came out to the job site, and provided a quote very quickly. Although I had other estimates scheduled, I had a strong feeling right away that Koala was the right choice. One Saturday afternoon in early April, I was calling around looking for information about insulation. I was trying to find a quick fix with the right products & an overall good solution for keeping an older home as cool as possible. Tree work had previously been done to remove hazardous limbs hanging directly over the house, so we lost the canopy of shade the tree provided for the roof when it was cut back. It was already getting into the 90s outside so we wanted to find a good company to quickly help us add more comfort and improve energy efficiency to the home. DeRusha was the only company who answered the phone as I was actually placing the call. (Before that, I had left a message with several other companies, and to this very day, have still never had anyone call us back). James DeRusha was very easy to talk to. He was friendly, very knowledgable, and more than accomodating, especially since we were taking a tenants needs into consideration with scheduling. We were trying hard to get the job done, but we had to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control. When we called back a few weeks later, he was still very helpful & got us rescheduled right away. A few days later, James promptly got the job completely done, just like he said he would. There was no run around, no deception, no last minute surprise fees. The guys that came out were very friendly, punctual, easy going and they cleaned up before they left. They did not leave the yard littered or inside the house a big mess. This was by far the easiest, most hassle free home improvement company I've hired in a long, loooong time. Call them. You wont regret it. I truly appreciate the great job they did and the huge worry James & his crew lifted off of me.

Our entire ridge vent blew off of our roof during the hurricane and they were sympathetic and quick to get the job done! People work there are friendly and professional but it's small business , you have to be ready to back up out but they will help you you , not big room to maneuver but still possible .2 hours unloading or 1h 30m if no truck arrived before you !

Carpet gets 5 stars. The mess that was made after they left, 0 stars. I mean cmon man. They just left and I’m about to spend the day cleaning and fixing what they messed up. Every room every door.

Was recommended by a neighbor. Called multiple times- no showed on my appointments twice and then came by and either lost our quote and just didn’t care to send it. Called twice to figure out what was going on and never heard back. I do not have time to chase down a company that clearly doesn’t want business. Woman answering office didn’t seem to care either.
