Kamren and ISM team are great to work with. They have done all of the insulation of my home during an addition project that included wall and attic insulation and crawl space encapsulation! I've used ISM 2 different times. Absolutely best contractor I've ever experienced! First of all, Kamren is a very good and decent young man. Was a little apprehensive about him being young, but his wisdom and experience is beyond his age. He noticed a flaw in attic that occurred when house was built (1972) and corrected it. Second, if a problem does arise, which a slight one did on one of my jobs, Kamren will take care of it. Also, I live 1 1/2 hours away and within a few days of call. he drove over to address issue. He takes pride in his work and won't "ghost" you like some other contractors do, ie: they've received money, and won't follow up if problems occur. Will use ISM in the future.

Not only did they allow me to finish my basement they cut my propane bill in half. They did an excellent job, in fact the walls in my utility room were left unfinished and the foam is applied so nice it didn’t need covering. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was having some home repairs done and decided to also improve the insulation at the same time. There guys did a great job spray foaming a section of our pole barn. Also communication with office staff was great and they even got my job done 3 weeks sooner than it was scheduled!!!

The crew is very professional. They did a crawl space under the house and a 40x60 pole barn. Communication was great, on time, discussed any needed information, and did a great job. Thank you too to Melissa, the office manager who sent out the invoice. It was easy to pay directly from the invoice.

had a great experience! they did the job for a great price, were able to offer better services for the price (compared to other companies in the area), they were very transparent, inspector/estimater was very knowledgeable, trustworthy and easy to talk to, they were able to work around my schedule, was able to provide me with referrals for other work that i needed around my house, workers who performed the job were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up everything very well after completing (not something you come across very often). I would recommend this company to my family & friends!

We had our attic insulation topped off today. I had a great experience with Mike from Zebra Insulation. I highly recommend his service. Gave us a great price and the work was done quickly and professionally. Zebra Insulation is a family owned business.

Many thanks to Zebra. I'm very happy with the work they did insulating our rim joists. My project was a little less than their minimum order, so they provided some recommendations on additional services that would help fill that minimum. Scheduling was easy and they showed up when expected. It took them only about 1/2 a day which included spotless clean-up. And then they completed and submitted all the paperwork for my DTE rebate, for which I received a rebate check promptly.

I had cellulose insulation added to my attic and BPS did a great job. The crew was so nice and answered any questions I had the day of the job. They arrived on time and got right to work. Was done in about 2.5 hours. The crew was so clean and didn't leave any mess behind. They made sure to show me pictures of my attic and I was pleased. Alex (the manager) was great to work with too and also answered all my questions leading up to the job. Might I add Alex didn't try selling me something I wasn't interested in as I just wanted attic insulation. I loved that!! I would definitely recommend this company. :)
