Josh and his crew showed up promptly and gave great consideration to our home guarding the floors. He gave proper expectations of how the job would go. Days later there is a notable difference in our heat being maintained in the coldest weather of the year. My only regret is that I didn't connect with Emperor Insulation 5 years ago when my wife and I bought our home. Strongly recommend!

Ecotelligent Homes is and will always be our go to. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They encapsulated our crawl space about 7 or 8 years ago. The encapsulation was so solid that it mostly withstood recent excavation activity for a plumbing repair. Ecotelligent Homes was immediatly contacted to resuscitate the encapsulation. Scheduling was easy and we also received an efficiency report when work was complete. I have zero worries when it comes the integrity of this company and would recommend them to everyone.

My recent experience with Ecotelligent Homes was exceptional. The project started with an energy audit and finished with new insulation in the attic and in the crawl space. Brandon did a great job of explaining the energy audit findings and presenting solutions to the issues. They were explained in easy-to-understand terms and he was able to answer all of the many questions I asked. I committed to most of his recommendations. The implementation went as smooth as expected without any glitches. Ann kept me well informed with clear and timely communications as the project progressed. The post implementation process was also done in a highly professional manner. They made it easy to get a rebate from Consumers Energy and receive Pearl Certification. Overall, Amanda's team did a stellar job from start to finish and I would highly recommend them.

I would give these folks 10 stars, but I could only award 5. Very professional and expert in their field. Great communication and they did everything they promised and more. My questions were fully answered and every concern I had was noted and addressed at installation. They treated our house as if it were their own and the results were astounding. The work was started and finished on-time and as promised. Further, they did all the follow-up legwork to obtain material warranties, rebates and provide tax benefit information for credit at tax time. Do not award your business to the lowest bidder. Award it to a company that will not make you regret your decision. You can trust these folks. They work hard to do what they promise.

We had Alvin come out initially and give us a quote this past summer for siding our house and garage. He beat all the other quotes we had, while not sacrificing material quality - or anything at all. Super nice guy. Brandon then came out and got the details and got the ball rolling. Knows his stuff. On our scheduled date the crew, who were all very friendly people, came out and cranked the job out very quickly and professionally. As they finished, Brandon came by to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that everything was as it should be, which it was. The house and garage look fantastic and the little details were spot on. The whole team did a great job and we will definitely use them again for any future improvements and repairs. They knew exactly what the cause of our issue was. They gave a detailed explanation of the work that would be done, gave a fair price for the work to be done and executed everything professionally and completely. The project ended up needing a little more work than expected, but they completed the job without any extra cost to us. Lance and his crew did a great job insulating the home I am restoring. They spray foamed all the basement and crawl sill plates, put cellulose insulation in the main attic and walls that we left intact, as well as foamed all the knee wall attics and garage ceiling/ roof areas. Everytime they were out, the crews were friendly, helpful and nice. I would recommend Insulation Plus to all my friends in a heartbeat. They really do great work and are easy to work with.

Clean out space and remove debris under home and added foam insulation in crawlspace under house and outside doors to crawlspace replaced. Workers showed up on time and got to work. They were professional and kept me informed with each step they performed. I would highly recommend using this service. With the cold weather already here, I can feel the difference in how my furnace in running.

Truck A1 with Chandler and Mike were great. They arrived on time, removed the siding, injected the foam insulation and put everything back as originally found. The basement foam insulation was well done, too The process took about 2 hours. I really appreciated their professionalism. I highly recommend USA Insulation.

We had our exterior walls insulated. They did a great job except for a few clean up things i found after they left. If not for that it would be 5 stars. Tim, our sales guy was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It was almost a year from our initially appointment and he did not hound us and gave us the time we needed. Overall great experience.

The building inspector just said, "Oh, Spink, they're the best. They do great work." He's right. We've used them several times with great results. They're also polite, punctual, easy to reach, responsive...

After a kitchen remodel on our ~1950s home, we found ice forming on the tops of some of our recessed lighting cans in the attic during winter, meaning we did not have good insulation and air flow in our attic. We had both Home Depot and Spink come out and quote us on adding insulation and fixing air flow problems (installing baffles, clearing insulation from soffit vents). Both quotes were almost dead-on pricewise (within $10), but Spink's quote included more insulation, getting us to minimum R50 in our attic, whereas HD was less. Additionally, Spink was able to schedule the job within a week, whereas HD was booking 2+ weeks out. Finally, Spink also offered to do and submit the paperwork for DTE rebates, which is a nice bonus. The installers arrived and got right to the job. Joe got into our attic, poked around for a few minutes, and immediately explained everything, in intricate detail, to my wife and I. What they were going to do, the air flow issues they noted, how much insulation they were going to add, etc... They put down drop cloths to protect our newly-refinished hardwood floors, and they were careful to get the worst of snow/salt off their boots when coming inside (it was actively snowing outside). Within about 2 hours, they had completed the job and cleaned up. Again, Joe went through all the details of what they had done, and made sure we were happy. I took a peek up in the attic, and we ultimately ended up with close to 18" of insulation, which is even above R50 (R50 is about 15.5"). We were very happy with Spink, and would definitely recommend them for any insulation job in the Ann Arbor area.
