Thank you, Smart Choice. Our prehistoric roof dealt with leaks for many years anf expensive repairs never quite worked. Always chasing leaks, finally we have no leaks and Not only that- but we also barely touched the thermostat since it was put in last summer.

Tyler and the rest of his crew did a great job with adding spray foam insulation in our crawlspace. The work was just done, but so far I’m really pleased it. The were very accommodating of my schedule and getting their large truck into the small street I live on.

My old gutters were broken down and leaking. I am 75 years old and don't want to climb ladders and clean gutters anymore. The Gutter Shutters are heavy duty. They handle twice as much water as my old conventional gutters. They made a big difference in appearance of my 1942 bungalow. Various colors to choose from. They work well. The installation was perfect and fast. Service was great. I doubt that there is a better gutter product on the market.

This review is overdue... We had Klaus Roofing replace our roof in 2023 in Eugene. The team was very accommodating. I've felt screwed by other local companies for other projects in the past with poor work quality or inconsistencies, so Klaus probably was tired of me checking on them pretty regularly. Good news is that we're satisfied with our roof and we've had zero leaks as far as we've noticed! The project manager Johnathan and the rest of the Latino team were professional and friendly. Overall, it was more than other quotes at the time but the interest and warranty convinced us. I'd recommend them.

Thomas was extraordinarily helpful explaining everything. Instead of a hard sell like other estimates I had done, he gave me an education in how to build a roof. He was one of the few that did a thorough inspection of my attic and went out of his way to help with scheduling. I appreciate everything he did and would highly recommend this company.

Marshall's has an excellent team assembled and I received first rate customer service when I recently hired them to replace my thermostat and perform repairs on my HVAC unit. Eden and Katie were both courteous and helpful with getting my repairs noted and scheduled. My conversation and experience with Kevin to ensure that the proper repairs were completed showed me the quality of leadership at Marshall's and made me feel confident that I had made the right service choice. Marshall’s has done a variety of projects for us over the past year. The latest was installing insulation in an animal barn. They did a fabulous job, as always! It has made a HUGE difference in being able to control the temperature for my animals.

Danny was prompt amd very sincere, kind and helpful. He took the time to explain things to me about my remote, how it worked, the best placement and what may have caused it to malfunction. He took the tine to do the maintenance thar was scheduled for Nov 12th as well, saving me time and money, which is so appreciated these days. He was efficient amd very nice. Doug Frey and his crew came in and dialed out my addition with a little closed cell foam/blown in insulation combo on the exterior walls and Batt insulation on floor/cap/interior wall and did an awesome job. The benefits of their spray in foam is incredible from the sound deadening to keeping the heat in and the cold out. The place was cleaned up like they had never been there. The guys were very respectful and professional from start to finish.

We were in search for an insulation company and were referred to ECI. I sent in an email request for an estimate and was contacted immediately by Don Drumhiller who set up a time to come look over the project. Don was incredible and offered considerable advice on how to approach the project. I'd had some other estimates but didn't have the comfort level I had with Don and his professionalism. I had ECI do the project and they were terrific, thorough, and provided exceptional service. So glad we went with a number of Don's recommendations and the house heats so easily. I am so happy these guys came out today to address my attic insulation. They were on time, neat and organized, articulate, and helpful. They could have just blown in the insulation and called it good but they went farther. They found an unwrapped doorbell transformer buried in old insulation and wrapped it for me. They found a wasps nest in a roof vent and made a recommendation. They evaluated the area and said no mold or leaks were present. They gave me confidence that I was working with good people and I feel like I made a good investment. Highly recommend.

These guys did a great job! I called thinking they would be weeks out, as most construction work is, but they were quick to put me on their books for an estimate and to get the job started. We priced them out compared to doing the work ourselves, and they have extremely competitive pricing. Very friendly staff on the phone and hard working guys. They were recommended to us by our builder and we would recommend them to anyone in need of home insulation services.

I highly recommend Home Insulation Co, Inc. I received a free estimate from them that beat two other companies for wall insulation and spray foam attic insulation. When the work was being performed I was asked if I minded if they play music while working (some companies just do it), I didn't hear any yelling or cursing and the foreman (I think that's what he is) was very professional when talking to his crew members. Warm house is a happy house :)
