I’d run out of superlatives trying to describe how well they handled the job. They were responsive, efficient, and took care of a really tough rodent and skunk problem with total expertise. I first used Pro Attic Restoration when helping a friend find a vendor for rodent issues, attic & crawl space cleaning, restoration and new ducting. They also dug out and placed a sump pump to keep the crawl space dry. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. The job turned out so well, I asked them restore our attic ducting, insulation, place 300 sq ft of plywood floor and a drop down ladder which has totally enhanced our storage capacity. The price was competitive and I would recommend them.

Pro Attic is just amazing!! We had serious infestation and mice problem. They were having a party in our attic.. keeping us awake all night!! We decided to go with Pro Attic after talking and taking quotes from a few companies. Pro Attic was professional, thorough and reasonable. David was very helpful, he inspected the place thoroughly and gave us a realistic estimate of the work involved and the cost. His team were awesome too, they came on time, were thoroughly professional and cleaned up very well afterwards. They cleaned, fumigated, sealed and reinsulated our home completely. I called Ahmad for a quote for rodent proofing my crawl space. Ahmad was one of the only people who did a thorough inspection before providing a competitive quote. His team was professional, clean, and they moved very quickly. They installed over 2000 ft of insulation and rodent proofed the entire house. I wish all contractors are as honest and competent as Ahmad and his team. Highly highly recommended!!

Ahmad was very responsive from the beginning of the process. He patiently answered all my questions and educated me about the different insulation types. He gave me instant and competitive quotes that included rodent proofing both attic and crawlspace and any gaps around the house. His crew is fast and they were in and out in 2 days. They sealed covered the work area properly and did not let any dust in the house ( to the best of their ability). During the work, there was a fixture in the kitchen that got loosened. It was incorrectly installed, but Ahmad got it fixed and only asked for final payment after it was re-installed. All in all, I highly recommend working with him. I have already referred him to our friends as well. He is genuine and easy to work with.

The owner is not only great technically but also very hardworking. From the first appointment, he’s well prepared to go into the attic to assess the house and the materials/hours of work required. On the work day, he and his team did a great job to seal all entries around the house. Overall we had a great experience! Thorough inspection, friendly personality, good price and effective at catching the mouse at our house. We recently had a mouse gotten into the house and were extremely concerned with a little one at home! Once I reached out, David and Francisco came in next day, thoroughly inspected for any openings, and set up traps that caught the mouse in the same day! They then came in next day to help fill in any gaps from the outside with wire meshes + concrete for holding the mesh in place. They also filled in gaps from the inside at the attic and in the kitchen to prevent any more rodents from coming in! So far we haven’t seen more! But if we do, we got a multi year warranty that gave us a peace of mind!

Atticali did our R-38 spray foam insulation. From the free estimate to the pre-visit and installation, everyone at atticali was on-time, professional, and respectful. Super professional and considerate. I didn’t have any work done, because Joel came out and ascertained that I already had insulation, albeit low functioning. None of the condescending contractor stuff I sometimes get. Good communication, showed up on time, removed shoes in the house. They were recommended by a friend as the most affordable.

Hired them to replace attic insulation. We had some unusual circumstances and a huge time constraint and small windows to work within and Guy was able to work with me to get it done. Their quote was competitive and hard to beat, their communication was clear and they were unbelievably professional and hard working. They also offered and set up the PGE rebate for the insulation. 10/10
