Tony did a great job providing a clear and thorough quote that met my pricing expectations and beat his competitors. The crew and Tony did a great job over two days removing blown fiberglass, air sealing, and installing batts that I provided. The team worked hard and consistently and did a solid job with the installation. Tony dealt with Progress/Duke rebates, and communicated through the process.

We recently solicited several estimates for sealing our attic and upgrading the insulation. After careful consideration, we ultimately did not chose to go with Insulation Commandos of Raleigh-Durham but we felt compelled to leave them a glowing reference based on our interactions with Chris. Chris, came to our home and gave us an honest and complete assessment of our attic and provided us a very competitive quotation while he was here. In addition, he answered all of our questions and we felt that he was very honest and straightforward. We feel Chris is someone you can trust in this industry. As mentioned earlier, we ultimately chose another company because we felt that it better addressed our particular needs but these folks were a very close second. During the estimate process, they thoroughly assessed the scope of work and presented several options to help bring our attic insulation up to current standards. The team answered all our questions from estimate to completion. We appreciated having a choice of insulation materials, and they worked with us to seal attic penetrations using green, eco-friendly products. The crews were professional, courteous, and respectful of both us and our property. Scheduling was smooth — they removed the old insulation one day, allowed time for our HVAC team to complete ductwork, and then returned to seal and blow in the new insulation. Everything went according to plan, and the results are excellent. All in all, a very smooth process. Positive Energy has been a great company to work with. Our home (1950s house) had ZERO insulation in our attic space. Dewitt came out to our house, evaluated the attic, and explained everything he recommended very well. He made things easy to understand and was very straightforward regarding his recommendations and pricing. What we paid was more than fair and the work they did was excellent. They cleaned up well afterwards and were respectful of our whole home. We noticed an immediate difference in the comfort level upstairs, and are now reaping the energy benefits as winter has set in. Very professional and courteous. This company just did my ducting system for 1/10 of the price for new duct work charge by other company in Fayetteville. If you planning to do any type of insulation work I recommend this company. The owner give me a courtesy visit to ensure my work was done to my satisfaction. Home Performance NC performed an energy audit on my 1972 house in Chapel Hill. Mark explained the results along with a full report and went over my options with me. TRUCKER REVIEW My experience was great! I got here the night before my appt & they allowed me to park here ! The yellow in the picture is the area I parked in . The blue in the picture is to show how I got to the dock . Yes you’ll have to pull into the road so be careful . But super easy backing into the dock! Also my appt was for 0800 & I got a knock on my door at 0600 , in the dock at 0615 & was unloaded by 0700 ! Definitely 5 stars & they were so nice ☺️

I did not know what do expect from JT's Spray Foam Solutions as the vendor was contracted to me as part of a solar panel installation project. I ended up quite happy with the outcome. The crew arrived on time and went straight to work. I cannot imagine how unpleasant working in someone's attic in full protective gear during summer heat must be, though the crew was professional and courteous during the entire engagement; clean-up was quite thorough.
