I used Boak & Sons for several projects at my home. I am very impressed and so are my neighbors. I had my roof and gutters replaced first (2021). At the first consultation I was given answers to all my questions. I received information about product availability and I was given a very clear quote for the work I requested. When installation time arrived, the crews working did an excellent job. They took the time to protect items around the house and did a great job cleaning up after each day. The lead person on each job was able to answer any additional questions and all the people working at my house were friendly and seemed skilled at their jobs. Last year (2022) we also had new siding put on the house by Boak & Sons. We had another excellent experience. They communicate clearly what will be done when and give very accurate estimates of when work will be started and completed. They did a wonderful job handling all the details. I couldn't be happier with the look of our home and the professional quality of the service I received from Boak & Sons.
Our experience with Boak and Sons was great. They sided our 100+ year old 2 story garage. It needed some extra support and adjustments and they did a great job restoring it. The crew was very hard working and courteous. They cleaned up thoughly afterwards. Would definitely recommend them.

I appreciate the people at insulation barn. I hired them to do blown in insulation at my residence. When they came and got started the supervisor informed me that this part of my home already was adequately insulated and went all the way around my home only to find that their services were not necessary. I asked if I should pay for their time and was told that I shouldn't pay something unneeded. Their honesty and great business ethics put me in a state of mind to call them back and ask if they provided any other services. I would highly recommend them not only for their honesty but also for their professionalism and pricing. Thanks again.
