Kamren and ISM team are great to work with. They have done all of the insulation of my home during an addition project that included wall and attic insulation and crawl space encapsulation! They did an amazing job! Always on time! Great price!! My heating bills have dropped dramatically!! I would highly recommend this company.

Kamren came out gave us some suggestions on what would work best for our application and he explained everything that he would be doing. He provided a detailed quote and got us on his schedule quickly. We felt very confident with Kamren and ISM and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I've used ISM 2 different times. Absolutely best contractor I've ever experienced! First of all, Kamren is a very good and decent young man. Was a little apprehensive about him being young, but his wisdom and experience is beyond his age. He noticed a flaw in attic that occurred when house was built (1972) and corrected it. Second, if a problem does arise, which a slight one did on one of my jobs, Kamren will take care of it. Also, I live 1 1/2 hours away and within a few days of call. he drove over to address issue. He takes pride in his work and won't "ghost" you like some other contractors do, ie: they've received money, and won't follow up if problems occur. Will use ISM in the future.

Lance and his crew did a great job insulating the home I am restoring. They spray foamed all the basement and crawl sill plates, put cellulose insulation in the main attic and walls that we left intact, as well as foamed all the knee wall attics and garage ceiling/ roof areas. Everytime they were out, the crews were friendly, helpful and nice. I would recommend Insulation Plus to all my friends in a heartbeat. They really do great work and are easy to work with.

Clean out space and remove debris under home and added foam insulation in crawlspace under house and outside doors to crawlspace replaced. Workers showed up on time and got to work. They were professional and kept me informed with each step they performed. I would highly recommend using this service. With the cold weather already here, I can feel the difference in how my furnace in running.

Truck A1 with Chandler and Mike were great. They arrived on time, removed the siding, injected the foam insulation and put everything back as originally found. The basement foam insulation was well done, too The process took about 2 hours. I really appreciated their professionalism. I highly recommend USA Insulation.

We had our exterior walls insulated. They did a great job except for a few clean up things i found after they left. If not for that it would be 5 stars. Tim, our sales guy was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It was almost a year from our initially appointment and he did not hound us and gave us the time we needed. Overall great experience.

The building inspector just said, "Oh, Spink, they're the best. They do great work." He's right. We've used them several times with great results. They're also polite, punctual, easy to reach, responsive...

After a kitchen remodel on our ~1950s home, we found ice forming on the tops of some of our recessed lighting cans in the attic during winter, meaning we did not have good insulation and air flow in our attic. We had both Home Depot and Spink come out and quote us on adding insulation and fixing air flow problems (installing baffles, clearing insulation from soffit vents). Both quotes were almost dead-on pricewise (within $10), but Spink's quote included more insulation, getting us to minimum R50 in our attic, whereas HD was less. Additionally, Spink was able to schedule the job within a week, whereas HD was booking 2+ weeks out. Finally, Spink also offered to do and submit the paperwork for DTE rebates, which is a nice bonus. The installers arrived and got right to the job. Joe got into our attic, poked around for a few minutes, and immediately explained everything, in intricate detail, to my wife and I. What they were going to do, the air flow issues they noted, how much insulation they were going to add, etc... They put down drop cloths to protect our newly-refinished hardwood floors, and they were careful to get the worst of snow/salt off their boots when coming inside (it was actively snowing outside). Within about 2 hours, they had completed the job and cleaned up. Again, Joe went through all the details of what they had done, and made sure we were happy. I took a peek up in the attic, and we ultimately ended up with close to 18" of insulation, which is even above R50 (R50 is about 15.5"). We were very happy with Spink, and would definitely recommend them for any insulation job in the Ann Arbor area.

I shopped around several companies to insulate my new 30'x64' pole barn. Ryan met with me, provided great advice and submitted a very fair proposal. The work was done in two stages: foam for the exterior walls and then, once I was prepared, cellulose for the ceiling and interior walls. Different teams did each phase. They were all friendly, helpful and very professional. I couldn't be happier with the great work they did for a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Ryan and his team were nothing but accommodating and professional Ryan went out of his way to accommodate my issues for scheduling. Phil the installer and his crew did a phenomenal job! Amazing clean up after install and the foam installation was better than anything I could have imagined. The crew sprayed in my existing garage that had of large amount of items remaining with no overspray or any noticeable issues Very thankful a friend recommended Weatherwise to do the insulation.
