Josh and his crew showed up promptly and gave great consideration to our home guarding the floors. He gave proper expectations of how the job would go. Days later there is a notable difference in our heat being maintained in the coldest weather of the year. My only regret is that I didn't connect with Emperor Insulation 5 years ago when my wife and I bought our home. Strongly recommend!

I needed to have my attic air sealed and new insulation. I called several places recommended by the city and Ecotelligent Homes was far more professional and responsive then the other three I reached out to. Neal and Amanda (the owner) came out to assess and recomended 3 options taking the time to review the details and cost of each option. Once I choose the option I thought worked for me, they had Ann set up the installation date. She was fabulous to work with. She explained what would happen and when, was flexible with dates. She followed up with detailed emails and when she was going on vacation, provided me with a contact person. The day that the workers showed up (right on schedule), Amanda also came by. Most impressive. Everything that Ann reviewed with me happened as planned, right down to the placement and timing of the dumpster to remove the old insulation. I had a problem with the attic ladder after the work was complete and Amanda came out to address the issue. She was completely hands on with the person she brought. I kept thinking how awesome it would be to have a boss that isn't afraid to dig in the trenches. She is amazing. Ann followed up on the expected rebates with details on amounts and when to expect them. Ecotelligent is lucky to have her. She is a top notch employee. I defintiely recommend Ecotelligent and will use them in the future when I heed a new furnance and/or air conditioner. Very happy.

Fast, professional, and very helpful in assisting with the paperwork for us to get a rebate on our crawl space encapsulation. Sales person was very chill and not pushy which was appreciated.

Mid-Michigan did my ceiling in closed cell foam during my remodel. Crew were great, they worked very hard and pulled a very long day to get my job done in 1 day. Great work by the crew and I am happy with the results! I was definitely a little confused with the scheduling, but I worked it out in the end. Would I use them again? yes, I would use Mid-Michigan again in the future.

Working with Ace and Sons was great throughout the entire process. I appreciated their knowledgeable employees and the quote process as well as their help with getting a rebate on the work that was done. When I had an issue that needed to be fixed, they were very flexible with me on arranging a time and date, even when I needed to cancel the first date last minute. I recommend at least getting a quote from them as they're very professional.

Ace & sons blew insulation in 2 of my houses in 2015 and 2022. Both times, inserting through brick mortar. An added benefit in 2022 was their infrared scans before, after and then a year after the install to check for any hot spot spots. (None found.) What a difference in eliminating winter drafts and increased cold retention in summer. My Natural gas bill decline by 40%. Furthermore, ace and sons were very professional and courteous, and I thought their pricing was reasonable even though it seems quite expensive at first. When I think about the immediate increase in comfort in both winter and summer and long-term benefits of reduced natural gas usage, this is a service that is worth every penny. I’m so glad I got this done in both my houses. By the way, they filled a drill holes through my mortar by color, matching with my existing mortar and you couldn’t even tell the job was done at all.

First things first I need to start by saying how amazing this company was. From the start when my husband and I reached out we received a response from Jamie within 30 minutes of inquiring on a Sunday evening. Then the owner of the company Eric came out and did our estimate. Very kind and honest about what would take place and how much it would cost. Very fair pricing.The estimate took place on Thursday, by Friday we had our appointment for the upcoming Monday. Fast forward to Monday and we had one of the best team of guys came out. Bo, Dusty, and Garrett were fantastic. Very welcoming and answered all of my questions. Even showed me the process and how everything was going to take place. USA Insulation was amazing to work with. Steve (sales rep) was very friendly and knowledgeable on our needs. We had two projects done. First crew came out to install installation in our attic. The second project we had Foam installation installed in our basement. This was a bigger project. The crew was very professional and took their time to tarp all of our personal belongings The clean up was spotless. Definitely recommend USA Insulation.

Andy was our sales representative, very knowledgeable, professional and prompt for appointment. He reviewed our needs and suggested foam insulation for walls and fiberglass insulation for attic. We signed the contract that day and he scheduled job to be completed the following week. The team called to confirm date and time and arrived at 8am. Zan, Darius and Collin did a fantastic job and explained every step prior to beginning job. They were very respectful of us and our home. Our experience was excellent! Steven Fitzpatrick was a very knowledgeable and up front salesman. He let us know exactly what to expect and the cost was very good! The insulation installers led by Cassandra were exceptional. Worked fast and cleaned up all the mess. I highly recommend this company!

Recently I held a meet and greet social event. I was preparing last minute hors d'oeuvres. When it happened, that being the water pipe burst. I quickly turned the water off. But my guests would be arriving in 2 hours. With the water off there would be no restrooms, no water in kitchen therefore food preparation is incomplete. I made a few calls but could not find an available contractor. I remembered a friend recently mentioned a new outfit in the area. I gave them a call. Talk about customer service. The phone was answered, they heard my situation and said they could help. Within the hour my plumbing problem was resolved. I was able to finish the food preparation and started to greet and introduce my guest. The evening was a success.

Matt and Alex are super polite and friendly, they did a wonderful job! My house was built in the late 50s', they cleaned up the old insulation in the attic, sealed all the gaps (some are huge) and replaced with new ones. Everything went great without any hiccups, highly recommended!

I had several quotes before choosing Koala Insulation and was about 35% less expensive, if not more. I have two bedrooms in the upper level and always cold in the winter and hot during the summer. Wow! What a difference Koala made, they knew what they were doing, it's actually comfortable now. I thought about adding mini splits in each bedrooms before Koala did their magic, and now I don't have to, money saved. They went and sprayed foam all the interior walls and had blown insulation covered every inch of my upper level floor. They added more vent flutes (pink stuff)They even cleaned out my attic of old carpeting and stuff! To boot that, Sean and Rob were really nice and respectful guys. I watched and asked questions and they were more than happy to answer my questions and showed me what they were doing, without impeding their work. Really glad I had Koala doing the job and now I recommended them to my sister and everyone else. Thanks Koala (Sean and Rob)!

I found koala insulation through Google and was very happy I did. Abel was my sales person and Tyler and Alex were the installation techs. Abel was amazing. He came out, Explained the entire process from top to bottom and answered all my questions. He did an amazing job and sold me within minutes and they were very reasonable. They came out within a few days and Tyler and Alex did a wonderful job. I had a pretty big attic, they removed the 50 year old insulation and blew in new. I was extremely satisfied with the work and they cleaned up everything and did a great job. I highly recommend koala insulation.

Clean out space and remove debris under home and added foam insulation in crawlspace under house and outside doors to crawlspace replaced. Workers showed up on time and got to work. They were professional and kept me informed with each step they performed. I would highly recommend using this service. With the cold weather already here, I can feel the difference in how my furnace in running.

Truck A1 with Chandler and Mike were great. They arrived on time, removed the siding, injected the foam insulation and put everything back as originally found. The basement foam insulation was well done, too The process took about 2 hours. I really appreciated their professionalism. I highly recommend USA Insulation.

We had our exterior walls insulated. They did a great job except for a few clean up things i found after they left. If not for that it would be 5 stars. Tim, our sales guy was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It was almost a year from our initially appointment and he did not hound us and gave us the time we needed. Overall great experience.
