From start to finish, working with Northwest was really easy and enjoyable. Ryan was great about explaining what was needed in an easy to understand way. Also very knowledgeable about rebates available from the various energy companies. The crew that came was very efficient, cleaned up after themselves and made a great first impression. All around good experience for us.

Had insulation added to my attic and put it the floor. Arrived as scheduled, were quick and efficient. Had some slight confusion over one detail, but it was easily clarified with one phone call so things could still move forward smoothly. And when done, they helps with completing the forms for the energy rebates which was really, really appreciated.

This review is long overdue, but I have used Valley Insulation twice and at two different houses, and both times the service was exceptional! Cassidy especially handled a very frustrating rescheduling situation very professionally. Their work is of the highest quality, and the team works efficiently. Recently, I had my crawl space inspected, and after almost 3 years, the report was exemplary and they only mentioned dust. This just proves the quality of the work done by Valley Insulation! Although I ended up using a company from my local area, I must say that Cassidy was very generous in giving insight and recommendations for other aspects of my wet crawl space resolution, which was the result of a broken pipe. I am an elderly widow who had no idea what to do or who to call. He was a blessing in giving me direction and suggestions. By reading the other reviews I am certain that they do very good work also.

The work was done very professionally and efficiently. Brandon and his crew were very respectful of our property and left no messes or trash. The crawl space was absolutely amazing when they were done, way nicer than we were expecting. We are VERY happy with the outcome and we can't thank them enough for the care and quality they put into our home!

Tyler and the rest of his crew did a great job with adding spray foam insulation in our crawlspace. The work was just done, but so far I’m really pleased it. The were very accommodating of my schedule and getting their large truck into the small street I live on.

This review is overdue... We had Klaus Roofing replace our roof in 2023 in Eugene. The team was very accommodating. I've felt screwed by other local companies for other projects in the past with poor work quality or inconsistencies, so Klaus probably was tired of me checking on them pretty regularly. Good news is that we're satisfied with our roof and we've had zero leaks as far as we've noticed! The project manager Johnathan and the rest of the Latino team were professional and friendly. Overall, it was more than other quotes at the time but the interest and warranty convinced us. I'd recommend them.

Thomas was extraordinarily helpful explaining everything. Instead of a hard sell like other estimates I had done, he gave me an education in how to build a roof. He was one of the few that did a thorough inspection of my attic and went out of his way to help with scheduling. I appreciate everything he did and would highly recommend this company.

We had Christopher from Klause Roofing at our place for an estimate. This was a good experience. He is a warm, friendly, informed and professional person. No hard sell. We hit it off quickly. Christopher has been attentive with follow up connection. The job is schedule for sooner than we expected. I helped out a friend one day that had Capital City spray foam out to her home to spray insulation into the attic. Capital City spray foam was very helpful and efficient. I was very impressed with the work. I definitely would hire them if I needed insulation sprayed into my personal home.

We just had our deck rebuilt by Salem deck and fence pros and we couldn't be happier. From initial contact with Mike and his crew we have been happy. Mike was always communicative with us about when they would start and progress on the deck itself. The end result is amazing and we are extremely happy.

Salem Deck and Fence finished replacing our rather large deck last week in south Salem, and we couldn’t be happier. Mike and Ryan showed up when they said they would and after taking some measurements and choosing some samples they had a quote to us in just a few minutes. Their easy going demeanors and professionalism is what helped sell us on choosing them. They started the deck when they said they would, kept the work area clean and finished right on time. It was a pleasure having them and the crew out here, I know our dogs will miss them too. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again in the future for any deck or fence needs.
