Joey, the salesman, was fantastic, and Santiago, the technician, was amazing. I made a last-minute decision to do spray foam insulation in my shop and office, but it had to be done early the next week. At 5:00 pm on a Friday, I called two companies to get estimates. I had to leave a voicemail for the first company, but the iFoam team answered the phone and Joey was at our place Monday for an estimate. He was transparent about everything, including pricing, and had an estimate for me the same day. Because I was pleased with the estimate, and the other company couldn’t get to my place for an estimate until Wednesday, I made the decision to go with iFoam. Miraculously, Joey pulled some strings and they got me on the schedule the next day! Santiago showed up in the early afternoon, alone, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was prepped and protected. He stayed until after 8:00 pm to get everything foamed and returned with his helper first thing Wednesday to shave everything down, so we could hang sheetrock the same day! I’m so grateful for iFoam’s sense of urgency and focus on quality, I recommended them to the general contractor doing all of the work on our house renovation.

To be fair I have to give five stars - due to the utmost QUALITY of the WORK completed Spring 2024. I would recommend them on quality of work alone. However - I had quite a few PROCESS and ADDED COST issues I had to take a few months to consider. 1. I got a bad quote by another iFoam office in the region that was off by thousands of dollars by a person with the company who was terminated - so I had to start over with this office. 2. On the first foam run of a two part job - my yard got tore up by equipment resulting in a load of sod to repair. 3. One of the guys fell through our ceiling which they did provide some compensation to repair and they offered to repair it themselves. 4. In the 2nd round of foaming - which was much smoother - the job site communication between the home and us in a hotel was not great. 5. In the end - there was a slight overcharge that to this day I do not understand. All of this said - the quality of the work slightly overwhelms the PROCESS issues we had on the job. We prepped the area a 4500 sf attic extremely well - I just felt in the end the output of what we had to do and added expense was a bit outsized vs what I had anticipated from all of their otherwise great reviews. Again - I had to think about this a few months to be fair. Five stars again for overall quality of work is unquestioned. They did go above and beyond to ensure that a chimney flue area and related foam barrier wall was done in a safe and secure manner which we appreciated.
