Positive Energy has been a great company to work with. Our home (1950s house) had ZERO insulation in our attic space. Dewitt came out to our house, evaluated the attic, and explained everything he recommended very well. He made things easy to understand and was very straightforward regarding his recommendations and pricing. What we paid was more than fair and the work they did was excellent. They cleaned up well afterwards and were respectful of our whole home. We noticed an immediate difference in the comfort level upstairs, and are now reaping the energy benefits as winter has set in. Overall, very pleased and would highly recommend PENC for all insulating needs!

Could not recommend PENC enough!! Dewitt and Karen were awesome. They took the time to explain multiple different options of spray foam, coatings, and colors. They worked through my building size changes - several times. And they explained how each would work, what goes into it, (even did a cool fire demo). I feel like I actually KNOW about the product I had installed. The crew was quick, efficient, and clean!! Beyond happy with the finished product. I recently hired Positive Energy of North Carolina to encapsulate my home's attic and crawl space with spray foam insulation. DeWitt promptly responded to my query to inspect my house and provide a competitive estimate. Once the deposit was paid, Dewitt promptly did the job and dramatically improved my home's comfort. Dewitt has a deep knowledge of home performance and building science. If the need arises, I will again hire Positive Energy of North Carolina.

EcoCrawls did a great job diagnosing and then resolving the issues we had in our crawlspace in our 1932 house. I appreciated the careful initial assessment. We can’t say enough good things about Jeremy and his team. Oscar and his crew were very professional and very dedicated hard-working professionals that did a great job, especially under the hottest working conditions of the year in very confined spaces. Workmanship was excellent They arrived on time and stayed until the job was completely finished. We could not have been more satisfied with the work effort and a professional attitude during the process. We had several estimates and some were very insane. Estimates Oscar estimate was very reasonable because of being in the Construction business myself, I realize the magnitude of the work most people don’t realize the magnitude of some of the work that is required to do the jobs, especially under the hottest conditions of the year

Wow. Excellent service throughout the entire process. Ryo, Miles and his team were sincere, thoughtful, honest, and did a fantastic job. The difference is like night and day after the injection spray foam and attic insulation completion. It is now warm and cozy with no air draft. Exterior noise has greatly been decreased. My home is cleaner than when they arrived! Miles arrived and got right to it. He removed all the old and dated insulation and filled our split level home with the good stuff. The crew was prompt, professional, and took great care while inside my home. They're welcome again, anytime!

After getting multiple quotes from different companies around the triangle I decided to go with Triangle Radiant Barrier based off the reviews and the price. They did my crawlspace encapsulation and I am extremely impressed and pleased with the results. From the start I knew the company was an honest company. I started with someone coming out to take photos and measurements, then had a zoom meeting with one of the owners to go over the price and upgrade options, and then had someone reach out to schedule. Once my install date came they had the old insulation and vapor barrier out, the fungus fogging and scrubbing, and new vapor barrier down in 2 days. Then a few days later they came out and did the spray foam in less than 1 day. Afterwards one of the owners came out and inspected the work and answered all my questions. As someone who is very picky on hiring companies, I can’t say enough about how good this company treated me and my home. I HIGHLY recommend going with them for your crawlspace needs!

Had the plastic sheets on our crawl space dirt floor replaced and upgraded with new, thicker, better vapor barrier that is sealed to walls and pillars. Also added a commercial dehumidifier to address summertime dampness. Tony’s team of Chris, Patrick and Parker were here for about 8 hours. I inspected at completion and they immediately took care of a few issues. Looking forward to reorganizing and using my dry, clean new looking crawl space for storage. Thanks guys!

We recently solicited several estimates for sealing our attic and upgrading the insulation. After careful consideration, we ultimately did not chose to go with Insulation Commandos of Raleigh-Durham but we felt compelled to leave them a glowing reference based on our interactions with Chris. Chris, came to our home and gave us an honest and complete assessment of our attic and provided us a very competitive quotation while he was here. In addition, he answered all of our questions and we felt that he was very honest and straightforward. We feel Chris is someone you can trust in this industry. As mentioned earlier, we ultimately chose another company because we felt that it better addressed our particular needs but these folks were a very close second. Tri City did a great job on our attic. They showed up on time, put down plastic and protective measures, and were finished quickly. The installation team asked me to check their work and made some final touch ups and were done quickly! Great experience all around.

Had spray foam and crawlspace plastic installed. Worked with Brian and Nathan. Both were great to work with. Plenty of communication back and forth. Nathan did a really nice job cutting in the plastic around the piers. Would recommend them.

Dave and the team were easy to work with, responsive with questions and timely with their completion of the project. They installed the glass shower enclosure quickly and at an excellent price as well. Would use them again in the future and would recommend them for friends and family!
