From start to finish, working with Northwest was really easy and enjoyable. Ryan was great about explaining what was needed in an easy to understand way. Also very knowledgeable about rebates available from the various energy companies. The crew that came was very efficient, cleaned up after themselves and made a great first impression. All around good experience for us.
Had insulation added to my attic and put it the floor. Arrived as scheduled, were quick and efficient. Had some slight confusion over one detail, but it was easily clarified with one phone call so things could still move forward smoothly. And when done, they helps with completing the forms for the energy rebates which was really, really appreciated.
