Ecotelligent Homes is and will always be our go to. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They encapsulated our crawl space about 7 or 8 years ago. The encapsulation was so solid that it mostly withstood recent excavation activity for a plumbing repair. Ecotelligent Homes was immediatly contacted to resuscitate the encapsulation. Scheduling was easy and we also received an efficiency report when work was complete. I have zero worries when it comes the integrity of this company and would recommend them to everyone.

My recent experience with Ecotelligent Homes was exceptional. The project started with an energy audit and finished with new insulation in the attic and in the crawl space. Brandon did a great job of explaining the energy audit findings and presenting solutions to the issues. They were explained in easy-to-understand terms and he was able to answer all of the many questions I asked. I committed to most of his recommendations. The implementation went as smooth as expected without any glitches. Ann kept me well informed with clear and timely communications as the project progressed. The post implementation process was also done in a highly professional manner. They made it easy to get a rebate from Consumers Energy and receive Pearl Certification. Overall, Amanda's team did a stellar job from start to finish and I would highly recommend them.

I would give these folks 10 stars, but I could only award 5. Very professional and expert in their field. Great communication and they did everything they promised and more. My questions were fully answered and every concern I had was noted and addressed at installation. They treated our house as if it were their own and the results were astounding. The work was started and finished on-time and as promised. Further, they did all the follow-up legwork to obtain material warranties, rebates and provide tax benefit information for credit at tax time. Do not award your business to the lowest bidder. Award it to a company that will not make you regret your decision. You can trust these folks. They work hard to do what they promise.

They knew exactly what the cause of our issue was. They gave a detailed explanation of the work that would be done, gave a fair price for the work to be done and executed everything professionally and completely. The project ended up needing a little more work than expected, but they completed the job without any extra cost to us. Thanks to the folks at Insulation Man for a great job installing closed cell spray foam in our porch cantilever!!

Had USA Insulation come to our home last week and insulate the exterior walls with the foam insulation . We’ve already noticed a BIG difference! With the extremely high temps outside,(95-100 degree heat index)…our home is staying consistently cooler even with the A/C at 78 degrees! Ben and his assistant both did excellent work and were very professional. Ben explained things thoroughly, did a walkthrough before and after, and they both cleaned everything afterwards well. Thanks so much for your hard work!! We also appreciated Steven Fitzpatrick…the salesman who came to meet us and give our estimate. He was very up front, professional, and helpful! Not pushy at all. USA Insulation was amazing to work with. Steve (sales rep) was very friendly and knowledgeable on our needs. We had two projects done. First crew came out to install installation in our attic. The second project we had Foam installation installed in our basement. This was a bigger project. The crew was very professional and took their time to tarp all of our personal belongings The clean up was spotless. Definitely recommend USA Insulation.

Andy was our sales representative, very knowledgeable, professional and prompt for appointment. He reviewed our needs and suggested foam insulation for walls and fiberglass insulation for attic. We signed the contract that day and he scheduled job to be completed the following week. The team called to confirm date and time and arrived at 8am. Zan, Darius and Collin did a fantastic job and explained every step prior to beginning job. They were very respectful of us and our home. The process from start to finish was smooth, informative, and painless. Sean and the team explained everything they were doing in understandable terms and answered all of our questions with patience. We noticed an immediate difference in how cool the home was after they installed the attic insulation. They accommodated our scheduling needs and left the home clean when they were done. Matt and Alex are super polite and friendly, they did a wonderful job! My house was built in the late 50s', they cleaned up the old insulation in the attic, sealed all the gaps (some are huge) and replaced with new ones. Everything went great without any hiccups, highly recommended!

I had several quotes before choosing Koala Insulation and was about 35% less expensive, if not more. I have two bedrooms in the upper level and always cold in the winter and hot during the summer. Wow! What a difference Koala made, they knew what they were doing, it's actually comfortable now. I thought about adding mini splits in each bedrooms before Koala did their magic, and now I don't have to, money saved. They went and sprayed foam all the interior walls and had blown insulation covered every inch of my upper level floor. They added more vent flutes (pink stuff)They even cleaned out my attic of old carpeting and stuff! To boot that, Sean and Rob were really nice and respectful guys. I watched and asked questions and they were more than happy to answer my questions and showed me what they were doing, without impeding their work. First things first I need to start by saying how amazing this company was. From the start when my husband and I reached out we received a response from Jamie within 30 minutes of inquiring on a Sunday evening. Then the owner of the company Eric came out and did our estimate. Very kind and honest about what would take place and how much it would cost. Very fair pricing.The estimate took place on Thursday, by Friday we had our appointment for the upcoming Monday. Fast forward to Monday and we had one of the best team of guys came out. Bo, Dusty, and Garrett were fantastic. Very welcoming and answered all of my questions. Even showed me the process and how everything was going to take place. I appreciated their knowledgeable employees and the quote process as well as their help with getting a rebate on the work that was done. When I had an issue that needed to be fixed, they were very flexible with me on arranging a time and date, even when I needed to cancel the first date last minute. I recommend at least getting a quote from them as they're very professional.

Ace & sons blew insulation in 2 of my houses in 2015 and 2022. Both times, inserting through brick mortar. An added benefit in 2022 was their infrared scans before, after and then a year after the install to check for any hot spot spots. (None found.) What a difference in eliminating winter drafts and increased cold retention in summer. My Natural gas bill decline by 40%. Furthermore, ace and sons were very professional and courteous, and I thought their pricing was reasonable even though it seems quite expensive at first. When I think about the immediate increase in comfort in both winter and summer and long-term benefits of reduced natural gas usage, this is a service that is worth every penny. I’m so glad I got this done in both my houses. By the way, they filled a drill holes through my mortar by color, matching with my existing mortar and you couldn’t even tell the job was done at all.

Clean out space and remove debris under home and added foam insulation in crawlspace under house and outside doors to crawlspace replaced. Workers showed up on time and got to work. They were professional and kept me informed with each step they performed. I would highly recommend using this service. With the cold weather already here, I can feel the difference in how my furnace in running.

Truck A1 with Chandler and Mike were great. They arrived on time, removed the siding, injected the foam insulation and put everything back as originally found. The basement foam insulation was well done, too The process took about 2 hours. I really appreciated their professionalism. I highly recommend USA Insulation.

We had our exterior walls insulated. They did a great job except for a few clean up things i found after they left. If not for that it would be 5 stars. Tim, our sales guy was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It was almost a year from our initially appointment and he did not hound us and gave us the time we needed. Overall great experience.
