Josh and his crew showed up promptly and gave great consideration to our home guarding the floors. He gave proper expectations of how the job would go. Days later there is a notable difference in our heat being maintained in the coldest weather of the year. My only regret is that I didn't connect with Emperor Insulation 5 years ago when my wife and I bought our home. Strongly recommend!

From start to finish, Emperor delivered a true 5-star experience. Yes, I had to wait a couple of weeks, but good things are worth the wait! The measurer was professional, and scheduling was simple. The two installers (I think it was Aaron and Anthony) were knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely thoughtful. They protected my floors, cleaned up thoroughly, and even went above and beyond by addressing an issue with my piping insulation that I didn’t even know existed. They took the time to walk me through everything once the job was complete—patiently explaining details I never would’ve understood otherwise—so I left feeling not just satisfied, but also educated. They sprayed insulation throughout my entire attic and sides, and the difference is remarkable. I can’t wait to see the difference on my utility bills! I’d choose Emperor again without hesitation, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional service.

Emperor/ Zebra insulation did a professional job on a challenging job which included the ceiling in the garage which was also the floor in the bedroom above. Jacob did a professional and user friendly quote that archery objective in a cost effective way saving me money and getttgood value from the investment. Mike elder was involved every step of the way and was professional and easy to work with. John and Chris the insulation crew were professional, work their tail off, and cleaned up everything. It’s premature to know how effective the attic and floor instill be but in the few warm days the second floor has remained balanced and cooler than the outdoors. The pictures provided demonstrated the level of attic insulation and provide confidence the job was thoroughly done correctly. Overall a positive experience.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Insulation Man absolutely deserves one. I cannot recommend this company enough. The results have been incredible — the difference in my attic is significant — but what truly stands out is their exceptional customer service. The team went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job. If you are looking for an honest, professional, fair priced, caring company to assist you in insulating your home, look no further - Insulation Man truly meets those requirements! We discovered our home we purchased six years ago, built in '07, was not properly "enveloped" nor insulated as it should've been. Jerry was thorough but didn't try to sell us more than what was needed (trust me we had 3 other companies come out). We are a full day into job completion and WOW what a difference in temperature and no more drafts! They knew exactly what the cause of our issue was. They gave a detailed explanation of the work that would be done, gave a fair price for the work to be done and executed everything professionally and completely. The project ended up needing a little more work than expected, but they completed the job without any extra cost to us. Thanks to the folks at Insulation Man for a great job installing closed cell spray foam in our porch cantilever!!

We had them repair a leaking roof for our company. They sent people out after the job was done to inspect and make sure everything was done right. They took steps to not make a mess in the first place, and then cleaned up what little mess was made. They have been very quick to return our phone calls, and have worked to make sure we are happy with what they did. I would gladly recommend them.

Had our roof covered with a silicone layer, new gutters and a roof door hatch. Levy and his crew did a great job making sure I was satisfied every step of the way. Definately would recommend this company. Thanks Karl..!!

Couldn’t be any happier. Called Stony based on a referral from a business associate. Needed to spray insulate a shipping container to be used for storage. After getting the run around from another contractor who held my deposit for 2.5 months but never showed to do the work, I called Stony and It went exactly as it should.... Called, got a call back the same day, got a price that same day, agreed, was told someone would contact me the next morning to schedule, and they did, and 3 days later my job was complete. Steve did an awesome job spraying for me. Looks great, cleaned up great, informed me of everything. Everyone I dealt with was awesome. A breath of fresh air when contracting works like its supposed to. These guys care about what there doing and it shows in everyone. While I don’t insulate often, they have a customer for life in me.
