My old house was extremely inefficient, and after contacting several contractors, I found Sam from American Attics. He scheduled a free inspection and conducted a thorough assessment of my attic. What truly impressed me about Sam was his honesty, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of insulation and home efficiency. Sam and his team replaced the attic insulation, completed rodent proofing, and installed a brand-new air duct system. His crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful throughout the entire process. Just a couple of days after the job was done, I noticed a huge difference-my house feels incredibly comfortable now, and the airflow is much improved. I still can't believe the transformation! Excellent job, American Attics!! I have met several companies and American Attics was my choice. Mr. Sam Naib, the owner came to the site for detailed explanation and I felt confident that he will deliver what he has promised. On the day of the job, 3 young crew members showed up on time and worked tirelessly the entire time to complete the job on time. There was one minor issue they forgot to do but Sam arranged to fix it in a timely manner. I highly recommend Sam and his team to care for your precious home!!
