I think Shawn has a great product and he stands by his work. We had an issue that I didn't know for sure was his and he took care of it.

Installed radiant barrier and soffit vents. This company is not only an installer of radiant barrier, but also a distributor. Because of that, I believe they are able to come in quickly with all the product they need and get the job done. Shawn and Rhonda were really straightforward and super easy to work with. Everything is digital. The crew themselves were professional, they came with the detailed work order and ensured we signed off on any completed work. They are also meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. Ever have someone look in your attic and leave a trail of insulation behind them on the way out? Not this crew!

Very courteous and professional service. We could not be more satisfied. The crews were prompt and on time, and always explained what was being done. We had full insulation removal and new insulation installed, as well as soffit vents installed. We would highly recommend Radiant Guard!

They did a great job, from showing up for a quote all the way to getting the job done with great quality at an exceptionally great price! The best part is that they offer something nobody else does: blown rockwool. My suggestion to everyone: ask ChatGPT (or other AIs) for a comparison table along with pros and cons for rockwool vs. fiberglass vs. cellulose. The insulation commandos showed up on time, had well maintained equipment, put down protective barriers on woodwork, and installed 1 ft of insulation in the Attic. They also helped remove some boxes that needed to come down from the attic and when they were done they cleaned up everything including the garage. The crew all had uniforms and were extremely courteous. He was a great experience!

They deliver! After discovering them through Google Maps and calling to discuss my need for additional insulation, I was greeted by Fernando, who calmly and professionally guided me through technical aspects (which aligned accurately with my own research in the preceding days) and provided new insights during our conversation. My wife and I opted for spray foam instead of cellulose because we sought optimal insulation. Once we made the decision to proceed, they were available within a day! Strongly recommend! We got several quotes to clean out old insulation in our 1981 home + install new insulation. Due to extreme temperature swings in Texas, we decided spray foam would be the best way to go. Of the 5 quotes we got, Fernando and his team were the most reasonable. They were also very respectful of our property and incredibly thorough. Hope to never have to do this again, but if we do, I wouldn’t call anyone else!

Marco provided us with excellent customer service and quality work! From the initial visit, we decided to go with R49 17” blow in insulation for the attic. Marco communicated with me ahead of time and he took the time to walk me through all of the before and after pictures. Him and his team cleaned up after the job was complete and put everything back in its place. Insulation First offers great pricing and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary insulation levels. Jimothy shared some great information and explained our options with the pros/cons of each option along with the costs. No high pressure sales at all. Cristian and Kenneth were professional, communicated well about their timing, showed up on time, and truly seemed glad to be here doing a job I was not willing to do myself!! They were very helpful connecting some exhaust fan vents to the roof vents and worked quickly blowing in the insulation. They also cleaned up the minimal mess they made. Good job guys. Upgraded from R38 to R49 with blown fiberglasblown insulation. Extremely happy with the results. Most importantly, communication throughout the process was excellent. I’d definitely reach out to them again for any future attic insulation needs!

From start to finish, the project went well. Jody came out to give a quote and was thorough and gave recommendations without being pushy. Once the quote was confirmed, it was scheduled within two days. The crew arrived and handled the job quickly and with no issues. They were kind and handled business. We opted for the additional solar fans with the project. The roofing crew arrived promptly at the provided time, they worked well alongside the insulation crew and were also wrapped up quickly. Great, smooth experience on a project we’ve needed done.

Kevin and his team were great to work with. We have a 75 year old house - One unexpected benefit is that they completely vacuum out the old insulation and go back to the studs - and then seal with foam and then blow in the new. Maybe it's in my head but it was 95 out yesterday and the house was noticeably cooler. Great job.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Estimator/Service Advisor Jeffrey Stuart accommodated my schedule by coming out when it was convenient for me. I had an afternoon open, so rather than pushing it out a week so it wouldn't be so hot while he was measuring(I wouldn't have blamed him, summer's really been hanging around this year), he came right over. I was impressed with his manner, professionalism, and expertise, so much so that I pulled the trigger and accepted the proposal shortly after he left. Next up was scheduler/coordinator Gie. She was pleasant, courteous, and responsive, and made me feel that she was going to be super accountable and diligent. She did what she said when she said without the typical misses or postponements/excuses so common these days. Project manager Tyler clearly laid the process out, and stopped by before and after. He made sure I was pleased and had no unanswered questions or concerns. I was lucky enough to get the install done by the team of Aldo and Armando. Prompt, competent, tidy and as quiet as circumstances/machinery allowed. They were just great and I was super comfortable to have them working at my home. Price was very reasonable too. AC is running less and garage is outside temp+ 3 or 4 degrees; it had been +20-25. Top notch job and I couldn't be more pleased!

Our experience with Superior Attic was fabulous. We had Jonathan out to check out the attic and provide us with different options for keeping the home very cool. We decided to go with the spray foam insulation between the rafters. We have just completed a full week with new insulation and so far have noticed a difference, cant wait to see our bill lower. We also had duct cleaning done which was needed. Seamless process!! Had another project done, came out great!! Love the process.

I am updating the attic in our 26 year old home for the very first time. It is going to be a big dirty job. I met with the an Energy Attic Representative, Bradley and he come up with a very comprehensive detailed plan to bring my attic up to most energy efficiency level possible. Once I made my decision to accept the bid, scheduling the work was quick and they were flexible to meet our schedule. We are really looking forward to getting our attic space cleaned up.

The sales was able to explain all suggested fixes in the simplest of terms so we knew exactly why we needed what we purchased. The pricing was very reasonable and actually better than we had expected and budgeted. The installation crew were prompt and very courteous. They kept us advised of what was happening every step of the process throughout the day. The cleanup was great and they even helped with a small AC issue we had that too then was a quick and simple fix. The guys and the company are wonderful to work with and would highly recommended them to anyone!

Our attic didn't have enough insulation, which caused the furnace to turn on and off a lot. Five different companies came out to look at the problem and give us a quote. Everyone else's diagnosis and estimate were much worse than the technician's, and he took the time to answer our questions and show us proof. Our heating bills have gone down a lot, and our furnace no longer turns on and off by itself. This means that the extra insulation paid for itself in just one winter. Infinity Spray Foam Insulation LLC is highly recommended.

As a result of the work done by Mark and the rest of the crew at Infinity Spray Foam Insulation, we were able to reduce the amount of money we were spending on our monthly electricity bills by insulating our attic and crawl space. Called the night before to confirm FCFS delivery arrived at 730 am next morning really nice guys — a little tight to get into and doc but manageable— put me in doc unloaded in about and hour! Would totally come back again— TY CLS much appreciated 👍🇺🇸

We delivered to the company and they are first come first served and they apparently overbooked deliveries for the day so we had a little bit of a wait. Very surprisingly, a gentleman working there (didn’t catch his name) walked out to our truck and apologized for the delay, which doesn’t happen often in trucking. Not only did her apologize, but he gave us a gift card. Let me also mention that there were three 53 foot trailers ahead of ours and they only were using one dock. We were still gone within three hours and they were unloading nonstop without a break which we were so appreciative of. I will never turn down a load to this place. A +++++++

Called for an estimate. Was told he would call on the weekend and come by. No call. No show. No response to message left after. Apparently Amarillo insulation companies do not need any business as this guy is not the only one to do this. Ugh.
