Spray Foam Insulation in Springfield, VA

Capital Insulation redid the insulation, built large storage platform, and installed pull-down stairs in our townhouse attic five years ago, and we routinely talk about how that was the best money we spent in our home. Karl was knowledgeable and patient and recommended the right-size solution for us. His team was friendly, efficient, and so tidy, but the outcome was amazing. Before the project, we used space heaters in the basement and the upstairs was always too warm; afterward the whole house stayed comfortable year-round, and we put the space heaters in storage. No hot or cold spots and our electric bills dropped immediately! The additional storage was also a huge bonus for buyers when we went to sell the house last month. Between the energy savings and the increased sales price, I think we got more than our money back. The first thing I did when we moved into a new house this month was call for an estimate, and we look forward to using Capital's services again next month :)

He answered all my silly questions and hypotheticals. His price was a little higher than all of our other bids, but he offered MUCH more than the competitors. Installers were thorough and transparent, cleaned up when they were finished and gave us a run down of all work completed. Our Whole family noticed a MAJOR difference within hours of completion. Kevin came for clear review and inspection, told me what was and want needed and avoided upsetting me on things I thought I might need. Crew came quickly, at time advertised, was clean, consistent, and answered questions about the work being done well. Left the same day with great clean up. Cost me $2500ish for my attic insulation and way better than I'd have done myself. Would definitely recommend.

Kevin and his team efficiently insulated our 1970s attic. He walked us through the proposal noting where the suggested strategy would help immediately. He pointed out where we were losing AC from faulty wrapping, built a platform for us to use as storage, and wrapped the access door. Overall, they made sure to be clean, thorough, and efficient.
