Tyler and the rest of his crew did a great job with adding spray foam insulation in our crawlspace. The work was just done, but so far I’m really pleased it. The were very accommodating of my schedule and getting their large truck into the small street I live on.

Monte showed us every option for the best price. So helpful putting this all together. Tyler and his crew were amazing! They came in like gangbusters and got the job done in way less time than we expected. They were polite, friendly and very helpful. And my goodness, strong! No one stood around. No one bossed anyone around. They were a cohesive team. Great job! Very happy with the results!

Thomas came to my home to give me a roofing quote. I found him to be knowledgeable, energetic, and helpful. He came up with several options that will work for now, and a pretty reasonable quote for a complete replacement. The financial info was helpful although I plan to use my credit union. I like that he showed me the actual materials to be used on my roof and explained the process carefully. As a woman, sometimes we can get talked down to. I did not feel like just a 'dumb woman' as he treated me as an equal and informed consumer. I appreciate his honest assessment that my roof will not need to be replaced yet and will get someone to fix the vents that appear to be leaking. He could have "sold up" and talked me into a new roof, but he knows a widow on social security struggles. Or just replace the part in worst shape and the rest in stages as I can afford. Thomas communicated well with me and offered to help me negotiate with the other salesman and compare the different products and services which can be overwhelming. The brochure offered is very comprehensive and shows the level of the company is superior.

Very good experience with Klaus Roofing. Chris and Aidan are great! Very clean and friendly crew. They cleaned up after themselves. Chris walked us through the process and supported us throughout. We love our high quality roof. We had 24 solar panels and they took them down and put them up. They restarted the system for us too. Aiden ran a tight ship and worked hard in a timely manner. Very comfortable and stress free process. Highly recommend Klaus Roofing. They are doing our insulation so stay tuned for next review. I'm sure it will be another 5 stars.

Marshall's has an excellent team assembled and I received first rate customer service when I recently hired them to replace my thermostat and perform repairs on my HVAC unit. Eden and Katie were both courteous and helpful with getting my repairs noted and scheduled. My conversation and experience with Kevin to ensure that the proper repairs were completed showed me the quality of leadership at Marshall's and made me feel confident that I had made the right service choice. Marshall’s has done a variety of projects for us over the past year. The latest was installing insulation in an animal barn. They did a fabulous job, as always! It has made a HUGE difference in being able to control the temperature for my animals.

Danny was prompt amd very sincere, kind and helpful. He took the time to explain things to me about my remote, how it worked, the best placement and what may have caused it to malfunction. He took the tine to do the maintenance thar was scheduled for Nov 12th as well, saving me time and money, which is so appreciated these days. He was efficient amd very nice. We were referred to Emerald Valley Weatherization to install a heat pump system and ended up installing the heat pump system and several months later also doing a major re-insulation project with them. We were very impressed with their customer service, both with the office staff scheduling the work, providing us with timely updates and helping us navigate credits with EWEB (for the heat pump system) and Energy Trust of Oregon (for the insulation project) AND the knowledgeable and friendly technicians who performed the work. They survey your house before undertaking the job and really identify all potential issues and the best possible scenario for your unique home. They make sure that you understand your options and help you make decisions and problem solve issues. They also disclose all the possible interruptions because of the work which we appreciated since we run businesses from the home. The technicians and their crew were very respectful and communicative and we really appreciated their good and professional work. We highly recommend this company, a local, family-owned business.

I recently purchased a house a year ago my first year here what is not comfortable really cold in the winter and really hot in the summer got ahold of emerald valley they put in a heat pump add some insulation now that I've had it for a few weeks it instantly made my house a home I no longer worry about how my house is going to feel like I come home and it is so comfortable to be in now climate control such a big difference not to mention my electricity bill been cut in half I want to thank everyone that worked on my house at emerald valley I would 100% recommend them again and again made a big difference in this old man's life thank you so much 🙂

Quick and easy quoting process. Joe is knowledgeable and gives pros and cons of various insulation options. Work was scheduled within a couple weeks, but we caught a break when another job was not ready. Tony called to let me know the schedule had changed and made sure our project was ready. He took the time to mask and protect everything before starting any work. Paid attention to details and made sure the job was done right. Highly recommend HIC!

Insul 8 did an excellent job with insulating an office in our semi-finished detached garage. I wasn't completely sure how to accomplish my goals of keeping the exposed rafters while also adding insulation and not spending a fortune. Dale talked me through some options and helped me find the perfect solution. Plus, the price they quoted was very reasonable. Scheduling was a bit tricky...I think they might be pretty busy. But it's worth the trouble. Also, I just have to mention that the install crew was the most polite, personable crew I've ever had at my house. They made me feel completely comfortable from the very beginning. I'm not exactly sure what the difference was, but as a woman who has arranged a variety of home renovation projects, I usually feel a little on edge while each crew is around (especially if I have to tell them to fix mistakes). Not this time. It felt more like having trusted neighbors helping with a project. Again, I don't really know why this crew seemed so trustworthy and approachable, but sometimes your gut picks up on things your brain doesn't. In any case, I definitely recommend Insul 8. I'll be calling them again for sure when I renovate the rest of my detached building.

I am so happy these guys came out today to address my attic insulation. They were on time, neat and organized, articulate, and helpful. They could have just blown in the insulation and called it good but they went farther. They found an unwrapped doorbell transformer buried in old insulation and wrapped it for me. They found a wasps nest in a roof vent and made a recommendation. They evaluated the area and said no mold or leaks were present. They gave me confidence that I was working with good people and I feel like I made a good investment. Highly recommend.

These guys did a great job! I called thinking they would be weeks out, as most construction work is, but they were quick to put me on their books for an estimate and to get the job started. We priced them out compared to doing the work ourselves, and they have extremely competitive pricing. Very friendly staff on the phone and hard working guys. They were recommended to us by our builder and we would recommend them to anyone in need of home insulation services.

I highly recommend Home Insulation Co, Inc. I received a free estimate from them that beat two other companies for wall insulation and spray foam attic insulation. When the work was being performed I was asked if I minded if they play music while working (some companies just do it), I didn't hear any yelling or cursing and the foreman (I think that's what he is) was very professional when talking to his crew members. Warm house is a happy house :)
