Spray Foam Insulation in Milwaukee, WI

Just for clarity, I've never used Marshland Spray Foam's services. That said, I was calling around the area to get some insulation work done and while Marshland didn't offer the services I needed, they actually took the time to connect me with someone who did and I was able to get my job completed in a timely fashion. In a day and age when it is usually just a "We don't do that *Click*", the fact that I was so well treated even though they weren't going to make a dime off me, says a lot about the level of service and care they wish to provide!

Insulated my 30x40 garage and could not be happier. The price, the prep work, the communication, the cleanup, and last but not least the end result were all top notch. You can't go wrong with Marshland. The guy doing the quotes, Neal, is also the person doing the work with a small crew so there aren't any surprises and he was great to work with.

Outstanding Work – Highly Recommend Rock Road Company! Last fall, Rock Road Company insulated both my walk-up attic and a crawlspace under a dining room addition, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Their service was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and super detail-oriented. Communication was clear, they showed up on time, and they left everything even cleaner than it was when they arrived! They even went above and beyond by bringing enzyme cleaners after I mentioned a lingering cat smell from the previous owners, completely unprompted and at no extra cost. That level of care is rare! As for the insulation itself — it’s amazing. My attic stayed warm and comfortable all winter without any added heat, and it’s now a totally usable space. The crawlspace insulation also made a noticeable difference in keeping the dining room above much more comfortable. The spray foam they use is clearly top quality. I just had them spray the inside of my 12'x16' cabin in the woods. They did the walls, ceiling, and floor joists (2x4).Everything from their timeliness to replying to my initial inquiry, arranging to see my project, getting me a bid, getting me on the schedule, and getting my project completed was nothing short of a pleasure. They kept me informed the whole time from start to finish. The gentleman that did the spraying was very meticulous and was careful to get every nook and cranny. When they were done, they did an excellent job of trimming the excess, caulking between all of the studs, floor, and top wall plates. They also did an excellent job cleaning up because this process does make a bit of a mess. I was really surprised at how much spray foam solidifies a structure! When they were done, I set up a lazer to start finishing the ceiling and when I walked around, the lazer line didn't move at all! My cabin sits on concrete blocks so it's not real sturdy to begin with but it feels really solid now. I'm in the trades myself and I firmly believe that you get what you pay for and I feel like I got what I paid for and I'm very happy with the job that was done. You can tell in the first 5 minutes of meeting any employee that they take pride in their work and it shows. Thanks a lot to everyone at Rock Road!

I first called Rock Road Company after another spray company that I had lined up had backed out of spraying my house the day before it was supposed to be sprayed. I explained to Carrie my situation along with the tight time line that I had for spraying before my drywall installers were scheduled to do their job. Carrie and Luyk made it a point to go out of their way to come measure my project the day after I called. Rock Road Company was out to my house spray foaming the very next week! The Rock Road crew was very knowledgeable and experienced. They did an excellent job prepping, spraying and cleaning up everything in my house. I've had Ryen and his team out to upgrade my bathroom fan and properly vent it though the roof, resolve some mold in the attic, and do an insulation and ventilation upgrade in the attic and they've done a great job every time. They we're responsive and quick to schedule. When giving a time when they'd show up I was given a specific time instead of a half-day window and when they finished for the day they always cleaned up before leaving. I didn't get competing quotes for the smaller jobs but the price for the larger project was slightly higher than other quotes with the caveat that they were not one to one quotes. One of the differences being that Ryen did some actual construction work while the others wanted to just use foam blocks and the more permanent solution and quality was worth the cost. I'll plan to use them again when I have more insulation or ventilation work done in the future.

I have had insulation done 3 times in different parts of my home. The 1st time was done in all the walls of the house. That winter i noticed my gas bill went down from previous years. The 2nd time was my family room ceiling. The 3rd time was Oct. 14. 2025. I had the garage done. It keeps the garage warmer by 20 to 30° I read on line. So far it has stopped the mice from moving in since I had this done. I had a serious issue with mice for 2 years. Thank you for being so thorough and extremely helpful. Nothing but good things to say! For starters, their quote process was very quick, easy and much more realistic than some other large companies!! Scheduling was easy! The actual install went perfectly and the crew cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family!

We have been in a 2 year long build with many facets. I reached out to Dason at the very beginning about the project and his professional insight was spot on. I had very specific engineering requirements for our build to achieve a very high performance, Thermal comfort gave us what I required. I had a previous Spray foam contractor from a prior build and received 3 additional bids for this 2020 project. I choose Thermal comfort from the 4 companies for several reasons and I am very pleased that I did. Closed cell IMO is the only way to go, that said the install is critical and the site crew was fantastic. George, was the lead and listened to my install concerns and did an excellent job. Rich and Walt were also on hand and also did great. They accommodated us the best possible in the timing of our project. They were thorough, conscientious and and their site prep and clean up was excellent. We have future projects and they will be our insulation contractor from now on.

A two man team came on time and gave me a heads up that I asked for. They were professional, knowledgeable and very competent. They were excellent with two preschoolers and indoor pets. They even fixed the hole in the wall where I hit it with my recliner. On top of all that they cleaned up better than it was when they started. I couldn't be anymore grateful for the weatherization program. My mobile home is sealed and much warmer and I now have working smoke detectors. I would welcome that same team back for any services I might need.

I actually called Weatherization Services LLC by accident and I am glad that I did. Starting with Janet the receptionist all the way through the completed project everything went great. Francisco who quotes the project (insulation in atic) was very profesiional and ran some tests to let me know where we were losing heat. When I got the quote it was very fair especially since Janet was able to give me my focus on energy credits off the bill instead of sending it in myself and waiting for a rebte check to be sent to me 2 months later. She also sent me all of the information to get the tax refund. Luis and crew did an excellent job with intalation answering all of my questions and showing me what was involved. They came exactly at 8:30 am and did not leave until 6;00 that evening. What impressed me the most is how well they prepped the working area (photos attached) and left our house cleaner than when they arrived. They build me a whole new attic door that was built with at least 10 inches of insullation attached and seeled. These guys are top notch. I even had a concern and Francisco said if I need them to come back they would at no charge. Weatherization Services LLC was great from top to bottom. Lastly, I would like to say the reason I ultimately chose them is because of Janet and everything she did for me. There is a reason they have a 4.7 star rating!!! Get other quotes, but you will come back Weatherization Services LLC for sure.

The crew members did very great job. They arrived at least 20mons prior to the scheduled time. Before they started the work, they covered nicely all the items in the room, it means they are very good in taking care of any hazards that may affect to them and household members. They check through and insulated everything. I strongly recommend to this company for your insulation. The city inspectors are also very helpful and friendly.

Wisconsin Insulation Services was very easy to work with. I was remodeling my entire basement( about 1600 sq ft) and had a lot of questions. I spoke with Keith who was very responsive, and answered all my questions. He made it very easy, working from my design plans for a quote. I feel their prices were fair and Keith helped me decide between different levels of the closed cell insulation. When my project took a little bit longer before I was ready for the insulation they were very accommodating and rearranged the schedule to fit me in exactly when I needed their services. On the day the installer came he was very respectful, answered any questions and I felt he did an excellent job. I would feel very comfortable recommending them and using their services again.

Justin and his team did great work in both removing the vermiculite and installing the new insulation. Matt was super quick to respond and was able to help walk through the process as well as setting everything up. Highly recommend!

I was lucky enough to find these guys after I got quoted over $21,000 for vermiculite removal, attic sealing and insulation. They did a thorough inspection and gave me a detailed quote with cost breakdown. I booked them on the spot. 10 days later I went from next to nothing in the way of insulation to fully sealed and insulated. The crew was amazing, they arrived on time, were kind and courteous, and cleaned up before leaving. They removed all of my vermiculite, added 3 roof vents, a bath fan vent, sealed my attic, and blew in cellulose insulation for an out of pocket cost of less than 25% of what the other company quoted on my 1300 sq ft attic. After finishing, the crew even brought my trash cans in. Don't get swindled by flashy salesman with PowerPoint presentations. These guys are rough cut, but are also extremely fair and honest. Support local business, and save yourself a headache. Trust me, you won't be sorry.

RHI were great to work with and very flexible with scheduling. I recently purchased a home in Bay View Milwaukee with vermiculite in the attic, and RHI were fast, friendly, and affordable for removing the asbestos insulation, helping with grants and tax credits, and re-insulating my attic.

Working with Intec was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The estimator was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the crew was professional in every way, thorough and cleaned up after their work like they were never there. They insulated our home, top to bottom and installed ventilation out of the roof where none previously existed. The care they took with our home (drop cloths in work areas, plastic barriers to keep dust contained, non-slip plastic secured on the carpeted staircase and more) was next level. Just had Intec insulate attic, install range hood, and make it vented outside. New bathroom fans, new dryer vent, insulated the wall there as well. The office personnel, Julia, Katrina, everyone, were helpful, Eric quoted and was informative, the crew was very effective. Cleaned up, etc. all in all 5 stars, but 6 stars here. Price was very competitive, and everything was on time and well done. Recommend them. They ALL know their stuff.

I have used Intec two different times over a 15 year period. They have always been consistent, cost effective and professional. The crews on site were professional, polite and hard working. From start to finish we were very happy. We noticed a difference right away after attic insulation was completed. Our home held heat and the furnace hasn’t had to work as hard. The energy inspection they completed identified areas we needed to improve, the installers were friendly and professional. It was also helpful for us to have the company handle all paperwork for obtaining grant money/rebate to help pay for the install. Communication was awesome as well.

From the first phone call, everything was so easy as a home owner. Sonja was easy to reach and Kevin the on-site tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and even pet my dogs. I would highly reccomend them!

We are very impressed with the quality of their work and the professionalism of the crew. They were on our property 4 days, were minimally intrusive and cleaned up every day before leaving! We already feel the effects of better insulation in our 1929 bungalow.

Crew did great work, laid down plastic and drop cloths to protect my furniture and floors, they were even mindful of my cat making sure he didn’t try to escape out the front door. Very satisfied with the quality of the job. Due to the way my old house was built, a portion of the job was physically impossible to execute. Shiela immediately updated my invoice to reflect that. No complaints!

S & E did our attic & knee wall insulation back in Dec 2023. We’ve had their work inspected twice by Focus on Energy, and the inspector said they did an excellent, thorough job, and our attic is now completely dry and mold-free! I had three quotes done for my attic basement and crawlspace. I also had my old Insulation extracted. I chose USA Insulation because that’s all their company does and it soon became apparent that in this case, this was important. From my first contact with the office I was greeted with a pleasant knowledgeable employee. Well done Lexi. Mike did the estimate. He was very thorough and I had my itemized quote done before he left. I did not feel pressured. USA Insulation is also well versed with energy rebates. I was anxious about the process so I asked a lot of questions. Emily was accessible and reassuring throughout the process. The work took two days and each morning I was greeted by the foreman that explained the day’s event. All workers were considerate and respectful of my home and my comfort. (The install was on the coldest days of the year.) I was fortunate to have access to my attic from my garage so I hardly knew they were there. When they were done it was like they were never there. Every mess was cleaned up. It’s important to know that if you have foam insulation done, (which as a toxic odor), you don’t have to be concerned because they ventilate during the insulation. This is not the case with some other contractors. My post energy blow test is yet to be scheduled, but I’m hoping I see a significant difference in numbers, especially since I had very little insulation in my attic.

Parker and his crew did an awesome job despite our siding (and the cold) kicking their butts! We already are feeling an improvement both in temperature and sound dampening from the outside. They were prompt and cleaned up just as good if not better than before. HIGHLY recommend having your house insulated by Parker and the crew!

The crew they sent were fantastic. They really took pride in your home and the interior and exterior very polite very knowledgeable. They walked you through everything. It was a pleasure to do business with them outstanding and not to write a review, but these people did deserve it.

Delivery Appt time 5am they opened overhead door at 4:30, I backed in, by 4:45 they were already unloading me. Yes I backed down driveway easy enough, and parked overnight to the side so others could get by me. Didn’t mind delivering to this place at all.

TRUCKERS: Don’t pull into lot. Turn left then back down the driveway half way and be sure to stay as far to one side as possible so their work trucks can get through. They had no problem with me parking here overnight. The dock will be the overhead door directly behind you if you backed down the driveway. Super friendly people and they unloaded me an hour before my appointment and I was gone in 20 minutes. My photo is from the vantage point of the dock. That’s the driveway you need to back down.

Kind of small facilities for a big 🚚 but nice people let me sleep on site when I was there had no shift time to drive to a truck stop

This company takes every shortcut possible and has no integrity in their work. We are in a new build and there are visible seams in our ceilings, many cracks, and pieces that are separating. The builder got Alpine to come back to fix their work but that is a disaster, too. The crew beat up the exterior of our house when they brought in their scaffolding, got mud all over our finished doors and scoffed when we told them we needed to be able to sleep in our bed and access our second floor every night after they finished working. Their scheduling person sent the same person out twice to assess the situation because they didn't think the right person came the first time, but only realized it when I contacted them to question why the work hadn't been scheduled. Do not work with them if you want at least a halfway decent drywall job done.
