I feel very fortunate to have found Ideal Attic Insulation to work on the attic and crawlspace of our newly purchased home. From the start, Jorge came to provide a free inspection, and he was extremely professional and thorough. He personally went into the attic and crawled into the crawlspace to check every detail. Jorge is the best. My wife and I had contacted 4 companies, and by far Ideal Attic Insulation was the winner. With us it wasn't all about price, but quality, knowledge of the trade and experience. We had our old insulation removed when we replaced our roof. Yes, like lot of us when your roof is compromised you have issues with rodents. Once our roof was completed, we set our appointment with Jorge. He came out the following afternoon, and boy was it hot. He inspected our entire attic and came up with a game plan to vacuum and sanitizing our entire attic space. He took a lot of pictures and shared areas of concern with us. We had the roofer's comeback out and tighten up area that may have been able to be compromised. once these areas were tightened up Jorge sent out his crew to install mess wire and stray foam around vent pipes, etc. Jorges recommended we wait a few weeks to install the insulation to see if there were any signs of rodents. After a few weeks and weekly inspections by Jorge and his crew, there were no signs of pests. They installed the insulation, and we could not be happier. We highly recommend Ideal Attic Insulation. I contacted 911 Attic Insulation after reading great reviews about them, and this company exceeded my expectations in every way. The reviews I read were all true, and the service provided was outstanding from start to finish. I called the company and thoroughly discussed the attic inspection with Nick, who arrived the next day to conduct it. Nick patiently answered all my questions and provided me with a detailed quote before the end of the business day. My attic was in dire need of attention, with old insulation that needed to be replaced, debris scattered all over the attic, and rat droppings. It was also located under the lowest attic imaginable. Due to unforeseen roofing and electrical work that suddenly became a priority, the one-day job for 911 insulation turned into a two-day job, which I requested. I paid the extra fee to return at a later date so that I could have other services being worked on. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by 911 Insulation, and I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends. Now, let's talk about Nick. Nick was my point of contact throughout the entire process, and he kept me informed every step of the way. I didn't have to contact him for anything, as he always reached out to me. I had an attic with insulation in desperate need of repair/replacement. On top of that, we also had a rodent problem that we needed cleared up. In hindsight, we probably had the insulation and duct issues *because* of the rodent problem. After calling around for a few quotes, I found the team at 911 Attic. When they came out to give a quote, they were prompt, polite, took time to put shoe covers on, and never once tried to upsell things we didn’t need. They did mention a couple things we could add if we wanted to, but I never felt pressured. Even the way they provided the quote was more professional than I expected (itemized quote that allowed me to electronically review/approve). Then came the day of the job. It was scheduled to begin between 8 and 9, and being used to other types of companies being late (cable companies, I’m looking at you), I was expecting them closer to 9 or 10. I was happily surprised when a crew of four guys arrived at 8:15. They started putting down drop cloths and taped the job so that it reminded me of a professional house painters. They worked all the way through, with only a couple minutes off to grab some water, until the job was done. I checked out the job when everything was wrapped up and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Not only do I have new ducts, new insulation, and fewer rodents (no rodents), I now have a place that I can use as storage that I wasn’t able to before. I would highly recommend the professionals at 911 Attic.

What was originally a five-day job was completed in four days. The site was kept very clean, and communication throughout the process was smooth. We went with Remove, Seal, Sanitize old insulation in effort to identify if there was a Termite swarm. We figured we’d need one day for termite inspection and a separate day for a termite treatment. The day after Attic Pros we had Bongiorno termite inspection come out and he went into the attic and there was no swarm identifiable all clean. Attic Pros did the complete removal and everything was visible and clean. It was cold at night and we didn’t wanna wait for our pre-scheduled couple of days out so I contacted Attic Pros and they came out the next day. Three guys installedR38. Bats without paper backer minimizing mold- they did an excellent job. All of our light was sealed. The hatch got new layer of bubble wrap insulation. The Attic vents had chutes installed allowing fresh air interchange. Can feel the difference- absolutely a warmer house. Thank you Attic Pros. Also Attic Prod had low cost to many other HVAC companies that just farm it out to subcontractors. Highly recommend Attic Pros.

This company did the insulation for our home last year. During the inspection, they pointed out that the bathroom vent was leaking in the attic. They fixed the leak and did great job on installation. Insulation was also rebated by PGE with tax deduction on co-pay. Our heating bill went down. Definitely recommend this company.
