This review is long overdue, but I have used Valley Insulation twice and at two different houses, and both times the service was exceptional! Cassidy especially handled a very frustrating rescheduling situation very professionally. Their work is of the highest quality, and the team works efficiently. Recently, I had my crawl space inspected, and after almost 3 years, the report was exemplary and they only mentioned dust. This just proves the quality of the work done by Valley Insulation! Although I ended up using a company from my local area, I must say that Cassidy was very generous in giving insight and recommendations for other aspects of my wet crawl space resolution, which was the result of a broken pipe.
