We just had spray foam insulation done, and I can honestly say we’re so glad we did it. After getting a few quotes, we chose Koala Insulation because of their great reviews and how easy and knowledgeable Jim (one of the owners) was to talk to. Their price was right in line with the others, but their professionalism and expertise stood out. Our attic was a bit tricky, but they handled it really well—from the insulation removal to the final spray foam, they took great care of everything. Even better, they were super respectful of our home and really kind to our family. Huge thanks to Ryan and Mike (techs), Sean and Gabe (spray foam), and Noah (drywall). The estimate process was easy and prompt. Service technicians were professional and well versed in their product and their work. We had insulation blown into our attic and solar attic fans installed and they did a great job. Kept us informed and didn’t leave a mess. Great experience!

Koala Insulation did a fabulous job on providing our attic with additional insulation and installing a solar powered attic fan. Bill, the owner, provided us with an honest assessment of our house and recommendations. Simeon and Ryan did the insulation installation and over saw the roofer who installed the fan. They were both great! All are very friendly and dependable! Would recommend without hesitation!

Recently we hired State 48 Home Services to install a new HVAC system. We were impressed and 100% pleased with the 4 employees (Stacy, Sean, Martin, Loui) we worked with, the process and our new system. Their knowledge, communication, efficiency and customer service were so far above our experience with other companies we have used over the years. The whole process - from our initial phone call to the HVAC system being installed and working - was positive and quite frankly less stressful than we had anticipated. It was a good decision on our part to contact State 48 Home Services (recommended to us by a neighbor). Would use again and recommend to others.

Stacy was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Sean was fantastic to work with - knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. The installation team did excellent work, even in a tight attic space (I checked it out afterward and was very impressed!). I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

If you're looking for a local hero, you'll find one here. What I love most about this team is that when my air conditioner goes out, it's a 911 for them too. I don't know how they do it... They are so well orchestrated and tightly managed. They always pick up the phone on the first ring. They are friendly and polite and proactive and reasonably priced. Peter runs a great team there with Stacy on dispatch and Sean running the field crew. We are on their annual service plan for all three homes, and they have built so much trust and professional equity with my family that we now just call or text when we have a problem and trust that they will take care of it. And they always do. In Arizona, you have to have a trusted partner for your air conditioning - and this is, beyond a doubt, the team you should have on your side.

An excellent experience with Advantage Home Performance! Omar the sales rep did a very thorough inspection of my attic prior to suggesting improvements in both the insulation and HVAC ductwork. Day 1: Marcos and Francisco arrived on time to seal all the ductwork and remove an old swamp cooler trunk duct that greatly decreased my HVAC system efficiency. They sealed all accessible ductwork and removed every vent in the house to seal the gap between the drywall and the ductwork. Day 2: Francisco, Oscar, and Alvaro worked on the new blown cellulose insulation installation. They filled all the previously empty ductwork soffits with cellulose insulation. They added additional insulation to the original fiberglass batt insulation to upgrade my attic insulation to R49. The improvements were noticeable as soon as they finished. My HVAC system doesn't even need to run right now because the interior temperature only varies between 68F and 71F over 24 hours. The insulation also greatly quieted the outside noise from entering the house. The entire team that worked on my home were very friendly and skilled! I highly recommend them for any insulation and HVAC work you might need.

Billy was polite but more importantly he invested a fair amount of effort to find the problem with our furnace. Our furnace wasn't displaying the problem while he was here so ultimately he didn't find a problem. But he did clean a few sensors and made sure things were properly adjusted and working well. He also offered me solutions for installing a smart thermostat and gave me a quote for advantage home services to do so. Great service, thank you.

I had my Attic Spray Foamed this week. I (You) couldn't ask for a better more Professional Team to do any type of work at your house.

GI did an amazing job on my insulation. Guys worked three days straight to fully spray foam insulate a 2800 sq foot house and 1400 square foot garage. Very hard workers and did great work and didn’t leave a mess.

This team was truly professional. Had to replace insulation to be more Environmently friendly and cost-effective. These gentlemen showed up with smiles Did a great job affordable professional and kind. I’d recommend them if you need to upgrade or just to replace. Knowledgeable And direct. I’d say professionalism as a pride and customer service is their priority.

Had spray foam done on a vaulted ceiling. Sent request for a quote via Home Advisor and got a call the next day. Tracie came a couple of days later and gave us an unbelievable quote! We called back 2 months later to schedule an appointment for install. They came a week later (my choice) and spent the day preparing for the spraying, spraying, and cleaning up when done. The installers were very efficient! Would highly recommend this company!

Wow! Super impressed with this company and the injection foam insulation. My house is block construction with no insulation on the interior walls. I was looking for an affordable solution as the afternoon sun super heated my house. I had the injection foam done and this lowered my interior wall temperature about 8-10 degrees which makes a huge difference inside. I’ll be using them for duct sealing in the future. So hard to find quality companies but Southwest is one of those companies. Tracey-my sales rep was excellent as well. Very professional and communicative.

We are in the middle of a remodel and our general contractor planned to install traditional pink insulation. I called Southwest InSEALators to get a quote. Tracy was able to provide a free estimate the very next day. Better was that the quoted price was cheaper than what my GC was charging for traditional insulation. Tracy proved herself to be knowledgable, dependable, helpful and honest. They did a great job and our addition retains heat and cold while blocking sound. I plan to use them to insulate the other side of our house in the future.

I saw their team working on one of my neighbors house down the street. Stoped and got there number as we were wanting to replace our insulation. Orlando came out and gave us a quote and we then set up a time for installation. They came out with a full crew to take out the fiberglass batting we had. And the next day they came in and blew in the foam insulation. That took all day for that one as it is a lot of work and material. We are very happy with the work they did. They came on time and they were very respectful for us and our neighbors as it was early in the morning. Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company. Josh helped us to insulate the van we're converting using closed-cell foam. He was very easy to get ahold of, very friendly to talk to, and the team made it so easy to hand everything over and come back to a finished job! They did all the prep work, including adding some structure to make sure the foam stopped where it needed to around our ceiling fans and cleaned everything up afterwards so we could keep working on it that much sooner. It took a couple days, but was very thorough and very reasonably priced; we're very happy to have worked with them.

Worth every penny. Money has been tight for me lately, so hiring someone for a job like this. Wasn't something I considered I'd be doing anytime soon. I figured the small adjustments I made. To keep things stable would've been fine. But eventually decided to roll the dice & give hiring a professional a shot. So I did, and I can't complain. They did a good job.
