I cannot recommend Steven and his crew enough!! This is the second commercial job they have done for us at our doggy daycare spraying our ceilings with acoustic insulation. They have a great product, are always on time, professional, and clean up when they are done! It’s hard to find good contractors, and these guys are the best we have delt with through 2 major construction projects.

Cannot recommend Steve, Jim and their team highly enough. They recently did a small job for us but gave us big job treatment. They were tidy and efficient, had excellent communication throughout and were just all around nice guys to deal with. Hire Compass, you won’t be disappointed!

I agree with all other positive reviews herein. 5-Star Insulation insulated my attic 1/11/2021. The crew arrived on time. They asked to see the Columbia Gas rebate energy audit results before they started. They treated my home as though it were their own. They communicated key information to me. They worked as a team, they worked their butts off, and ensured that the job was done correctly. They went above and beyond by carrying heavy stuff that was stored in the attic into the garage. I was given a hard copy receipt. They cleaned up & in so doing left my home cleaner than it was prior to their arrival, amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 5 Star Insulation insulated our house, built in 1948, under a Columbia Gas rebate program, in early January 2019. The crew worked hard and steadily over the 2 days they were here. All five crew members were friendly and courteous and good workers. Ray, the owner, gave us the estimate in late 2018 and he was a true professional. The crew showed up when Ray said they would and the job took as long as he said it would. They left our house cleaner than when they started. And our house is definitely warmer and less drafty. Highly recommended.

After a Columbia Gas audit, I was given a list of local insulation installers with 5 Star on the list. As they'd also been recommended by a neighbor, I called them for an estimate. Ray made an appointment for 2 days later and gave me a thorough estimate. Because of backlog and the need for 2 consecutive days to do all of the work, I had to wait 2 months for the actual install. I'm glad that I got the crew that I did with a very professional foreman, Jeff. The process was efficient, and I felt well-informed about the progress of work. Work was cleaned up after Day 1 and double-checked along with Day 2 work at the end of that day. One providential bonus was that Jeff noticed a leak in my garage ceiling due to a failing pipe. He sent me the picture to share with the plumber for more efficient repair this week. Overall, I wish that the prior owner had taken care of this, but my experience with 5 Star suggests that I can expect excellence for home maintenance. Thanks, guys!

Everyone involved provided detailed updates as needed, along with photos and videos of the completed work, which gave us full confidence in the progress. Bert (our consultant) was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful through the entire process. He was the final selling point for us choosing to go with Primary Home Improvement. He answered all our questions and explained all of our options, and made us feel confident in the decision we were making. The whole experience was very smooth thanks to his support. He was still able to be reached even after his initial consultation. Truly wonderful customer service. Great experience. Gio and Judy did an excellent job as our installers on this project. They were professional, efficient, and very respectful of our home. You would have never noticed renovations were being done with how clean they left it. They we're so kind to our children as well. Everything was explained clearly to us every step of the way. We can feel such a difference already in our home with the attic insulation. We are so glad we made this decision and very happy it was Gio and Judy that did the install.

I rarely leave reviews, but after Unified Comfort did such an amazing job, I thought it would be hard to top. Unified Insulation did such an amazing job that was on par with their other division partner, Unified Comfort. They were able to insulate our exterior walls and open blow our attic in just 4 days! Our attic is really weird and strangely shaped/large/open so to get everything sealed, covered, and packed was a genuine herculean effort. Even Ben C. from Unified Comfort was extremely impressed with their work as everything in our old 100 year old house had to be custom and wasn't a run of the mill installation for anyone. Shout-out to Dylan and Joe for doing an amazing job on our house and also being very easy to talk to about what they were doing and what they needed from us. Overall, would highly recommend Unified Insulation as a home insulation installer!

Unified Insulation came to my house for three days last week as I only had about 2 inches of insulation and they went all around the house with behind the siding and in the garage and place 12 inches of insulation and all those areas. They arrived promptly at 8 AM and worked four hours on my house. They were professional and courteous and hard-working. I would highly recommend them!

My family built a new home in Garrettsville. We had some insulation problems that came from another vendor, NOT Unified, so we had to take our home builder to arbitration. The resolution was to have Unified tackle the problem. Oh my gosh, I am SO thankful that we were introduced to Unified! Scott Taylor and team did an OUTSTANDING job! Scott looked at the facts and came up with the PERFECT solution. He also explained things in easy-to-understand terms. Scott and Unified ROCK! If I ever build another home, I am DEMANDING that Unified do ALL the insulation!

Bill Green is very responsive and professional. He does what he says he’s going to do and his work crew is top notch. They informed you about everything they are doing and are very knowledgeable about problems and how to correct them. They are very neat and clean up everything after they are finished. I would highly recommend them.

Boak & Sons recently removed the old fiberglass insulation from my basement and applied closed-cell spray foam along the rim joists and box plates. The difference is night and day! The technician did an excellent job — very professional, thorough, and clearly skilled at his work. Before, I could feel drafts and even see daylight in one spot. Now everything is completely sealed, and the basement already feels warmer and more comfortable. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Boak & Sons to anyone looking to improve their home’s insulation.

My experience with Boak & Sons has been great. They have all been professional and courteous. Todd came out to look the job over and give me a cost. Then Tom and the crew came out to the house did a great job with the dense packed cellulose and the sound barrier insulation. They paid attention to details, cleaned up and were out in no time at all. A small job to them but just what I needed. Great work and a fair price. What more can you ask for. Thanks so much!!

Frank gave me all the details of my home insulation needs and was patient with all my questions and concerns, without pressuring me at the consultation. Scheduling the insulation was easy and quick. They gave me all the details on how to prepare so there were no surprises on insulation day. Peter and his team arrived early and ready to go. They were very professional and respectful of my property and showed care for the garden & foliage close to my house. They were thorough, organized, no non-sense, explained all the steps along the way, took all my questions & interruptions in stride, and everything was cleaned up after without a trace. They even sent me many before and after photos of my attic. They finished the attic and outside wall foaming in about 7 hours. My house had no real attic access & it’s clear it had not been insulated in a very long time. This was a major home improvement, and USA insulation made it painless and easy to pursue and have completed. My home already feels cooler and more quiet. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!

Do this before windows! Our ranch style home was built in '76 and after some remodeling we found the stock insulation was certainly not enough for NE Ohio. After USA installed the foam, we immediately noticed the complete silence - total quiet. My kids call it "stillness." You don't realize how much ambient exterior noise is coming through the walls until the install is complete. It's completely quiet in the house now. Extremely relaxing, we're all sleeping better! We just had it done a few days ago, but the difference is staggering. Moreover, our attached garage wall had zero insulation - it's going to be so much easier to work on the cars in the winter now. USA Insulation did amazing work. Money well spent! 3 gentlemen showed up in 2 trucks in the morning and were done in the afternoon. Thank you!!!!
