Jorge and team were exceptional to work with. The removed our old insulation, sealed the attic and added new fiberglass insulation, explained each and every step and went great lengths to do rodent proofing. And all it took was few hours. Jorge also came few months later to fix some of the gaps that the HVAC crew left in our attic. I highly recommend Ideal Attic for your insulation needs. I feel very fortunate to have found Ideal Attic Insulation to work on the attic and crawlspace of our newly purchased home. From the start, Jorge came to provide a free inspection, and he was extremely professional and thorough. He personally went into the attic and crawled into the crawlspace to check every detail. After his inspection, he gave us a very fair estimate with a clearly written and complete scope of work. Jorge is the best. My wife and I had contacted 4 companies, and by far Ideal Attic Insulation was the winner. With us it wasn't all about price, but quality, knowledge of the trade and experience. We had our old insulation removed when we replaced our roof. Yes, like lot of us when your roof is compromised you have issues with rodents. Once our roof was completed, we set our appointment with Jorge. He came out the following afternoon, and boy was it hot. He inspected our entire attic and came up with a game plan to vacuum and sanitizing our entire attic space. He took a lot of pictures and shared areas of concern with us. We had the roofer's comeback out and tighten up area that may have been able to be compromised. once these areas were tightened up Jorge sent out his crew to install mess wire and stray foam around vent pipes, etc. Jorges recommended we wait a few weeks to install the insulation to see if there were any signs of rodents. After a few weeks and weekly inspections by Jorge and his crew, there were no signs of pests. They installed the insulation, and we could not be happier. We highly recommend Ideal Attic Insulation. Working with Greenshield was a great experience from start to finish. Booking the attic insulation was straightforward, and the pricing was great. The installers were courteous, organized, and respectful of my home, which made a big difference to me. After seeing the results, I hired them again a few months later to insulate the exterior and interior walls for sound control. The improvement was immediate — noise from the other bedrooms is no longer an issue like it was before. On top of that, my heating costs have dropped noticeably since the work was completed. I had Greenshield come out about 3 weeks ago to compete the insulation for my home. Prior to the work, I had 5 total companies come out to give me an estimate. I ultimately chose to go with Greenshield because of the professionalism and overall Experience during the estimate process. I chose to have my attic insulation removed and replaced. Along with my walls having insulation blown into them. He assured me the entire process would take only 2 days. On the first day, they came and cleaned the attic up pretty quickly. And day 2 they came and insulated the attic and walls. The crew was polite and very efficient with their work and finished up the work faster than the estimated times. Overall experience was great with both ahmad during the estimate and the crew during the installation process. After 3 weeks of having the new insulation I can definitely say it’s made a big difference in the homes comfort. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their attic cleaned up and re-insulated. We were dealing with HVAC running constantly and still unable to cool down the house effectively. Oumar visited for an initial inspection and came back with a bunch of photos from the attic. He walked us through all the various options we could benefit from, and left us with a competitive quote, without ever being pushy. On the day of service, Dani and his team were extremely professional in their job. They took care of a bunch of rodent mess in the attic and sealed a lot of rodent entry points. They took care of every small task I asked them to do, and left the whole house cleaner than they started with. Attaching some before and after photos for reference. Even though the HVAC still runs constantly, at least it is able to keep up with the heat and bring temperatures down. Just go for them!

We hired Attic Elite to clean and rodent-proof our church attic, and overall we are very pleased with the experience. Although the crew arrived later than expected, they stayed until the job was done and made sure everything was completed properly. This company did the insulation for our home last year. During the inspection, they pointed out that the bathroom vent was leaking in the attic. They fixed the leak and did great job on installation. Insulation was also rebated by PGE with tax deduction on co-pay. Our heating bill went down. Definitely recommend this company.
