We just had spray foam insulation done, and I can honestly say we’re so glad we did it. After getting a few quotes, we chose Koala Insulation because of their great reviews and how easy and knowledgeable Jim (one of the owners) was to talk to. Their price was right in line with the others, but their professionalism and expertise stood out. Our attic was a bit tricky, but they handled it really well—from the insulation removal to the final spray foam, they took great care of everything. Even better, they were super respectful of our home and really kind to our family. Huge thanks to Ryan and Mike (techs), Sean and Gabe (spray foam), and Noah (drywall). And a special shoutout to Jim and Bill—great guys and great to work with. It’s already been a few warm days and we’ve noticed a real difference in comfort. Highly recommend these guys!

The estimate process was easy and prompt. Service technicians were professional and well versed in their product and their work. We had insulation blown into our attic and solar attic fans installed and they did a great job. Kept us informed and didn’t leave a mess. Great experience!

Koala Insulation did a fabulous job on providing our attic with additional insulation and installing a solar powered attic fan. Bill, the owner, provided us with an honest assessment of our house and recommendations. Simeon and Ryan did the insulation installation and over saw the roofer who installed the fan. They were both great! All are very friendly and dependable! Would recommend without hesitation!

Sun Flex installed a new roof on our AZ room. Thomas and the crew were very professional. Plastic sheeting was applied to protect my neighbors from overspray. From start to cleanup, a very good job. We’re extremely satisfied and highly recommend Sun Flex.

I found Sun Flex through a Google search for “roofers near me.” This search proved to be a wonderful find. Thomas of Sun Flex is an experienced professional while being personal and honest. He clearly explained what needed to be done, how he was going to do it, and the pricing. The crew was considerate and professional as well-knew what they were doing; got the job completed and cleaned up in a timely manner. Since the roof was foam coated, the room is noticeably cooler!

We had wind damage at our property during the summer while we were away (snowbirds). I called Sun Flex who had done work on our roof previously. Thomas assured me they would be out to look at it asap. True to his word our place was inspected and repaired within a couple days…and right before a huge rainstorm. Extremely well done job by Attic R Us! I had a mix of blown in insulation and batt insulation. They first cleaned the entire attic out (not an easy job, and over 30 years of insulation, dust, and trash). They did an incredible job cleaning it all out. The spay foam insulation was installed pretty quickly - they were extremely thorough. Other insulation providers will sell against spray foam insulation - typically say it smells - However, while there is a smell the first day, this quickly dissipates and you won't know the difference. It's a much better seal than any other kind of insulation as well. The house in Scottsdale is a rental, so if there were any adverse side effects I'd definitely hear about it - I also have spray foam insulation in the house I live in and can confirm no issues with smell or anything else. Highly recommend due to their hard work, fair pricing, and professionalism. I only wish I took before/after pictures to show just how good of a job they did!

I recently hired this insulation company to remove our old insulation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The attic is extremely tight with no floorboards, so the team had to crawl on a cross beam to get the job done. It was hard work, but their dedication and efficiency truly shone through. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Matt walked us through all of our options to insulate our 1978 home, and shared the pros and cons of each application. We felt confident moving forward with the care and attention he took explaining the process and how it would benefit us in the wonder and summers. The crew, Will and Timmy, were fabulous as well! They were able to remove the old insulation from our attic and prep one day, then come the next to spray. Will carefully remove explained a few areas we might have expansion foam showing through, and how we could address them. In the end, he meticulously sprayed to ensure we had maximum coverage but minimal overspray or expansion. Will and Timmy were fantastic to have at our home, and did an incredible job prepping and cleaning after they were done. I would absolutely recommend this crew to any of my family or friends with full confidence that the job would be top notch.

They were great from start to finish! Met them at the Home Show, was able to get a quote, we agreed on the price, and they were able to get the job done quickly. They were prompt, courteous and very attentive to special requests I had to skip certain sections, etc. They cleaned up and the spray foam looks great.

I saw their team working on one of my neighbors house down the street. Stoped and got there number as we were wanting to replace our insulation. Orlando came out and gave us a quote and we then set up a time for installation. They came out with a full crew to take out the fiberglass batting we had. And the next day they came in and blew in the foam insulation. That took all day for that one as it is a lot of work and material. We are very happy with the work they did. They came on time and they were very respectful for us and our neighbors as it was early in the morning. Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company. They do great work and they do a clean up after they are done. Very polite and friendly. That’s hard to find these days. Thank you Orlando and team.

The main reason I came back to Arizona was because I found a good company to do the spray foam insulation on the underside of the camper. I have to say I was impressed with Barrier Insulation & Energy, Glendale, AZ! They arrived on time, did a very thorough job prepping and protecting the area, completed the job as detailed and cleaned up like they were never here!! Matt and Braedon were awesome, knowledgeable, professionals. Great job guys!! I am super excited and happy about the new insulation under the camper to help reduce hot/cold transfer as well as to keep out any unwanted critters!

Very good experience. The sales staff made an appointment and actually showed up early after a courtesy call. They scheduled the job but we’re a day late because of equipment problems. During the delay, Fabian (the Forman) kept in contact with me every step of the way. I received 2 phone calls from management regarding the scheduling that was set up the next day. Fabian showed up on time and did a fabulous job. I really like the communication and the professionalism of this company. If you don’t use them, you are using the wrong company!

I called Barrier installation because I had a 20+ year old Quansett hut that was leaking like a sieve they quickly got me on the schedule, the driver such a hard worker and a professional guy works so hard all day I did take two days to complete this job but it was a pretty big job. carefully wrapped things that shouldnt have product on it... they made sure that every bolt and seam had been covered to stop the leaking. it wasn’t long after the building had been sealed that we got several downpour rains. it absolutely worked. we also noticed a nice side effect that it made the building cooler inside. i’m excited to have added another 15 to 20 years on this already old building.

If you like to wait for contractors to show up all day without communicating to the customer at all, this is your business. This company has not showed up 3 times after scheduling times to do the work and then showed up unannounced wanting to do the work but we we’re leaving out of town. Plan on taking a lot of time off work if you’re planning to use them. Obviously the customer is not a priority to the company, horrible company not sure why anyone would recommend this company. Thanks for wasting my time off work.
