I had Building Performance Solutions install injection foam into the exterior walls of my garage as well as blow cellulose insulation into the garage attic. Alex was extremely professional answering all of the questions I had regarding the installation. BPS did a large project for me, and about 18 months later, some issues came up. I called the owner, Alex, who quickly inspected the work, acknowledged the problems, and suggested improvements. Two weeks later, his crew spent a full day fixing everything and making the space even better. Problems happen—but how a company handles them is what matters. I had cellulose insulation added to my attic and BPS did a great job. The crew was so nice and answered any questions I had the day of the job. They arrived on time and got right to work. Was done in about 2.5 hours. The crew was so clean and didn't leave any mess behind. They made sure to show me pictures of my attic and I was pleased. Alex (the manager) was great to work with too and also answered all my questions leading up to the job. Might I add Alex didn't try selling me something I wasn't interested in as I just wanted attic insulation. I loved that!! I would definitely recommend this company. :)
