I have had insulation done 3 times in different parts of my home. The 1st time was done in all the walls of the house. That winter i noticed my gas bill went down from previous years. The 2nd time was my family room ceiling. The 3rd time was Oct. 14. 2025. I had the garage done. It keeps the garage warmer by 20 to 30° I read on line. So far it has stopped the mice from moving in since I had this done. I had a serious issue with mice for 2 years. Thank you for being so thorough and extremely helpful. Your employees went above and beyond each time to help me out. All your employees were great, friendly, professional and did an excellent job doing the work and clean up. Nothing but good things to say! For starters, their quote process was very quick, easy and much more realistic than some other large companies!! Scheduling was easy! The actual install went perfectly and the crew cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family!

Scott and Robbie did great work on our closed cell foam project. They completed a fairly large res project in one day and left the site clean and ready for inspection/drywall. Dave was our sales rep and informed us of rebates and answered all of my questions about the process whenever I called. Great company and competitively priced.

My hat's off to this crew! Scott, Robby, Mason, and Anthony performed an upgrade to my insulation situation in record time. In just under 5 hours, they foamed my basement and attic space, including removal and clean up. The crawl space was tight and problematic but they got it done. My wife said it's cozy already! I'll be sure to be saving some money too on my utilities.

We had Scott & Cisco come out to spray our attic remodel. They did a great job and finished in one day. Left the area very clean and explained everything when they were finished. Definitely recommend for great work and excellent pricing

WELL worth the read! Customer service ? This company is right on point! From Zack and Amy to the rest of their team, wow! Until I found these two companies, I had an awful and long time getting one to return my calls or come out for an estimate. I saw an ad on TV for Healthy Home Insulation, left a message on a Sunday, they came out the next day! Before Erik left he gave me an estimate for attic and basement (Healthy Homes) as well the walls from (Cozy Walls Insulation.) They were out here the following week to complete the job! I have HORRIBLE allergies that can cause my eyes to swell shut to causing vertigo. I was concerned that the smell of foam spray would be an issue. Amy, Cozy Walls said they would come out try a wall see how it went. If it was ok, complete the job, if not, we would figure something out. To me this is a company that truly cares about their customers! BOTH companies have gone above and beyond from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. After one initial hiccup, which was resolved with complete courteousness to me as a customer, this company impressed me from start to finish. The pricing was fair. The ownership is attentive to its customers. The employees were efficient, effective, and all-around good people. The job foreman was informative and attentive to detail, including the cleanup when they were done. If you’re questioning whether or not to use this company, I can assure you they are the right ones to use. A big thank you to the USA insulation team for doing a great job!

We called USA Insulation after looking around for a contractor to insulate our 40 year old house. They were polite and professional from the first interaction to the final cleanup after installation. The sales rep came out to our house, did a visual inspection, and drilled into a selected area of our house. As we have come to expect, the comment was along the lines of "I've never seen that before". Yes, we know previous owners made poor choices. Can you correct that, and how much will it be to do so? We opted for the whole house package. While our attic is well insulated, there were a few areas that needed some improvement and the team blew in additional insulation. The real issue was the outer walls of our house, which on insulation install day, we were informed that some areas (namely, our north wall), appeared to have zero insulation. This did not surprise us, rather continued to disappoint, as so much about our house does. The team was careful with our siding, which I appreciate. While our goal is to replace the siding, as it is original to the house, that is slated for next year. They carefully removed pieces to enable the insulation install, and just as carefully replaced the siding sections at the end of the day. The team assured us the siding would be just fine this winter. We haven't gotten our next WE Energies bill just yet, but I am expecting it to drop, as the house has been much more comfortable in the three weeks since installation, and much quieter. We are sleeping more soundly, and not as bothered by the constant drone of riding lawnmowers. The real test will come this winter, when we will see if the entire western half of our living room floor is freezing cold, or if it remains reasonably comfortable.

Great work by a great crew. Alex and Mike were able to complete both our walls and attic insulation in a day and a half. We noticed the benefits immediately and wish we would have done this sooner! Very thankful for a job well done.
