Great service and the techs were very punctual. Prior to using them they gave me options that worked best for my needs, not just selling the most expensive option. Never had the feeling of buyer remorse. Definitely recommend.

Erick just finished our attic and we could not be more pleased. We have a fabulous barrier between the heat and conditioned spaces above our home. It’s like a big cooler in the attic- a giant lid on top! The temp difference went from 138F to 81F. I have a handy portal to get inside as necessary. Fantastic!

I normally don’t write reviews but this one is well worth writing. Foam Tower did an amazing job installing the insulation in my attic. They are truly professional and talked me through the steps and answered any questions I had. I seriously cannot say enough great things about this company! From start to finish, my roofing installation was handled with the utmost professionalism, care, and attention to detail. While the quality of the work they did impressed me, I cannot get over the amazing customer service. Their craftsmanship is top notch, the materials are high quality, and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. I have complete peace of mind knowing my home is well protected for years to come. If you’re considering getting work done this is the company look no further.

Karen with iFOAM has been extremely helpful and courteous from day 1. We had to push our project back several times from June to November and each time, everyone was understanding and professional. The crew was extremely efficient as well as professional. Thank you also to James Bishop for being flexible. I will recommend iFOAM to anyone looking for spray foam insulation for their project. Thank you from Bill and Elizabeth Fouts with K9 Kind Resort for helping us get our facility looking great and well insulated from the elements.

Joey, the salesman, was fantastic, and Santiago, the technician, was amazing. I made a last-minute decision to do spray foam insulation in my shop and office, but it had to be done early the next week. At 5:00 pm on a Friday, I called two companies to get estimates. I had to leave a voicemail for the first company, but the iFoam team answered the phone and Joey was at our place Monday for an estimate. He was transparent about everything, including pricing, and had an estimate for me the same day. Because I was pleased with the estimate, and the other company couldn’t get to my place for an estimate until Wednesday, I made the decision to go with iFoam. Miraculously, Joey pulled some strings and they got me on the schedule the next day! Santiago showed up in the early afternoon, alone, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was prepped and protected. He stayed until after 8:00 pm to get everything foamed and returned with his helper first thing Wednesday to shave everything down, so we could hang sheetrock the same day! I’m so grateful for iFoam’s sense of urgency and focus on quality, I recommended them to the general contractor doing all of the work on our house renovation.

To be fair I have to give five stars - due to the utmost QUALITY of the WORK completed Spring 2024. I would recommend them on quality of work alone. However - I had quite a few PROCESS and ADDED COST issues I had to take a few months to consider. 1. I got a bad quote by another iFoam office in the region that was off by thousands of dollars by a person with the company who was terminated - so I had to start over with this office. 2. On the first foam run of a two part job - my yard got tore up by equipment resulting in a load of sod to repair. 3. One of the guys fell through our ceiling which they did provide some compensation to repair and they offered to repair it themselves. 4. In the 2nd round of foaming - which was much smoother - the job site communication between the home and us in a hotel was not great. 5. In the end - there was a slight overcharge that to this day I do not understand. All of this said - the quality of the work slightly overwhelms the PROCESS issues we had on the job. We prepped the area a 4500 sf attic extremely well - I just felt in the end the output of what we had to do and added expense was a bit outsized vs what I had anticipated from all of their otherwise great reviews. Again - I had to think about this a few months to be fair. Five stars again for overall quality of work is unquestioned. They did go above and beyond to ensure that a chimney flue area and related foam barrier wall was done in a safe and secure manner which we appreciated.

David was quick to understand our current circumstance and helped me choose the package that was right for me. The installers were quick, efficient and clean. After living several weeks in the Texas summer heat, we are now cool and comfortable. Highly recommend.

David Rivera was absolutely amazing. Efficient got him out to my home on a quick turn emergency concern during the weekend and his consult was top notch—all that I could ever hope for from an expert. He was incredibly knowledgeable well beyond any of the other overpriced "experts" I had out from other companies, extremely transparent, and connected me to other elite affiliates to meet my specific needs.

The tops for honesty, hard work and prompt service! I am sure competitors would just try to sell a new HVAC rather than troubleshoot a difficult problem. EHS will stick to it until it’s perfect.

Frequently Asked Questions — Spray Foam Insulation in Celina

These are the questions Celina homeowners ask most about spray foam cost, R-value, and open- vs. closed-cell foam — with context for local pricing and roughly 27% typical energy savings. Compare the 6 verified Celina contractors above for exact quotes.

Does spray foam insulation work well in hot dry climates like Celina?▼
Yes — spray foam is highly effective in hot dry climates like Celina, TX. While moisture control is less of a concern than in humid climates, the air sealing properties are critical for keeping hot desert air out and cooled air in. In extreme heat climates, an unsealed attic can reach 150°F+, dramatically increasing AC load. Spray foam in the attic can reduce attic temperatures by 30–40°F.
What is the best area of my home to insulate in Celina?▼
In hot dry climates like Celina, TX, the attic is typically the highest-impact area to spray foam insulate. Desert sun heats roofs to extreme temperatures, and an uninsulated attic transfers that heat directly into your living space. After the attic, crawl spaces and rim joists are the next highest-impact areas. A local contractor can perform an energy audit to identify where your home loses the most conditioned air.
Is spray foam insulation worth the cost?▼
For most homeowners, yes. Spray foam creates an air-tight seal that traditional insulation cannot match, reducing energy bills by 15–35% annually. It also adds structural rigidity, acts as a moisture and vapor barrier, reduces outside noise, and can increase home resale value. The higher upfront cost compared to fiberglass is typically recovered within 3–7 years. One important note: because spray foam creates a very tight building envelope, proper mechanical ventilation is important to maintain healthy indoor air quality and prevent interior moisture buildup. This is typically handled by an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) — a system that brings fresh outside air in while pushing stale air out, recovering the energy from the outgoing air so you don't waste what you paid to heat or cool — or a Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV), which works similarly but is optimized for cold climates. A qualified contractor will assess whether your home needs ventilation upgrades as part of the installation.
How much does spray foam insulation cost in Celina, TX?▼
In Celina, TX and the surrounding area, spray foam insulation typically costs $1.00–$3.00 per square foot installed, depending on the type and your home's specifics. Open-cell foam runs $0.44–$0.65 per board foot, while closed-cell foam costs $1.00–$2.00 per board foot. A typical 2,000 sq ft home attic in Celina costs $2,000–$6,000. Most Celina homeowners recoup this investment within 3–7 years through energy savings of 15–35% annually.
What is the difference between open-cell and closed-cell spray foam?▼
Open-cell spray foam is softer, less dense, and less expensive. It expands significantly and is ideal for interior walls, attics, and soundproofing. Closed-cell spray foam is denser, stronger, and provides a moisture barrier — making it better for exterior applications, crawl spaces, and areas prone to flooding or humidity. Closed-cell also has a higher R-value per inch (R-6 to R-7 vs R-3.5 to R-4 for open-cell). One key difference: open-cell foam allows some vapor movement, while closed-cell acts as a vapor barrier — an important consideration for your home's ventilation needs.
How long does spray foam insulation last?▼
Spray foam insulation is one of the most durable insulation options available, with a lifespan of 80+ years when properly installed. Unlike fiberglass batting which can sag and settle over time, spray foam maintains its shape and insulating properties indefinitely. It will typically outlast the building it is installed in.
How do I find a qualified spray foam insulation contractor in Celina, TX?▼
When searching for a spray foam contractor in Celina, TX, look for ones who are licensed, insured, and have verifiable reviews. Spray foam requires specialized equipment and training — improper installation can cause off-gassing, adhesion failure, or fire hazards. Ask for references, verify their insurance, and get at least 2–3 quotes. A qualified Celina contractor will also assess your home's ventilation needs — a tightly sealed spray foam installation requires adequate mechanical ventilation to prevent moisture and indoor air quality issues. FoamMatch pre-screens all listed contractors in Celina for licensing and insurance so you can compare verified professionals in your area.
How long does spray foam installation take?▼
Most residential spray foam jobs take 1–2 days depending on the size of the area. A standard attic takes 4–8 hours. After spraying, the foam cures within 24 hours, though most contractors recommend waiting 24–72 hours before occupying the space due to off-gassing during the curing process.
Does spray foam insulation need to be replaced?▼
No — spray foam insulation does not need to be replaced under normal circumstances. Unlike fiberglass insulation which degrades over time, spray foam maintains its R-value and air sealing properties for the life of the building. The only reasons to remove or replace spray foam are water damage, renovation work, or improper original installation.
