Our experience with Boak and Sons was great. They sided our 100+ year old 2 story garage. It needed some extra support and adjustments and they did a great job restoring it. The crew was very hard working and courteous. They cleaned up thoughly afterwards. Would definitely recommend them.

Boak & Sons recently removed the old fiberglass insulation from my basement and applied closed-cell spray foam along the rim joists and box plates. The difference is night and day! The technician did an excellent job — very professional, thorough, and clearly skilled at his work. Before, I could feel drafts and even see daylight in one spot. Now everything is completely sealed, and the basement already feels warmer and more comfortable. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Boak & Sons to anyone looking to improve their home’s insulation.

My experience with Boak & Sons has been great. They have all been professional and courteous. Todd came out to look the job over and give me a cost. Then Tom and the crew came out to the house did a great job with the dense packed cellulose and the sound barrier insulation. They paid attention to details, cleaned up and were out in no time at all. A small job to them but just what I needed. Great work and a fair price. What more can you ask for. Thanks so much!!
