Had insulation added to my attic and put it the floor. Arrived as scheduled, were quick and efficient. Had some slight confusion over one detail, but it was easily clarified with one phone call so things could still move forward smoothly. And when done, they helps with completing the forms for the energy rebates which was really, really appreciated.

Tyler and the rest of his crew did a great job with adding spray foam insulation in our crawlspace. The work was just done, but so far I’m really pleased it. The were very accommodating of my schedule and getting their large truck into the small street I live on.

Thomas came to my home to give me a roofing quote. I found him to be knowledgeable, energetic, and helpful. He came up with several options that will work for now, and a pretty reasonable quote for a complete replacement. The financial info was helpful although I plan to use my credit union. I like that he showed me the actual materials to be used on my roof and explained the process carefully. As a woman, sometimes we can get talked down to. I did not feel like just a 'dumb woman' as he treated me as an equal and informed consumer. I appreciate his honest assessment that my roof will not need to be replaced yet and will get someone to fix the vents that appear to be leaking. He could have "sold up" and talked me into a new roof, but he knows a widow on social security struggles. Or just replace the part in worst shape and the rest in stages as I can afford. Thomas communicated well with me and offered to help me negotiate with the other salesman and compare the different products and services which can be overwhelming. The brochure offered is very comprehensive and shows the level of the company is superior.

Very good experience with Klaus Roofing. Chris and Aidan are great! Very clean and friendly crew. They cleaned up after themselves. Chris walked us through the process and supported us throughout. We love our high quality roof. We had 24 solar panels and they took them down and put them up. They restarted the system for us too. Aiden ran a tight ship and worked hard in a timely manner. Very comfortable and stress free process. Highly recommend Klaus Roofing. They are doing our insulation so stay tuned for next review. I'm sure it will be another 5 stars.

What an awesome job that All West Coast Insulation did in our crawl space. New insulation under house floor, tightening up heating duct work where needed and sealing and wrapping the ducts and water pipes. All West Coast just left after applying spray foam to our garages vaulted ceiling and walls (hang out space renovation) and they did AMAZING!!! Noe (owner) is incredibly easy to work with; the bidding, scheduling, etc was fair and timely and the products he uses are top notch (I was worried about the fumes and lingering odor). His is crew showed up on time and ready to work (with Noe being here at the start and looking everything over at the end, as well as calling to check in throughout the day. Impressive!). They were friendly and efficient. They took the extra time to pristinely wrap the exposed trusses, windows and cover the floor. When they were finished, the garage was cleaner than when they started! The entire garage was dust free and not a speck of overspray on anything! And NO stink :)) I am absolutely thrilled with their work and am looking forward to getting our home done next! I would give more stars if possible. They went above and beyond, surpassing my expectations… and that is not easy :))

At first we were hesitant to use this company to have insulation blown into our walls due to some of the negative reviews. But, when we saw the reason for the negative reviews were due to communication issues and not the work done, we decided to give them a go. We couldn’t be more happy with that decision. The whole experience was the best you could expect. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and the most helpful out of the 4 companies we received bids from. She asked many questions about our home that others didn’t and offered solutions to help with the problem areas. The crew that did the install were fantastic. They were friendly and hardworking, plus very respectful of our home and landscaping. And, they cleaned the work area so you could hardly tell they were there. We will definitely be recommending them to others!

From the onsite estimating with Nelsin, to sucking out the old insulation of our entire 4k sqft attic, prep work, adding R42 back, assistance with Energy Trust rebate, our experience was 5 Stars. What a great experience we had from a residential service provider. Performance Insulation recently added insulation to our attic space. Samuel arrived on time, was professional and courteous to look at the job. He provided a quote while onsite. Other companies took up to over 10 days just to provide a simple quote.... that was disappointing. Performance installers Jorge and Jose arrived a few days later as scheduled and on time (even a bit early)! They were professional, clean and respectful of our home as they did their jobs. They cleaned up and completed the job within the estimated time. It is refreshing to see great customer service still exists. They did a residential insulation project on a remodel that was already furnished, etc. The crew was exceptionally neat, clean, did a very careful job, texted when finished with photos and were finished ahead of their schedule and the total cost was actually a bit less than the estimate. Highly recommended.

Out of 3 companies, they had the best price. The crew arrived early and was finished quickly, communicating along the way. Even showed me the baffles and where they were going to place them. I got blown in insulation to R 49 and I can definitely tell a difference.

Just needed a small plastic part that broke in our shower from an installation 3 years ago. Sam went out of his way to get the part, great communication and delivered to my house! Unbelievable.

It's not the right location showing on maps but is on the other side of the building shown. Pretty tight dock and back area for a full-size 53ft plus truck but doable. Friendly staff when checking in/out and decent unload times. Overall, it was a good experience
