Could not recommend PENC enough!! Dewitt and Karen were awesome. They took the time to explain multiple different options of spray foam, coatings, and colors. They worked through my building size changes - several times. And they explained how each would work, what goes into it, (even did a cool fire demo). I feel like I actually KNOW about the product I had installed. The crew was quick, efficient, and clean!! Beyond happy with the finished product. I recently hired Positive Energy of North Carolina to encapsulate my home's attic and crawl space with spray foam insulation. DeWitt promptly responded to my query to inspect my house and provide a competitive estimate. Once the deposit was paid, Dewitt promptly did the job and dramatically improved my home's comfort. Dewitt has a deep knowledge of home performance and building science. If the need arises, I will again hire Positive Energy of North Carolina.

Home Performance NC performed an energy audit on my 1972 house in Chapel Hill. Mark explained the results along with a full report and went over my options with me. When the weatherization was complete, the ‘after’ test showed a HUGE improvement. No more leaks, house is fully insulated, and crawl space has a beautiful moisture barrier. Mark and his team were punctual, professional, and courteous. He even told me about the different rebates I qualified for. I highly recommend calling Home Performance NC!

I've used Home Performance NC to perform an energy audit of my home, as well as to replace some ductwork and insulation. Very professional and courteous. This company just did my ducting system for 1/10 of the price for new duct work charge by other company in Fayetteville. If you planning to do any type of insulation work I recommend this company. The owner give me a courtesy visit to ensure my work was done to my satisfaction. TRUCKER REVIEW My experience was great! I got here the night before my appt & they allowed me to park here ! The yellow in the picture is the area I parked in . The blue in the picture is to show how I got to the dock . Yes you’ll have to pull into the road so be careful . But super easy backing into the dock! Also my appt was for 0800 & I got a knock on my door at 0600 , in the dock at 0615 & was unloaded by 0700 ! Definitely 5 stars & they were so nice ☺️

Had the plastic sheets on our crawl space dirt floor replaced and upgraded with new, thicker, better vapor barrier that is sealed to walls and pillars. Also added a commercial dehumidifier to address summertime dampness. Tony’s team of Chris, Patrick and Parker were here for about 8 hours. We recently solicited several estimates for sealing our attic and upgrading the insulation. Chris, came to our home and gave us an honest and complete assessment of our attic and provided us a very competitive quotation while he was here. In addition, he answered all of our questions and we felt that he was very honest and straightforward. We feel Chris is someone you can trust in this industry. I did not know what do expect from JT's Spray Foam Solutions as the vendor was contracted to me as part of a solar panel installation project. I ended up quite happy with the outcome. The crew arrived on time and went straight to work. I cannot imagine how unpleasant working in someone's attic in full protective gear during summer heat must be, though the crew was professional and courteous during the entire engagement; clean-up was quite thorough.
