Spray Foam Insulation in Peoria, AZ

Koala did a small project for us this week. I was surprised at their willingness to take the job, as it was small and inexpensive. They did an amazing job, very thorough, very polite, and did a great job without any mess! I definitely recommend this company for your insulation needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Koala Insulation of North and West Phoenix. My sales rep, Rich, was outstanding—he explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The installation process went smoothly, and the team not only installed the insulation I needed but also added fans. The difference in my home has been incredible. My AC now runs less, and the temperature throughout the house is much more balanced. My son’s room, which faces west and used to be the hottest room in the house, is now much cooler and comfortable. I highly recommend Koala Insulation and especially appreciate the excellent service provided by Rich.

My 28 year old attic had blown-in cellulose insulation that had both settled and degraded. The degraded portion was a fine dust that made its way indoors, creating more house keeping than necessary. The Koala North and West Phoenix team removed all of the existing material, vacuumed the entire attic, installed a premium insulation product and included solar powered attic fans to minimize heat buildup. A service to seal all possible penetrations into the interior space was included and done well. The installation was done without any damage or issues. The install team were polite and decent to work with. No clean up problems. Coordination was a breeze with this company. As a DIY'er and a Professional Engineer - Certified Energy Manager, I can be picky with construction work. These guys did not disappoint.

Recently we hired State 48 Home Services to install a new HVAC system. We were impressed and 100% pleased with the 4 employees (Stacy, Sean, Martin, Loui) we worked with, the process and our new system. Their knowledge, communication, efficiency and customer service were so far above our experience with other companies we have used over the years. The whole process - from our initial phone call to the HVAC system being installed and working - was positive and quite frankly less stressful than we had anticipated. It was a good decision on our part to contact State 48 Home Services (recommended to us by a neighbor). Would use again and recommend to others.

Stacy was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Sean was fantastic to work with - knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. The installation team did excellent work, even in a tight attic space (I checked it out afterward and was very impressed!). I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

If you're looking for a local hero, you'll find one here. What I love most about this team is that when my air conditioner goes out, it's a 911 for them too. I don't know how they do it... They are so well orchestrated and tightly managed. They always pick up the phone on the first ring. They are friendly and polite and proactive and reasonably priced. Peter runs a great team there with Stacy on dispatch and Sean running the field crew. We are on their annual service plan for all three homes, and they have built so much trust and professional equity with my family that we now just call or text when we have a problem and trust that they will take care of it. And they always do. In Arizona, you have to have a trusted partner for your air conditioning - and this is, beyond a doubt, the team you should have on your side.

Called them to get a estimate on a small job. They came out next morning and i decided to get the work done. 4 hours later they were onsite and finished job. Would recommend them to everyone needed their services. Miguel was very friendly and listened to my needs.

Super happy with these guys. From start to finish they did a fantastic and professional job. From sales to clean up they were a pleasure to work with. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Matt walked us through all of our options to insulate our 1978 home, and shared the pros and cons of each application. We felt confident moving forward with the care and attention he took explaining the process and how it would benefit us in the wonder and summers. The crew, Will and Timmy, were fabulous as well! They were able to remove the old insulation from our attic and prep one day, then come the next to spray. Will carefully remove explained a few areas we might have expansion foam showing through, and how we could address them. In the end, he meticulously sprayed to ensure we had maximum coverage but minimal overspray or expansion. Will and Timmy were fantastic to have at our home, and did an incredible job prepping and cleaning after they were done. I would absolutely recommend this crew to any of my family or friends with full confidence that the job would be top notch.

They were great from start to finish! Met them at the Home Show, was able to get a quote, we agreed on the price, and they were able to get the job done quickly. They were prompt, courteous and very attentive to special requests I had to skip certain sections, etc. They cleaned up and the spray foam looks great.

I saw their team working on one of my neighbors house down the street. Stoped and got there number as we were wanting to replace our insulation. Orlando came out and gave us a quote and we then set up a time for installation. They came out with a full crew to take out the fiberglass batting we had. And the next day they came in and blew in the foam insulation. That took all day for that one as it is a lot of work and material. We are very happy with the work they did. They came on time and they were very respectful for us and our neighbors as it was early in the morning. Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company. They do great work and they do a clean up after they are done. Very polite and friendly. That’s hard to find these days. Thank you Orlando and team.

If I could give this business a 10-Star review, I would do it without the slightest hesitation. Once the materials arrived on-site (about a week after the order was submitted), the complete roofing job was completed in 9(!) hours total: 4 hrs the first afternoon, then 5 hrs the following morning. This 9-hr job included ripping several layers of existing roofing materials off our 1850 sf house, rebuilding our roof cricket for better drainage, then cleaning-up everything. The process was professionally seamless & the price was very reasonable, based on what friends have indicated they have paid for comparable roofing jobs. I chose an Owens-Corning roofing product & Owens-Corning considers Frontline as a Platinum-rated installer.

This company is more than a 5 star. From the first time I spoke with Cody and Jason I knew they were all about customer service. The communication between Frontline was unbelievable from management to office personnel. I knew exactly what was going on at all time and was never disappointed or in the dark wondering what was going on. The people they have replacing my roofing worked long and hard and did a fantastic job and left my property as clean as it was when they left. I have 6000 square foot under roof so it was a big job. I would recommend Frontline Contracting and Construction to do any job that was needed. Thank you to all the great people at Frontline.

I got my roof done on June 19 they do a really good job very nice, they clean after they were done. I loved the job. Michael answered all my questions about my roof and he was very helpful with my insurance claim. Also his roofing crew very respectful and kind I thank you all

Really great experience for me as a homeowner to deal with. Received great advice from Monte who came over, inspected and listened to my needs. I found the bid to be fair and had the work completed by a excellent installer. I would use them again!

I’ve had to use this company twice for warranty work through my home builder. This company is atrocious to deal with! Marshalls, if you’re reading this I’m sure you don’t know what atrocious means… it means you guys are horrible at customer service and lack any intelligence in reading your work orders. I will only be using this company per my builder for warranty work. But I will never, EVER, recommend or use them for anything else. These people could mess up breathing if it weren’t involuntary. Work order was sent in and plainly stated to bring an IR scanner to check for hotspots, as THEY’VE already had to replace missing insulation in part of the house before. They show up without the scanner, then ask us to put holes in all of the concerned walls to prove that there is or isn’t insulation. They did the same thing last time too. They knock on the walls and swear that it’s a tried and true method in proving if there is or isn’t insulation… again, they’ve done this before and said the wall had insulation, but it most definitely didn’t….hence the reason they had to put insulation in it. Anyways, horrible company, horrible work, horrible customer service, not competent at all, and lack any sort of quality work ethic. Please look else where for an insulation company!

I have had 3 appointments set up with Marshall Insulation to come fix an insulation issue in my bathroom. They have not shown up 3 weeks in a row! No call, no nothing. No explanation and my bathroom is not useable until they come finish the job. How much longer is it going to take?? How much more time am I going to have to waste waiting around for a company that doesn’t show up?? I do not recommend them if you want anything done in a timely manner! Worst!
