We used Josh Lowes Dr. Energy Saver to renovate our crawlspace; which included removing an existing vapor barrier and insulation, trenched in new drainpipe and sump pump, re-insulated parts of the duct system, and installed a fresh vapor barrier. Brandon, Rico, and Chandler did an incredible job installing the new drainage system and vapor barrier. These guys were very efficient and communicated their progress and look ahead throughout the entire process, offering solutions to help achieve the goals of the install. The attention to detail is very much appreciated, their work looks great and everything appears to be working as intended. Hooper and Nate performed the removal and roughed in the new system; this was not an easy job and commend them on their contribution to the project, and clearing out the ugly part of our space. Monte was a great resource throughout the process and was always very responsive, a great first interaction with the company. You can tell he has wealth of knowledge and experience, and cares about his craft. Due to complications, the work took longer than anticipated; but, every employee that contributed to the cause was polite and treated our home with respect. Based on my experience, if anyone were to be looking to have work done in their crawlspace, I would recommend Josh Lowes. It’s refreshing to have an experience with an organization that is committed to providing a quality product and meeting the needs, and satisfaction, of their customers.

Although I ended up using a company from my local area, I must say that Cassidy was very generous in giving insight and recommendations for other aspects of my wet crawl space resolution, which was the result of a broken pipe. I am an elderly widow who had no idea what to do or who to call. He was a blessing in giving me direction and suggestions. By reading the other reviews I am certain that they do very good work also.

I've used Home Insulation Co twice in the past decade. The crew that just removed and replace my under floor insulation was professional, personable, and FAST! At first my home looked like a disaster site, but they left it looking like they had never been there. My neighbors were impressed! I went under the house the next day and was amazed at how great it looked. In addition they drove all they way to Yachats for a day job.Money well spent!

I am so happy these guys came out today to address my attic insulation. They were on time, neat and organized, articulate, and helpful. They could have just blown in the insulation and called it good but they went farther. They found an unwrapped doorbell transformer buried in old insulation and wrapped it for me. They found a wasps nest in a roof vent and made a recommendation. They evaluated the area and said no mold or leaks were present. They gave me confidence that I was working with good people and I feel like I made a good investment. Highly recommend.

These guys did a great job! I called thinking they would be weeks out, as most construction work is, but they were quick to put me on their books for an estimate and to get the job started. We priced them out compared to doing the work ourselves, and they have extremely competitive pricing. Very friendly staff on the phone and hard working guys.
