Bill inspected my attic space and discovered that my AC unit was blowing cool air into the attic from a torn seam. He demanded to come back the next day and repair it at no cost. Because of this action, we selected Koala Insulation for our job. After discussing our options we elected to use foam. The owners Bill and Jim were very professional in completing the work. I highly recommend them.

I wanted to increase the insulation in my attic so I made appointments with five SRP approved contractors. I could have stopped with Koala. Everything I can say about them is 5 Stars. Prompt, everyone was super friendly, No high pressure and fair priced. They did a great job. From Fernanda in the office to Bill and his brother and Kevin and Ryan, these folks just try harder to be the best.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We hired them to remove all of the old batt and blown in insulation in the attic space of our 50 year old home. Everyone that I interacted with at Koala provided the utmost of customer care. This includes Jim (one of the owners), office staff and the work crews. When Jim and I walked our home to review the work he provided solid suggestions or solutions that made sense. While their pricing was not the lowest as compared to another bidder I felt that they gave us a fair inclusive price that outlined a clear and complete scope of work. After many years in Construction Management I know from experience that you don’t always go with the low bid. Jim gave me the confidence that they were the right company for us. The crews arrived when they said they would, were professional, protected all the finishes where they had to access and then when complete did a great cleanup both inside and out. When complete they provided pictures of all areas of our attic so that I did not have to crawl up there to inspect the work. We are 100% a happy and satisfied customer and looking forward to a quieter home with reduced heating/cooling costs. Most importantly, I highly recommend them!

They did a wonderful job adding insulation. They were quick and professional. Even cleaned up any mess. I recommend using Thermo Shield.

Thermo Shield was great to work with from the initial consult through to completion. I received four quotes. Each company varied in what services they provide. Thermo Shield offered the broadest array of home efficiency services. The consultant, Caden, gave our home a thorough look and identified other ways to improve our efficiency. His focus was on recommending only those services that would return value to me, not anything and everything that would improve efficiency. Beyond that, he suggested minor improvements that a DIYer could do to save $ and I handled those on my own. The quotes and payments were all well documented using modern technology for record keeping and payment security. Not all contractors that quoted me accepted credit card payments and Thermo Shield’s quote was still very competitive for all the work done. Thermo Shield partners with APS and handles the rebate process on the customer’s behalf, reducing project cost by the available rebates. They also made me aware of available tax credits I may also qualify for. The installation crew (Pedro and Ronald) did great work. I had spray foam done in one section of the house where it made sense and blown in insulation in another. My ductwork was sealed. Knee wall insulation repaired. Access doors batted. The guys cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Looking forward to seeing the improvement to my energy bill when the valley heats up soon. I would definitely recommend them and they do offer a referral reward so hit me up if you want!

From start to finish, Thermo Shield was professional and efficient. Darwin came over to assess our attic and he clearly explained what needed to be done. We had Jesus and Andres install our new insulation and fix a bent duct. They were kind, respectful, and finished the job in a little over 3 hours. I would highly recommend!

The company came to the house and gave us a bid. We thought it was reasonable for the work we wanted done. The technicians that came to do the work were prompt, helpful, and very nice to work with. When they were done there was no mess or muss left behind. Couldn't even tell that we had our whole house insulated. So far we are pleased that the insulation is doing what we hoped it would for us. Last year out electric bill was outrageous. The air conditioning runs about 3/4 less than it did last year with the new insulation. We are so glad that we went with the recommended insulation. We feel like it will pay for it's self in a few years. The office staff was amazing to work with. Ashley went above and beyond to make things run smoothly.

I contracted with AZ Insulation to insulate the ceiling and walls of my garage (R38), and install a Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioner/heater. Their work was exemplary: on-time, professionally done, cleaned up when finished. My garage is nice and cool, and it's a pleasure to work on my cars and home projects in there. I highly recommend the folks at AZ Insulation. They are wonderful!

AZ insulation helped to insulate my home. They were extremely professional, were very clean and worked efficiently. Before they insulated my home It was always freezing cold in the winter and very hot in the summer but it’s been much more comfortable after new insualtion. They even took care of the SRP rebate procedure. I highly recommend to get your insulation done through AZ insulation.

Extremely well done job by Attic R Us! I had a mix of blown in insulation and batt insulation. They first cleaned the entire attic out (not an easy job, and over 30 years of insulation, dust, and trash). They did an incredible job cleaning it all out. The spay foam insulation was installed pretty quickly - they were extremely thorough. Other insulation providers will sell against spray foam insulation - typically say it smells - However, while there is a smell the first day, this quickly dissipates and you won't know the difference. It's a much better seal than any other kind of insulation as well. The house in Scottsdale is a rental, so if there were any adverse side effects I'd definitely hear about it - I also have spray foam insulation in the house I live in and can confirm no issues with smell or anything else. Highly recommend due to their hard work, fair pricing, and professionalism. I only wish I took before/after pictures to show just how good of a job they did!

I recently hired this insulation company to remove our old insulation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The attic is extremely tight with no floorboards, so the team had to crawl on a cross beam to get the job done. It was hard work, but their dedication and efficiency truly shone through. Not only was their work of excellent quality, but the price was also the most affordable option we found. I was so impressed that I even went up in the attic myself to see their progress. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Matt walked us through all of our options to insulate our 1978 home, and shared the pros and cons of each application. We felt confident moving forward with the care and attention he took explaining the process and how it would benefit us in the wonder and summers. The crew, Will and Timmy, were fabulous as well! They were able to remove the old insulation from our attic and prep one day, then come the next to spray. Will carefully remove explained a few areas we might have expansion foam showing through, and how we could address them. In the end, he meticulously sprayed to ensure we had maximum coverage but minimal overspray or expansion. Will and Timmy were fantastic to have at our home, and did an incredible job prepping and cleaning after they were done. I would absolutely recommend this crew to any of my family or friends with full confidence that the job would be top notch.

I saw their team working on one of my neighbors house down the street. Stoped and got there number as we were wanting to replace our insulation. Orlando came out and gave us a quote and we then set up a time for installation. They came out with a full crew to take out the fiberglass batting we had. And the next day they came in and blew in the foam insulation. That took all day for that one as it is a lot of work and material. We are very happy with the work they did. They came on time and they were very respectful for us and our neighbors as it was early in the morning. Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company. They do great work and they do a clean up after they are done. Very polite and friendly. That’s hard to find these days. Thank you Orlando and team.

The main reason I came back to Arizona was because I found a good company to do the spray foam insulation on the underside of the camper. I have to say I was impressed with Barrier Insulation & Energy, Glendale, AZ! They arrived on time, did a very thorough job prepping and protecting the area, completed the job as detailed and cleaned up like they were never here!! Matt and Braedon were awesome, knowledgeable, professionals. Great job guys!! I am super excited and happy about the new insulation under the camper to help reduce hot/cold transfer as well as to keep out any unwanted critters!

Very good experience. The sales staff made an appointment and actually showed up early after a courtesy call. They scheduled the job but we’re a day late because of equipment problems. During the delay, Fabian (the Forman) kept in contact with me every step of the way. I received 2 phone calls from management regarding the scheduling that was set up the next day. Fabian showed up on time and did a fabulous job. I really like the communication and the professionalism of this company. If you don’t use them, you are using the wrong company!

I called Barrier installation because I had a 20+ year old Quansett hut that was leaking like a sieve they quickly got me on the schedule, the driver such a hard worker and a professional guy works so hard all day I did take two days to complete this job but it was a pretty big job. carefully wrapped things that shouldnt have product on it... they made sure that every bolt and seam had been covered to stop the leaking. it wasn’t long after the building had been sealed that we got several downpour rains. it absolutely worked. we also noticed a nice side effect that it made the building cooler inside. i’m excited to have added another 15 to 20 years on this already old building.

We recommend Arizona Foam & Spray if you’re looking for a solid, dependable foam roofing expert. It is a family-owned company that’s been in business since 1969, which has always given us a good feeling. They initially installed our roof in l987, and we’ve used them for maintenance through the years. Gary Stys is our consultant at AF&S, and there’s no one better! He’s experienced in the industry and has been unbeatable at responding to us over the phone, via email, and even in person. We appreciate the team at Arizona Foam.

Arizona foam has been a go to for the last several years. They work one-on-one and are highly professional. When I've run into small problems here and there they corrected immediately without any hesitation to make sure that we get the perfect end result every single time. I have used them as a reference for several other professionals in the area when they are holding event in Arizona and need foam for various reasons and builds. Everybody has always thanked me for pointing them in the right direction. The only cons happen to be that they're open until 3:00 p.m. but that's definitely not worth taking a star away. Excellent products and excellent service!

I had an unfortunate experience with this company. They were power washing the roof of my workplace, and debris from their work flew down and damaged my car’s windshield. There were no warning signs or parking restrictions in place, so I had no way of knowing my vehicle was at risk. I immediately contacted the building manager, who directed me to the project supervisor. However, after nearly a month of waiting and multiple follow-ups, I have been ignored and given no resolution. The supervisor initially said he would get back to me but has never followed through. I understand that accidents happen, but the lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating. I would have appreciated a more professional response in handling the situation. If you’re considering hiring them, I recommend ensuring that proper precautions and communication are in place to avoid similar issues.

Really great experience for me as a homeowner to deal with. Received great advice from Monte who came over, inspected and listened to my needs. I found the bid to be fair and had the work completed by a excellent installer. I would use them again!

This company came out to my house to add insulation years ago and I just found out today they lied and did not use the proper insulation. They said they were putting in fiberglass and they did cellulose instead. Don’t trust this company.
